Went in yesterday for an inexpensive frame and ask custom frame Mgr. for assistance. She pointed to the frames on sale and when i asked about putting plastic corners on poster board you would have thought i ask her for an organ. I explained that a lady previously had helped me before and she picked out the frame, poster board and added the plastic corners for me and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. She explained thats why that lady was no longer with the company because she gave away materials. I explained that i paid for the corners and the previous lady was kind enough to put them on. She said she was the manager of the department and she didnt do that. WOW, got better customer service at the Highway Dept. SO went to Hobby Lobby and WOW what a difference the lady picked out the frame put the corners and the picture in there and out in 20 minutes. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with Michaels they clearly DONT CARE about customer service or business. I have been shopping there for years BUT will spend my money where its appreciated

Michaels is a great crafts store. They have selection of any kind of arts and crafts supplies needed. Most prices are compared with hobby lobby and with rewards membership you save even more.

Loved the store because I do crafts but I was there looking for plastic stencils and they were out but there website said they had them in stock. Other than than that friendly staff, plenty to pic from and my son who is an artist was in Heaven on Earth.

I found all my items that I needed that other stores dont stock. However there was a crazy spilled paint mess on the paint aisle, which could easily be classified as a small lake. It got all over my shoes, but the woman who helped me get them clean was really helpful and nice. I just wish that whoever made the mess wouldve reported it and Michaels employees wouldve make an effort to clean it or block off the aisle before someone stepped in it like I did. I wasnt the only one who got that neon paint on their shoes but thank you to the kind employee who helped!

Gotta love those 20% off of entire purchase coupons. I ended up getting the materials for my wreaths at a whopping 70% off!

I love that the staff is always so helpful and sweet. I can almost always find what Im going after and if not, theyll find it for me. Great prices and a really nice variety to chose from!

I had a very pleasant experience shopping in this store today. Michaels has so many great craft ideas and gifts. I really like the selection of childrens crafts they have along with science projects and microscopes. I have several grandchildren that I think will really like the scientific gifts I am planning on buying some for them for Christmas

I love this Michaels. They always have great deals but make sure to go to Michaels.com first and get your coupon scanner. I always end up saving so much def worth it.

Came to the store over a month ago to purchase 4 picture frames....they only had 3 of the ones that I wanted so I decided to order them online. The first shipment came in and 3 of the frames were trash. Tried to bring them back to the store to exchange them for the 3 they had because they were good however they said that they were not taking returns at that time. So I had to contact Michaels customer service and send them back and they sent me 3 more that were just as bad as the ones I sent back. Tonight I walked up to the store to return the second shipment right at 7 and was basically screamed at from the customer service register they were closed even though the doors were still open and there were plenty of customers in the store and a steady stream of people wanting to come in to make purchases. Horrible, horrible experience...I honestly dont know if I will ever make another purchase from Michaels again.

Good variety in sort out you can order online. For the most part good customer service. Process can be high compared to other craft stores, so it’s always best to shop around for the lowest price. Staff is friendly and for the most part helpful.

I definitely wont be back. I feel like I asked a valid question that anyone could answer. Yet the young lady at the register couldnt so she asked her manager. Who replied to her how am I suppose to know that. Then started to tell her how I could find out myself the answer I was looking for. The thing is I would have never asked if I had to go look myself. Ive been shopping at this location since Ive moved to Duncan however today was my final day. Do to the poor customer service I continue to get

Excellent Service! From beginning to end

The selection was great. Awesome deals going on for 40%-70% fall and Halloween stuff so that was really great! Staff seemed lacking.. Only time I saw any employees was at the front. But it really was a nice browsing experience. I only bought a couple, small items but I can see myself spending a lot here.

Always a busy spot - always have most of the items I need to craft... Although, they DO need more cashiers on hand, they choose to be like Walmart and have one or two registers open and people in line regularly.

Its Michaels. You should know what youre getting into, but I didnt take enough allergy pills to stop the overwhelming scents from burning my eyes and they didnt even have what I wanted. If youre crafty and have no sense of smell though this place is for you!

If you buy resin in a box ask if you can check it before you buy people use the hardener and return the rest. Not Michaels fault but something to check for seeing as resin is getting popular.

Best staff you could ask for - love how involved and excited they are for my new ideas/projects. Selection could use updating and perhaps more variety less repetition of same items by different vendors. How many different black permanent marker brands do I really need? It would be nice if there were more options of materials, polymers, waxes, oils fragrances, etc.

Everything was neatly organized. I thought some of the prices were a lil high, but not too horrible. Cashier wss friendly and helpful. The pictures are some flowers I put together myself and some of their fall bouquets.

The store is nice and neat whenever you walk in, and also very clean. We actually had a problem with one of our items, and were wanting to return it. We lost a screw that came with the package, and they STILL let us return it. Phenomenal customer service.

Came across their Funko Pop section and managed to find one that is almost impossible to find online or in store. They always have coupons online too, so never go in without saving those.

Great selection of art supplies. Quick tip: threy accept all competitor coupons. This way you can save a good bit of money! Their large canvas options are also fantastic.

No very unorganized with online orders being shipped to the store. I had to call UPS to find out where my pkg was delivered. It had been at Michaels since 12-17-18. On 12-23-18 they still couldnt find it.Finally found it and went to pick it up next morning. They couldnt find it the next day. My wife spoke to mgr on the phone and finally it was found again. Love the store,but I wont order on line with them.

One of my.favorite stores. I visit often to shop for.different things, mostly beads and findings to make jewelry. I have been lucky getting awesome price reductions and sales many many times.The employees are very helpful. The store is clean and perfectly stocked all the time.

Went to return 2 items that I had purchased the same day. I threw my receipt away and had already taken the trash out before I noticed that the materials that I had purchased would not work for what I needed so I did not have it with me BUT I used my member rewards. When I went back to the store to purchase additional items, I asked the one of the cashiers if I could exchange the items that I had purchased earlier that day. (Was a little over $7) Big mistake on my end for asking her to do her job apparently. It seemed to be the biggest inconvenience she had ever experienced in her life because I received eye rolling, huffing and puffing and worst of all ATTITUDE in response to requesting a simple exchange. I was asked for my ID which in some cases I do understand may be needed but this lady looked at it several times and looked back up at me to confirm that it matched my face. She didn’t even get anything off of it... just handed it back to me. Several minutes pass and she finally tells me she can’t exchange it that she would have to refund me the money in cash (I originally paid with a card and why could you not just do an exhange?) and goes on to tell me that I will be charged more for an item that was the EXACT same price. After politely explaining to her that is not what is on the sign she basically insinuates that I am lying. So, after taking a picture with my phone and bringing it back to her she continues to say “that isn’t the price for that item” ... AGAIN insinuating that I am lying although she just saw a picture of a sign that is in her store. Instead of walking back there herself, she disgustingly tells me she will go ahead and override the pricing as if she was doing me a favor. I understand people have bad days sometimes but I have worked Customer Service my entire life and I cannot fathom the thought of ever treating a customer the way that I was treated. To avoid being treated like trash I will be taking my business to Hobby Lobby going forward. I love Michaels but they should really reconsider when hiring rude employees to be the face of their company!

They offer coupons and theres always a glitch on why you cant use them. Hobby lobby is far better

Found lots of items for baby shower Im throwing, and most was on sale. Cute stuff.

Each section is marked with signs hanging from the ceiling so you can see just inside the door where you need to go :) instead of wandering around when you dont have the time to do so.

The store is very clean however, sometimes the signs are not detailed enough and its confusing as to what is on sale. Over all its a great location!

Michael’s is pretty awesome. I learned Cake Decorating here awhile back when I was in 5th grade with my mother. It was a great learning experience & created some cool cakes! Also made lots of delicious cakes & homemade buttercream frosting! Michael’s usually has good deals going on in the store or there are coupons online. I never leave there feeling like I spent too much money. ️
