Nice, intimate theatre in the center of Spartanburg. Saw Rocky Horror from the balcony. Nice seats but doesnt seem to be a bad seat in the house.

This (Shake and Strike) was the third show I’ve seen here and it was fantastic!Chapman Cultural Center has just grown by leaps and bound as far as quantity AND Quality or their shows goes.Two thumbs up!

Very interesting exhibit about immigrants. Also enjoyed artwork of local art teachers.

First visit was to see the Spartanburg Ballet present The Great Gatsby. We really enjoyed the performance as well as the the Theater. The seats and rows were extremely close together but over all I loved it.

Saw Lost Highway with friends. The venue is beautiful and the play was very well done. Since the show sold out every night, the theater added an extra performance!

I saw a production of The Addams Family Musical put on by Spartan High School Drama Club. My grand daughter was among the cast. I laughed through most of the production. Delightful.

This is a lovely facility that is well kept. It is very nice to have a little theater that is intimate and brings some excellent plays to our area.

Hank Williams:Lost Highway did not disappoint! A wonderful time was had once again at an SLT production. Dont miss them!

I had never been to the theatre before. When I saw that they were doing The Rocky Horror Show I couldnt resist. They did a really good production. It may have been my first time going to the theatre but it will not be my last.

I attended my daughters voice performance at the Chapman Cultural. I have, also, attended Bluegrass Spartanburg. The atmosphere is great! It is a good place to have Cultural events.

The Snowman performance was a great last minute surprise, and we really enjoyed it!!

Hank Williams Jr. was fantastic! Really enjoyed the talent! Can’t wait to see Sister Act!

My daughter has been involved with the Chapman center since elementary school. She is now in college and still involved. Spartanburg and surrounding areas are very blessed to have a place for artistic kids to learn and express their talents.

The Chapman Cultural Center is a wonderful place for all ages. My Grandchildren have enjoyed many programs at the Science Center which were both educational & entertaining. Any time we have out of town visitors, a leisurely stroll through the various art exhibits is a regular part of of the visit. Classes in Art, Dance, etc are always awesome. The Spartanburg Little Theaters presentations are always excellent. The latest, Mamma Mia was as entertaining and excellent as any I have seen. I could go on & on. Needless to say I highly recommend the CCC.

Loved the Hank Williams Show!

Awesome experience and it was free! Woohoo! We went to the Far-Out Fantasy concert by the Spartanburg Community Band. Miss Diane Lee from WSPA TV was the announcer and singer. All around great performance from some very talented people right here in Spartanburg!

Love it!! Everything was wonderful. My daughter and I went to a concert. They served horderves and wine before the show, which I found delightful. We were able to take wine into the auditorium for the show. The concert was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Im told they have other activities that goes on there as well.

Its a smaller, but clean and elegant venue. We thoroughly enjoyed the venue tonight. We saw The Great Gatsby ballet. Easy to see the stage from all seats. Sound quality good and pleasant, not overwhelming. There had wine and other alcohol available. Its nice they include younger performers in the production. There is a parking deck with easy access to the center and downtown is a quite close.

Nice venue for watching a show. Very intimate and every seat is a great seat. Front row is awfully close to stage and kinda surprised at how close it was. Very clean and has a science center and art museum in same area, separate buildings on opposite sides of theater building.

Chapman Cultural Center is a great place for small to medium-sized shows and recitals. We attended the Spring Ballet Spartanburg recitals. We have two granddaughters who participate in the Nutcracker and special productions supported by Ballet Spartanburg. Wonderful teachers and lovely performances!

A favorite destination in Spartanburg! Beautifully designed. Ive seen many performances here and theyve all been fantastic. Not only that, but this place also offers very well done programs and summer camps. Ive also attended a fascinating gallery viewing here. A fantastic center for the arts and more. Highly recommended!

The Spartanburg Little Theatre play Smokey Joes was very entertaining. Great event for mothers day.

This facility does great programs for kids. The buildings themselves are comfortable and have Wi-Fi.

I enjoy using the facility and seeing productions come alive. I also love the staff they are always so organized and kind. I love the seating & how the cast always come down off tge stage to greet their audience.

This is such an awesome place! Weve been coming here for classes and performances for years. There is such a great staff teaching here. The performances are incredible!

Beautiful Place, and went here to see Ballet Spartanburg, put on a play called Coppelia. It was an Amazing Ballet, and I would go and see it, if youve not already. Great performance and very nice place.

Great, educational place for upstae children. I love the Spartanburg museum and they have the best traveling attractions. And added bonus.......my daughters art work is on exhibit every spring.

The cultural center hosts events such as the Kite Festival which Ive photographed and attached here. A generous field in the back with accompanying music and food, drinks and families. What a great time to be had by all! I have not seen the inside of the center or attended events indoors but the city has done a great thing by holding this event at the Chapman Cultural Center.

I visited the Chapman Cultural Center tonight to hear the Spartanburg Community Band. They played Christmas songs and they were great. I truly enjoyed myself and the after party was so cool getting to talk with the conductor and the band members to let them know what an awesome job they did.
