I was there for almost 2 hours, playing the required amt for drink service and not once did the attendant come and ask if I needed anything. She went over as soon as a Caucasian man walked into establishment to get him a drink, passed by to take drinks over to other customers but the only time she addressed me was when she reminded me I needed to keep my mask up even though I was smoking at that time. Not getting a drink at this particular dottys is sadly becoming the normal, it has happened the past 3 or 4 visits, each time Ive been there for at least an hour, played over $50 and not received service. Id prefer going to this one because its right down the street from me but Im having to drive to a different one which has limited my visits to dottys overall.

The woman was very rude telling me that I couldnt have a purse in the building. How else am I going to provide a payment method??

We shop your store at least every other day. Today my husband buys two packs of cigarettes, paid for them by debit card signed sealed but not delivered. After paying the clerk asked for Id. After paying. Because his license expired during lockdown, the governor gave citizens until the end of September to clear paperwork, the clerk refused the sale. My husband is 61. Looks alot older than 30 but in spite of the obvious no smokes. No customer anymore either. Now he paid for something he didnt get. If the charge goes to the bank Im talking to my lawyer. Thats robbery. May do it anyway. My husband was refused service because of virus that China caused not him. Real fun and comfortable place! This location is SO MUCH BETTER THAN any of the other locations it is pathetic. They are friendly, always, they almost always gave little snacks out and while gambling i ALWAYS AM OFFERED A DRINK!!! The other locations in Reno NEVER HAVE SNACKS OUT & rarely do I even get an offer for a drink, well if I go up 2 the counter and REQUEST 1, then I will receive a drink! PRETTY SAD THAT ONLY 1 LICATION DOES THEIR JOBS!!!!!!

Reason behind 3 stars, I have had pleasant experiences many times, majority of the staff is nothing but great from customer service down to the cleanliness of the establishment. However, there is one staff member who is a hot and cold ticking time bomb, Rebecca, she can turn any positive impression into a catastrophe of displeasure. Ive easily been passive on the negative attitude and control/power trip she feels to impose on many who come through there, to where many made it clear that she is the reason they do not continue to bring business to this location, at least whilst she is working. I went in per the norm, sarcastically making jokes as always, but guess who was not in their good mood phase, yup it was Rebecca. I even took a seat away from her to calm my nerves before having her come over to verbally go in about talking to her in some type of way and I simply stating that I sat where I was to calm down from her aggressive attitude, to where threats of calling police and being 86d for no real legitimate reason. I do not recommend going on any trips to the Victorian location when Rebecca is working on Wednesday and Thursday graves. She talks about how much she dislikes the Victorian location, yet has made no effort to make it enjoyable for patrons to feel comfortable when going in while she is scheduled or let alone made an attempt not to work this location. Hope they figure out the nonsense soon, and before she maliciously single handedly taints the experience and for some their overall experience with location.

Machines are tight! Music is usually good, and depends on Clerks taste in music. I guess you could request genre. Machines were HOT during Hot August Nights, but machines are usually tight because not a popular spot! I generally like friendlier Clerks after 6pm!

Music is too loud. Very protective of their bathrooms. Dont leave anything unattended.

The place has really gone down hill in service. There are a couple of good servers, Dani is great and then there are servers like Angela who spends all her time running her mouth and is quite rude. I will not be playing here again until she is gone. 10 years down the drain because of poor customer service. I called and left them several messages and they didnt even contact me.

Atmosphere gets a little scary past a certain hour. You have to get buzzed into the restroom and its still very dirty and gross. Place needs a good cleaning.

Dotties on Victorian is a very local and regulars kind of place where they are all more like family. Employees as well as customers are usually very friendly and welcoming. Love visiting. Amanda and dani are amazing girls always greeting with a smile.

I love this place, good games and always a chance at winning good jackpots. Cheap cigarettes and friendly staff.

Great staff easy access to gaming in a quiet and subdued atmosphere. Varity of games is limited but the layout of the facility overcomes the lack of choices. Would reccomend Dottys on Victorian. It is an A+ friendly place to spend an early morning with Coffee and a Coyote

Next time let a couple change their baby’s diaper in your casino. It will only take a few minutes. They weren’t doing anything bad. Maybe they didn’t want to change the baby’s diaper in the heat during th rib cook off. You guys not allowing this for a few minutes. Shows what kind of owners and people you have working for you!

Not the typical casino environment. Machines are separated allowing a roomy, comfortable feel. The staff are always friendly.Edit* I removed a star due to their no back pack policy. I really dont understand why they dont allow patrons to bring a backpack in. I enjoy cycling and a backpack is the only way I can cary certain items that I want to bring along. Having to drop my pack somewhere prior to going is really inconvenient and usually leads to me choosing not to go back... Cmon Dotties, if its a matter of concealing and bringing something in that you dont want, Ive seen women with bigger purses...

Cheap smokes, free candy and slots

We went to Dottys #41 5342 Sparks Bl Sparks, NV 89436 at around 11 AM 7/17/2013. I asked for a card they said oh that will take hours to make. I said I will wait for a card and will not gamble (granite they know me by name). I waited one hour asked again for my gambling card they said oh we need to have your license to order it. So I would have to wait another hour wow I guess they dont need customers.

I go there the other day and when i went to use the restroom there were signs that said no public restrooms and they were locked. How can you have a casino without any public restroooms?

Been in there five times.four of those times they said they ran out of snacks the one other time they only had a small tray of chocolate kisses. The only worker who was friendly was a lady named Angela.

Fun quiet place...

Ordered a drink while playing. Was told I had to play at least 10 bucks. And be betting at least 25 cents. I had already played 30 bucks and was playing keno for 20 cents I was denied the drink. Wont be playing there again.

Some of the biggest airheads I ever seen on the job...you are not safe here. Employees spend as much time watching people gamble or sitting and smoking as they do behind the counter!! I have walked in and found the counter unattended and could have walked off with product from behind counter if I were the kind to do so...the place runs its self and that aint good people...watch yourself.

Could have nicer staff

The employees are all very friendly here. And when you can actually go in without beggers standing all around outside, its a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
