The riverview hotel was amazing! The ocean front view at sunset was so picturesque!The customer service, especially Luke at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! And booked our next trip at check out!

Even with all the Covid restrictions, they were absolutely wonderful! Check in went so smoothly. David at the front desk couldnt have been more helpful. From recommending restaurants to helping up with our tv issues. Their shared kitchen was closed due to Covid, but that just turned our trip into more of an adventure. We loved every minute. (Only negative was the weak WiFi we had)

Riverview Resort was in a perfect spot on the Cape to make as our base for touring the Cape for 2 days. We stayed overnight. It was a nice, clean, spacious room, with an excellent view of the marina on the River and the boats from our little back deck. We would definitely stay there again.

This is my third time I have visited. The rooms were spacious, clean and well designed. I had a terrific view of the river with a beautiful gizabo outside of my window. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub was inviting. It was quiet and peaceful. I will be back.

I love this Resort, its a beautiful place to relax and meet new people. I saw a family of ducks, a beautiful white swan and a family of rabbits all on the property. The rooms are big and comfortable. The only thing is the rooms do not have kitchens, it has microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator and all the utilities. There are two main kitchens for everyone it consists of two stoves two refrigerators two dishwashers and so on. I do believe its for people to get together and I like that idea. The thing I like the most is, the hotel looks like its built around a lighthouse...

Nice location beside the river. Short walk to a local bar and three restaurants. Photo was taken from bedroom this morning. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good amenities with revamp scheduled during winter months.

My stay at Riverview was excellent! The staff was very helpful and the resort inside and out was extremely clean. There was plenty of outside places to sit and relax outside and a very nice playground for children.

Riverview resort was our second RCI trip and the first in Massachusetts. The resort was clean, relatively easy to find, close access to Hyannis and Kennedy stuff, right on a river, with friendly, helpful staff.

The people that run the resort are the biggest reason its terrific. Clean, helpful.....I enjoy staying here

Stayed in here for three days. Staff was really nice and accommodations were comfortable. Only giving two stars because our refrigerator was not cooling and we lost all our groceries and foods/milk for our infant son. Service men were sent to repair and told us it was working, stocked the fridge again. Found out next day that it was not working and lost groceries/food a second time. Resort would not reimburse or reduce our room rate. We would probably stay elsewhere next time.

We made a quick weekend trip after Thanksgiving! We had a warm reception. Resort was nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool too! Overall, we had a very positive experience. We would definitely come back again.

Needed an affordable one night stay one Cape while here for training, this place seemed good. No real negatives but it is tired.The mini fridge was so noisy I had to shut it off, which inadvertently defrosted it. Probably was the reason it was so noisy to begin with.My room was right across from the inside pool door, it was bad in April, would not want to be there in the summer.Overall good for the value on the Cape but not higher than 3 stars.

Great little resort. We booked late and got a small room. But still enjoyed our visit.

We stayed at the riverview just for a quick overnight. We were there from 1am to 11am. The room was upgraded to a suite, allowing us to stay with our friends who booked the room. The rooms were clean, spacious and left us wishing we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the amenities. There was a kitchen! We hope to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was spacious and clean and the resort has many nice common areas.The staff were pleasant and helpful.The sun deck out the back has beautiful views down the water, we enjoyed sitting out watching the sunset.Although we didnt make use of the pool facilities they looked clean and in good order.There are a couple of restaurants close by but they didnt look up to much, we walked a couple minutes up the road to Jerrys and it was fantastic.

Ive come to Riverview Resort for several years now and the service, staff, view, and location are wonderful. Ive had some issues with the room and things were resolved quickly. The staff is very helpful and will give you recommendations of tourist attractions in the area. The grounds are beautiful and it sits along the Parker River. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the furniture and electronics in the room are a bit outdated (i.e., telephone, TV, bed, kitchenette, etc). However, surprisingly, the pull out couch is quite comfortable for what it is.

We were able to upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom and two full baths at check in. Total fee was $65 for three nights. All four of us girls paid $103.00 each. Was a very good deal!

Purchased a week from Redweek and it was well worth it. The resort has pleasant staff, the studio room was perfect in size and well supplied. Anything we needed was taken care, from directions, discounted beach pass, extra towels. We highly recommend going, its well worth the money!

Room was small but clean. Fence blocked the Marina view we were supposed to have.

The rooms to the front of the building have lovely views of the parking lot. The back does have a very nice view of the river. The pool is a bit small but all and all for a quiet clean place to stay it will fit the bill.

This is definitely our new vacation getaway spot! I love that its a smaller resort, which means a LOT less noise! Incredibly clean, everywhere! Loved sitting outside by the river on the Adirondacks! And, the BEST nights of sleep Ive gotten at any resort or hotel in years! The mattress was so comfortable, room darkening shades, noise reducing ac/heat units, these make all the difference in the world for me, my bad back and poor sleeping habits! I feel rejuvenated after this trip, and thats not always the case!

It was very clean, but I did not like the fact that I had to share a kitchen with others. Also I signed for a one bedroom, they gave me a studio with a small refrigerator, small sink etc. I will not return there unless I find out that many things are fixed. Reception was good. Thanks

If youre trying to find it at night you may be confused when the directions say to turn right and all you see is a ship there. But its there. The hotel was cozy and clean. That is looks like a lighthouse is a nice touch.

Great location, and nice river view from our room. Large king pillow top beautyrest mattress in the master. Unfortunately, Im sleeping in the room with 2 double beds. These are the most uncomfortable beds. They look like they are from the 70s (with matching 70s polyester bed spread). The couch cushions are so worn, they are literally 1-2 inches thick. The coffee maker doesnt work, the phone doesnt work, they claim to have Bluetooth speakers in the rooms... they dont. Its not the most expensive place on the Cape. So I cant complain, but if you are looking for a modern (or comfy) stay. This isnt it.

When we got there after a two hour ride we found out the pool and Jacuzzi were not available until April 3rd we pick this Hotel for those amenities very disappointing -we would have booked at another hotel if this was communicated to us prior to leaving.

Located near plenty of restaurants, fun activities, and shops. Has basic amenities and helpful staff.

The Riverview feels like home away from home for me. From Management to the house cleaning staff, I give them 5 stars!
