It was my first time watching a play. We went to the musical Guys and Dolls. Wow. What an experience! I loved the extraordinary performance of the person for Adelaide character. We will definitely visit The Portland Players for another musical.

Saw the Gay Mens Chorus last week which I always enjoy. I live within walking distance but rarely go mostly because they have the same old plays year after year. This year looks much better so I am going to try to get to a couple.

Every play I have seen there has always been on par or even about a regional and sometime on par with Broadway production. Bravo to this community theater to put on productions with all volunteers on stage and minimally paid production crews an pits. Thank you and I will always continue to patronize this wonderful Th a

Shows are great, staff is friendly. But A/C was sooooo cold that my feet hurt. Distracted from show because we couldnt wait to get out if the building.

The building is beautiful, and you can tell the cast tries hard. Whether they make it work or not is up in the air from show to show, but thats just how live performance goes.

I almost always enjoy the performances, but I will not renew my membership because the hassle of finding affordable parking nearby is virtually impossible.
