My kids loved it. A fun place to burn some energy and have fun. Enough places to keep them occupied for an hour and had some dippin’ dots ice cream to cool off and relax. The place is quite loud with many kids screaming and running around, so not as fun of an experience for the parents, but that is expected for most kid venues. There are some electric massage chairs to sit in if you want a massage, but don’t expect to sit for long as it will beep and keep the massage rollers in an uncomfortable location if you don’t pay. You can sit on some benches positioned in different areas. A worthwhile place to visit it to see your kids having fun.

My 5 and 10 year old went here for a birthday party. This place is HUGE! Amazing fun at every turn, an observation deck with couches and TVs overlooks the entire facility, and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The obstacle courses and the jousting pit were way better than their competition in Portland. Not to mention how incredible the ginormous jungle-gym was. I did have a hard time keeping track of my kids though. After they went it the jungle-gym I swear they didnt surface for 20 minutes; and they came at me from an exit I couldnt see. The under 7 jumping area was pretty good for my little guy, too. Pads on everything. I noticed a few people get put into weird positions and hit their head on things, but no one was injured the whole time there. Impressive.

We visited mid August, 2020. Let me tell you, this place is awesome post-covid! (Mid covid? You get me...) I think there were maybe 30 people in the whole place. Plenty of space to jump, no lines, easy to watch the kids from across the room.I didnt see any extra cleaning going on, but the place looked pretty clean. The staff was friendly, and they all wore masks. Patrons did not have to wear masks, and most didnt. That was probably my favorite part - seeing facial expressions is something Ive taken for granted. It was nice to share a smile with a stranger. :)Only 4 stars because the food is terrible, and overpriced.

Let me get this straight and let me tell you something about this place because you’re going to have to understand that it is perceived by some to be very dangerous to be jumping around on trampolines. It’s not for me to see if it’s dangerous to jump around on trampolines because it’s not something I would do myself and I’m usually a little bit paranoid about such things. But suffice it to say you’re going to have to fill out a very long waiver if you want to be jumping anywhere near these bouncy springs and trampoline so if you want to be flipping through the air doing several twists and turns you better be very careful careful. In order to achieve maximum air you’ve got a really jump a lot use the spring of your legs and thighs and calves to fly into the air like a soaring eagle

The kids had a great time. There were enough play zones to keep them entertained for hours. I appreciated being able to bring water bottles for them and not having to pay extravagantly for concession items. I gave it three stars though because there place was just grungy. You couldve scooped a ten course meal with condiments off the floor. The bathrooms were a cesspool with fecal matter and urine all over. It made me puke in my mouth a little to think about all the people going in and out in their socks then heading back to jump all over there equipment. Blech.

The Restrooms are like a barn. The toilets are not cleaned and the floor is wet and dirty. They are so dirty and it smells disgusting. It’s so unprofessional . I personal saw a worker that was picking up trash with no gloves with his bare hands, after he went where you buy food and all of that and he started to give people food without wearing any gloves. So unprofessional and it needs to be more cleaner. In other words the place is not clean and very smelly.

Place very dirty, staff are bunch of irresponsible young kids, we visted the place with 3 kids under 8yo, my daughter needed to use the restroom but couldnt because its so filthy, I asked an employee(Josh) if he could let her use the restroom upstairs but he refused and said its closed and refused to have someone to clean the one down stairs, at 9:300pm they started to sweep, two guys were sweeping and swinging their brooms and getting the dust on the kids, I asked them to stop sweeping that way, they ignored me, I had to go to the manager as I started coughing from the dust. He did not do anything about it. Will update with a link of video of the incident and restroom to be posted on YouTube and Facebook

So on a positive note, it is a good size facility with lots to keep kids entertained. That is really where the pros stop and you get to the cons.1st off, its company policy that you have to use their proprietary socks. This is the 1st trampoline park Ive encountered this and the staff readily acknowledges that their socks arent any different than other facilities, its just to milk you for another $20.2nd, it is not nearly as cleanly as other trampoline parks ive been to. The floors were dirty literally everywhere. Also there was a noticeable unclean aroma that ive not experienced at similar parks.Lastly the sign in and waiver process is fairly asinine. Theres 3 touch pads setup off to the side that arent readily apparent, so once you wait in line you find out you need to go to a seperate area only to wait in line again. During school vacation week, having one of the three touch pads functioning made for a less than fantastic 1st impression.Recommendation - drive 10 minutes north on the highway and go to Get Air in Westbrook. Cleaner, cheaper, and overall better facility.

If my girls didnt love this place, we would never go back. We have decreased our once weekly visits to every couple of months. I had a birthday party here for our 4 year old, and aside from the lovely party host, all else was a disaster. The manager decided that during our birthday party was perfect timing for yelling at our party host. I was embarrassed for her and more than angry at him. This was time I paid for. If she needs to be corrected, there is a better time. I followed up with the owner, only to leave countless messages that werent returned. A few weeks later, I went in and caught him there. He said he was just too busy to return my call. It is no wonder this place has been dead the last few times we have been. It is truly a shame. Good customer service starts with the owner and trickles down. Managers are more worried about practicing their killer rave skills and air guitar than they are about creating an environment kids will beg to keep coming back for.

Had a birthday party here for my son. He had a great time, but I would not do it again. The negatives-•it’s so overwhelming for the senses (loud, smelly, chaotic),•they only allow you to bring in a cake for the party. I wanted to bring in fresh fruit and veggies as well. They said ‘no’, and offered their “healthy options” fruit cup, apple sauce pouches and chocolate milk. I really resent being dictated what I can offer my child as well as other children to eat.•the bathrooms were gross. Smelled like urine and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.•it’s really expensivePositives•We had a really nice host, she really wanted to make sure we were pleased.•the kids had a lot of funAdmittedly, not my kind of place. But, I also feel like it’s a business first kind of place.

We arrived at 10:15am on 4/20/2019 for our first visit to Urban Air. We walked in signs saying step 1 sign waivers. ok no problem. Thats where we were left. We signed the electronic waivers and figured out we had to turn around and go back to the front desk.No problem...We walk up to the counter and get greeted by a girl who wasnt rude but acted as if it was a bother. advised her this was out 1st visit. advised her we wanted the 2.5 hour unlimited access package. she gave us the balance, we paid and she gave us our socks while advising us to come back if the socks didnt fit. The end. No these are the rules or have a great time nothing. We have 2 adults and 3 kids 11-13 years old. Myself and the kids had no issue with the socks. my fiance however couldnt get the socks on. He returned to the front desk where the same girl advised him they didnt have anything bigger. We were okay with that but wanted a refund if he couldnt jump. When he went back to ask about a refund a different girl checked and found a bigger size. problem fixed. As the minutes passed on the place filled up and the war zone began. All areas were filled with small children under the age of 8/9 years old. No one was watching their own children and even worse there were no rules or safety guidelines being enforced by employees.several times the dodgeball arena was taken by 2-3 toddlers and their parents so no one could play. the free jump zone was loaded with toddlers running around and sitting on the trampolines so people couldnt jump around properly. parents would let their small children enter the warrior course from the exit while an older child was trying to do the course correctly. many times I saw my own children and others get overwhelmed by much smaller kids and their parents with no regard for others safety or the rules.meanwhile the employees stand there or walk around and say nothing.we will not be back. we will find somewhere else to jump unless the safety issues are addressed. If anyone asks me I will not be giving them a recommendation to try Urban Air.

EVERYONE CAME, including some who did not rsvp, and our host was so gracious about setting up for a few extra kids on the fly.Our party host was fabulous, and the party setup was thoughtful, well-organized, and so easy for us. The kids had a blast and I was not tearing my hair out. I even got to enjoy a bit of jumping! Even before the party, our contacts Mae and Andy were prompt, efficient, and super accommodating as they helped me plan.Lastly, the employees - not just our party host Avi but especially her and the front manager (is this Andy??) - made my son feel like a million bucks on his birthday. We got the Ultimate Party Package for our youngest. We bought extra dipping dots, pizzas, and the powder puckers things.First off, it was so DISORGANIZED!! We had to host when things were going to be done (cake, pizza, etc).Secondly, the host kept forgetting things. She forgot the t-shirt, which I reminded her. Looking back at the package we were suppose to get 1 trip to the candy drop station and scratch offs for all the guest and they didnt provide us that!!Worse of all, the private rooms were all upstairs and the air conditioning wasnt working. It was 85-90 degrees upstairs and everyone was sweating, including the hostess. One of the guest parents said she notice that the host kept wiping her sweat with her hands and they used it to hand off the pizza to the kids. They also did nothing to remedy the issue. I mean they should have gotten portable fans for the room. Another party was going on in the other room and it was empty also cause no one wanted to stay in the room. One of the guest brought a baby and we had to go downstairs cause we were worried the baby would overheatHonestly, having the host was useless. She basically just handed off bracelets when the kids arrive and went off to do her own thing and occasionally checked in with us. We could have done all the stuff she did. Also, we had to tip the host, which we gave a decent tip even though we though the hostess role was kinda useless. All in all, save yourself the trouble and book your party somewhere else. For the amount paid, it definitely wasnt worth it!
