At the first moment you arrive in this place they give you an excellent feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a happy place to hang out with friends or with your date. tasty meals, talented chef, good pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews. Splitsville service is TOP NOTCH. I had a 16+ person party today and our waiters were awesome! They made us feel special and well taken care of. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

The sushi was really good. We were surprised to have such good sushi in a bowling place. They have a Thursday special where all sushi under $11 is $5. Very worth it

Awesome time here at Splitsville. Our server was great. He was fun, had lots of energy and quick. Went on a Thursday night and pricing was very good. Gotta pay for parking but parking at the garage was only 4 dollars which isnt bad. Nothing there is too expensive. Ordered a pizza and my girl ordered sushi. All was good. Would definitely come again

Fun atmosphere. Food is good (nachos are great)! Experienced a slight discrepancy with a reservation, but it worked out better for us overall. Kind staff even though you can tell who the newbies are.

Bowling lanes are a bit smaller than Bird Bowl, but the vibe inside is more high end with a small premium. The sushi and the food are surprisingly amazing, and not the typical burgers and pizza that you eat at bowling places!

This is a great place for your family parties. We had a birthday party for my friend and we had a great time!! They have everything for you a whole package with food bowling and drinks. The service was amazing, Yuli was always on point. Great time, great place!

We had a problem with the lane but they immediately jumped to help us. The service was very kind. You can tell they care about people not just money. I think Juli was her name and she took care of us and solved the problem immediately. Great experience, great service. Definitely a Place that care about customer service!! Good job Splitsville!!

Great all-around bowling ally. Alcohol & pool tables are a great adult add-on. Food service was okay but could use some improvement. The sushi is delicious!!!

5 star customer service. Staff and managers are very friendly and attentive to customers needs and requests. Kelly and Reuben were amazing and made our experience at Splitsville a great one.

The place is really nice. However, getting a lane can sometimes be difficult and it is pricey. The food is excellent - for a bowling alley - and the bar is way better than youd expect. They have craft beer, cocktails and decent wines. Not just the Miller and bud light you might expect at a bowling alley. Overall its lots of fun for adults and kids. Just understand it will set you back more than the average bowling alley.

I really enjoyed this place, we had a reservation for my husbands party and we had a great time!!!!! The service by our server Yuly was excellent. Definitely coming back.

This place is great! First bowling alley Ive been to where you dont choke on cigarette smoke. Super clean, great food and prices and bowling with friends is a blast!!!

After you pay for your game they dont let you prolong your game because totally understandable 0 customer satisfaction I will never go again to this place .

It’s very nice place to chill out, every time I have been there, I had a wonderful time. Specially at the bar, they have excellent services,there is bartender specially Yuli, she’s wonderful and amazing employee there and her services is always incredibly awesome. I will suggest people to go there and have a wonderful time.

Smells bad inside.. very high priced and over rated.. the mixed dri ks where watered Down.. we bowled drank beers and left once our time was up. Place needs a good cleaning..

This is the best bowling alley in Miami. They have a great sushi bar and very good promotions. Yuli did an excellent job taking care of us! I recommend it to anybody in Miami !!

Perfect for a fun Friday night. Their food is outstanding and the service is exceptional. Weve had a few birthday parties there and it was easy and fun (and co-ed)...give socks as the party favor so everyone will be able to bowl.

This place was the biggest disappointment ever. They were understaffed, so after waiting 30 minutes for a server, the guy that finally waited on us was overwhelmed and complained the whole time that it was supposed to be his day off and it was his kids birthday and he didnt want to be at work.. The service he provided really reflected that. He started out by forgetting drinks, then attempting to pick a fly or something out of a soda until he noticed that we were watching him before getting a new one. He forgot to put in my food order, so the rest of our group finished eating before I got a bite. Our friend was served a drink in a dirty glass with lipstick all over it, and it was NOT comped off the check. And because the server knew that we were unhappy, he also made sure to add an automatic gratuity. The lanes were terrible and kept breaking.. the pins wouldnt reset, the balls wouldnt come back, the scoreboard wouldnt register pins that did fall. The shoes were old and broken and the bottoms were sticky, making it very easy to trip and fall. We left before finishing the 2 games we paid for, and will never be back. Dont waste your time and money here!

This place back in the days was great... now things r falling apart and food was soo old ... the fresh fries was hard n hand burger had a weird taste also.

This planned trip was annoying because the first lane kept cutting off and they had to fix it each time. Then they moved us to the second lane where the ball kept getting stuck. Then eventually they moved us to the 3rd lane and it was okay. But by this time, I was aggravated. The manager was nice about the whole situation. He offered my son a free icee and he offered a free game for us. Thankfully this made my son very happy because I was ready to walk out the door.

Fun bowling...but also really good food. strangely enough the sushi here is excellent.Pizza and cocktails good also

My son’s end of school party was here. The place was understaff and the service was extremely slow. I chose not to open a tab and to pay on consumption. In spite of this, they charged me $26 by mistake. It was mission impossible to have them remove the charge. All I got was its only a holding on your card (again, I never opened a tap)...the charge will disappear I tried by all means to ensure they reversed it and after long arguments and back and forth an employee said “I promise you will see the reversed charged by midnight”. He wrote a note. I am still waiting. I lost $26. driving there to argue is worthless. but by all means THIS IS STEALING. Very bad experience. Incompetent employees that treat customers as if they are ignorants. Its simple you charge by mistake, you credit there is not such thing by midnight it will disappear. I am sure nobody walks out owing them money. Why should a customer leave when they are the ones owning?

Good place to bowl, but needs vegetarian and vegan options on their menu besides pizza or salad please.

Splitsville is a place that has everything, good food, good music, fun and excellent service... Yuli is a very energetic girl, she was also very attentive to us. Looking forward to coming back!

Visited Saturday, July 28th 2019. I was in a large group. We ordered drinks while we waiting for our bowling lanes. On the second round, my gf mentioned to the bartender that her drink tasted strange from the first. He tried to dismiss the comment. We had to insists he replace the drink. He displayed very poor bar etiquette & customer service. He seemed very unhappy & should probably look for another job. I later saw how they were cleaning the glasses and was appalled at the process. No wonder the drink tasted strange.Once at our bowling lanes we come to find they were defective. The balls wouldnt role back and the bumpers had to be physically installed & permanently fixed throughout the entire night (not a huge deal for us). The staff was quick to respond to these issues however our waitress seemed non-existent throughout the night.We still had a great time, however, this review couldve easily been a 4 star if not for the lack of customer service at the main bar. I really hope they turns it around.

Splitvill is old. Ten years if I remember correct. Not much has changed. But it is still a great family go to. The staff try theyre very best to compliment every visit with great customer service. In my experience. Ive come to see splitsville to be one of if not the only other reason to go to sunset mall. From the lanes to the food. Its a memory in its on right... I mean what other ally has the remarkable sushi chefs found at splits ville

So much fun! Great happy hour prices from 4-7pm. But make sure you reserve a bowling lane the day before for better prices.

Ive been here several times and its not really for someone who likes to bowl. The lanes arent well maintained so the have slopes and its hard to get a great score. If youre going for a night out they do have good food and great drinks. Also, be aware that they frequently have long waits so its best plan ahead for that.

It was raining so we decided to take the children to splitsville to bowl. We had a good time. But the lanes are definitely not good.

The staff besides the waiter we had was not good. Did not really engage with me or my family. The waiter we had was great. Its a shame I forget his name but good service. It could have been that we went early but food was good.

Awesome getting the two games for as long as we could but i didnt understand why the price for pool was so high.

We went for bowling on a Friday evening around 7:30p and waited about 35 minutes for our lane. The place is overall good although we didn’t eat or drink while we bowled. For two people, two games and shoes cost around $40 for less than an hour. We had fun but seemed pretty expensive.

Coming for a Christmas party, the music was great, the service good, Yuli was very attentive.

I came here with some friends and the service was absolutely fantastic. Nice people that help you out, topped off with delicious food and fun bowling. The food is decently priced ($12 for a super tuna sushi roll and about $10 for gourmet burgers) and so are the games for bowling. We were helped by Jessy at their spacious tables and she did a great job at making sure everything was out on time and correct.Highly recommended place. Totally going back!

Best bowling alley in Miami. Food there is great. It would surprise you how good the food is and service. The manager there runs a tight ship. Great guy. I think his name is Paul.

Good bowling alley with great staff, somewhat more private than other bowling alleys Ive been to which is nice, still awesome for big and small groups.

Nice venue to kick back and have drinks and get a few games of bowling in. Food was okay, nothing to complain over, but also nothing to die for. Same with drinks. This place is more so WHO youre with when youre there. My only gripe is that our bowling lane had a balancing issue. Lane 14 has an edge on the right side that will cause your ball to bounce right off of it as if you were using the assist rails. Other than that, its a very chill environment that you can enjoy a pretty decent hangout.

My spot. Best happy hour in the city hands down. Check it out on Thursday for Sushi special. But the whole menu is good.Oh yeah and you can bowl if thats your thing too.Recommend the Mucho roll and the star island cocktail.

I go here mainly for the fun atmosphere, sushi and drinks. They have great sushi chefs that wont disappoint. My favorite is the fried bagel roll and the salmon roll. Culinary design is on point! You can also order WIDE variety of drinks and shots. Get creative! The drinks are NOT watered down! ;)

Cool spot. Kinda pricey. $16 for one hour at the pool table!

The place isnt as good as it looks. Our line was malfunctioning and they take forever to change us to another line, even when our group was basically the only one that day.Food and drinks are really good, but service was too slow and the place wasnt crowded at all

Believe it or not, dont sleep on the sushi if Larry is in the kitchen. The beauty and the beast was amazing, and the rum runner was delicious. Would absolutely recommend!!

I’m giving 2 starts instead of 1 based in previous experiences which where not great but for the most part good, today we had a really bad experience with out waitress emily, I would say this is the worst treatment a received in my life or nearly the worst at most; she was rude and cocky like she was doing a favor by servicing the table; by someone that has been in hospitality and costumer service for years and not only me but my husband as well I can tell you it was awful, to the point of not leaving any tip which we NEVER DO even if the service is mediocre we understand you make your money out of tips and we usually tip very good but this time it was unacceptable.

Fun. Short lanes make me feel like Thor with a pink 9 pound ball. Food is okay and edible like a TGI Fridays. Make sure to wash your fingers before you eat. Never understand the people that get nachos while they bowl. Thats kind of messed up.

Such a fun place to come and play especially for a couple. We come here about twice a week and always have fun mini competitions. I love it so much. Their sushi also is amazing and have a quite of few selections.

The place is good but the manager is inconsiderate and disrespectful i was playing pool with my friends 3 couples consuming food and alcohol and after 1 hour of consuming they told us that we have to go cause there was another group waiting. We had told the guy in the front that we were going to play the whole night the money wasn’t the issue the manager (ruben) says that we have to wait for the other group to finish and then play . He didn’t give us any reason why. We where there only 1 hour the bill was 200 bucks.

An amazing bowling alley with multiple lanes, also has pool which was fun. When I first walked in the place was packed. But that was fine. Difently reccomend going bowling or pool with family.
