This place is a blast. Not sure their COVID safety measures and some of the machines are a bit old and don’t work properly, but overall it’s a great arcade. Two floors of games and a nice mix of old and new. Friendly staff but they are certainly busy. Bar has reasonably priced drinks too

Perfect for kids 10 and up! Lots of fun options... if it was up to my kids they would like to stay a full day. Normally I limit it to two hours. They have a second floor that is perfect for kids parties the menu is pretty good for parties and they help you with all the details (from invitations to party favors).

It was fun to go back. Food was delicious. The bartender Cassandra was AWESOME!!!!!!!! And she knows how to make a great drink!!

All throughout the weekGameTime Miami advertised that they would play UFC 196 with no cover. When my friends got there (I was going to show up later), they were told there was no cover, BUT that you have to buy $10 worth of tickets that you could use to get drinks. Classic bait-and-switch. Not cool, and Im not going back!

Great customer service and great way to spend time with family. Its also an awesome place for kids to enjoy all different arcades. They also have great price for food quality and to play arcade games.

Lots of games that actually worked. There were games for kids and games for adults. We enjoyed ourselves. The food was great as well and my Strawberry Daiquiri There alcohol beverages are really good and worth it. The prices in general are very affordable for games and food. Located at Sunset Shops. Great place for video arcade games. Thet have party rooms, bar and the food was really good. Service and staff was friendly. Lots of games and they have some cool prices for kids. I would recommend the meal that gives you a discount on your game card. Lots of parking in the garage.

Nice place to hang out, play some games, and eat. They have a good amount of space for games, sports bar and eatery is good, food is good, good for watching sports during events. Video game selection is lacking though, theres no fighting games like normal arcades, mostly just a bunch of ticket games, with maybe a few couples shooters. Overall its ok, wouldnt just come here to play though, theres better places for that. If they just had some fighting games, or their selection of co-op would be better instead of having so many boring ticket games, it would be great.

Nice Change from Dave N Busters If your in the mall after watching a movie or plan on killing some time definitely check it out. The games are cheaper than Dave n busters and they have similar games. They use a card system similar to Dave n busters Ive been here twice and enjoyed myself here as did my 10 year old son.

Amazing experience! My kids absolutely loved it, it is very reasonable in cost, and I have to mention that the restaurant area was great! We had great service from the staff . After I complained about not liking a drink the manager told me not to worry about paying for anything, she also gave me a drink on the house and 3 free game cards to use another day. Thank you Jessie you are wonderful, you went over and beyond to make us happy!

Great experience!!! Celebrated my sons 6th birthday party there about 1 week ago, first time I ever use them and wont be last, had a great time. They were great in working with us with packages, room, food everything. Barbara was very professional and knowledgeable, then day of the party they were very helpful Glen was great also, excellent service. For sure will be celebrating more birthdays, we didnt have to worry about anything and kids had a great time.

Had our sons birthday party. Rented a private room, mini cheeseburgers, fries, pizza and all the service that came with it was awesome...! Harry our attendant was great, very attentive of anything we needed, was always around and easy to receive great service from him and his staff. Thanks again for everything...! Worked here for 3 years and also come back whenever I’m in town to watch pay per view events because they don’t charge cover at the door (at least when I was last there 2 years ago).Stop by and ask for Sharon the bartender she’ll take care of you and is an intricate part of the team!

We really had a great time here! We arrived around 6pm and were very pleasantly surprised to learn that we had made it just in time for happy hour which lasted through 8pm! Our bartender, Elvin, was amazing, super friendly and very helpful with amazing our questions about the game cards and which would be the best choice to maximize our fun there. We had a blast playing the games and winning some prizes! We will definitely come back with friends next time we visit Miami!

This is like a child casino!! Although my rating is based mostly in the restaurant. The food is awful, the servers disappear and you need to call constantly when you need something. There’s no customer service at all in front of the restaurant to guide you or to sitting you. The machines sometimes are not working well and don’t give you the credits you won and you have to call for help. The toys that you can have with the credits are ridiculous. Be aware !

Its a good place to hangout out with friends and family. The only issue was that the day i went some of the machines didnt work and were taking credit from my card. Went to customer service and she was very polite and help full.

Best spot for our entire family. Thursdays have unlimited games!!!! HOWEVER... Most of the time, they are SHORT OF WAITERS. It makes the waiting a lot longer than usual. I was even offered to share a table to other people (which is fine sometimes, unless is a bunch of kids. Lol) So... this issue makes me reconsider coming back. Ive been coming here for a few years, usually weekends. I spend at least 4 to 5 hours with the kids even when our extended family comes over for vacation. We love this place. Please, when its obviously full- have more staff. Weekends this place is packed! I dont get why waiters arent having more hours or hire more staff. Is a little frustrating.

Loved it!!! Went with a group of friends to celebrate a teen birthday. The kids had a blast. The Dine and Play offer cant be beat. The food was very tasty, plentiful and well prepared. We had a great server. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Kids love this place but your money goes fast. If you recharge the game card with the hourly plan, not the regular credits, with more than one kid, you wasted your money. The per hour plan will only allow, 2 of your kids, to play at the same time, only on certain games. Also the per hour plan, if you sit to drink or eat, also wasting your money.

This place was such a fun time!! Went with my girl on a busy Saturday night. The are located inside the mall on the third floor, parking in the mall will cost about $3 for 0-3 hours and $7 after 3 hours or so, make sure to take the ticket with you since you can only pay before you get to your car ( fun Tip you can actually pay 15 minutes before leaving the parking lot and they will you that time as courtesy).They have two floors of pure fun, severa air hockey machines ( pleas try the smash pac man one) and the walking dead among another game machines, pool tables are located on the second floor and they have two bars located respectively on each floor and the restaurant on the first level.We did not the restaurant, however we did get drinks and the bartender made our night he was a lovely addition to this place his name is Dan and he truly made our night memorable, as far as all their other staff they have a great team, the girl at the front desk that sells the play cards was so patient and explained everything thoroughly and helped us make a decision wether we wanted to get an unlimited timed card of actual credits.This place gets a thousand thumbs up from me and we are looking forward to coming here again.

We had a GREAT time! The hours just flew by! We got the blue card which is timed play and means you dont win any tickets. On Thursdays they have the Play Your Way. Its $10 for 2 cards and it starts at 7 until closing, which is 12 midnight.

It was raining so we decided to take the kids 2 sunset Place. Good place to take the children on a rainy day. But bring lots of money.

This place is a joke. We were told we couldn’t sit in a certain area for food because it was closed for the night (yet less than 5 mins later, another party was able to sit in the area and was served promptly). We sat for over 15 mins waiting for service. Finally we asked the people sitting next to us how long it took to get their food, they said “forever.” They looked pretty upset with the wait. Don’t get me started with the game cards and play. It kept timing out. I came here years ago with my niece and we had a blast. We were hoping to have the same experience with my kids but they we were left disappointed. We ended up leaving. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Had a Bad experience. I took my son there for his 11th birthday on 08/12/19 with my family and received no service. We sat down and a waitress came to us and said we sat in a private area. We got up and sat across from two other families. We waited and no one came gave us a menu or ask us if we wanted something to drink. After 20 minutes my husband went and talk to the manager. She said no one knew we were there while the waitress served the two families across from us. So we decided to leave because we didnt want to eat there after that kind of treatment. We didnt want racist people to cook our food. You know what people in the kitchen could do to your food.

The best place for play in miami

My son likes this place a lot and we enjoy spending time together as a family. They have improved a lot from our last visit. Nice place to play around with family and friends.

Game works was fun. But their food was so so. Their new renovation Game Time Miami extended the restaurant and made their food delicious and high end, with out the high end price.

Great place to spend a couple of hours with the family. There is a sport bar type place inside to eat/drink. The arcades themselves range from skeeball to House of the Dead shooters. Only reason I gave it four starts instead of 5 is the quality of the food and the price. The food isnt amazing and of course the drinks will be overpriced.

Not an arcade for adults. Loud children, flashing lights, and the bells, oh the bells ringing and chiming like a rotary phone factory in an earthquake... don’t recommend this place at all. At least the neighborhood is boring and you will be gone as soon as you arrive. F-

Tonight my boyfriend and I decided to go out for a little a date. We came here since it had been years since we came. To begin with there were a bunch of empty tables but the hostess took forever and made us wait for a table. She only gave us one menu when I saw a bunch of them in the front. We decided to only order an appetizer and desert. (Mozzarella sticks and the cookie crunch desert) we sat down around 10:30. And ordered within 5 mins. The mozzarella sticks came out at 11 and the waiter said he had put the desert already when he brought us out soggy almost cold mozzarella sticks. The dessert came out 20 mins after and the cookie was cold under the ice cream it’s suppose to be a warm cookie. Very disappointed do not plan on coming here ever again. It used to be one of our favorite places as kids.

Good place to visit with your kids or if you want to become one again, a lot of different games for everybody. However I suggest to eat somewhere else.

The worst experience ever!! This was the second time I went there should of learned the first time. The card machine wasnt working and timed out. They took my money then refused to do anything about it. Spoke with 2 managers and showed them my bank statement that the money had went thru to them. Their response was shocking..they told me to pay with cash and call my bank. Granted in this day and age people dont really walk around with cash so my family and I left. After driving 45 min and paying for parking just to be treated in this manner..Horrible experience.

The games, and the environment are fun. What isnt fun is going to watch a game at the bar and having to stream it from your phone. I had to ask 4 different employees to change the channel and wait for about an hour before it happened. The bartender was excessively rude about everything. It really felt like she was doing me a favor simply by taking my order. Definitely need to hire some better people with hospitality skills for those types of jobs.

Fun place, my sister & I love coming here! Only thing that had be upset last visit: I took my sister & her 4 little friends & I bought them all 1 hour passes. No one let me know they were closing in 15 minutes and that the time just runs out so I’m unable to get them back. I spoke to the people working, he really didn’t give me a good answer but the ladies working behind him were just nodding at me as if I’m supposed to know all about their rules.

I had my daughters birthday party here, the food was great she had so much fun. The staff is extremely friendly and great. I would definitely recommend this place for a great family day. Super expensive for one card that you play a lot of games with and other to get prizes . Before you used one card to play then the card adds up your tickets and you get prizes . Now you have to but both if you want to play all the games and win prizes which if you add it up is $50 . Honestly at this point Dave and Busters is better since you pay less for one card and you get to play ALL the games and STILL get prizes . It’s so outrageous that Game Time has these rules so dumb and expensive . I was just disappointed at this and I won’t come back !
