My friend and I have been season ticket holders for 5+ years now. The plays and musicals are all great. Everyone is friendly and if you forget your ticket, they will print you a new one at the box office. I highly recommend buying season tickets because the price is less than seeing a movie, it is live entertainment, and helps support the arts here locally. They do a wide range of plays. I have found even if the play does not sound like it would be something I would like, I still really enjoy the play. Some of those plays even turned out to my favorites during that season.The list of plays and the dates for each play for the next seasone/year come out in October/November. When you buy your season tickets you get to pick your seats for each show (for the main theater that is, the down stairs theater is open seating). The box office people are all great and super helpful when buying tickets. I have never regretted buying season tickets here.

Experienced our 1st time here last evening and it was absolutely magical. We had a very good time. The building is beautiful. Very professional. Friendly staff. Something for everybody to enjoy.

My Dad is the famous Benni Little from the civic theatre I go there all the time. everyone is always so fun and nice there.

Great community space. Interesting architecture. Always has lots of events and especially cool for all community members as they offer pay what you can nights and special nights for children to have free childcare while parents watch the show. Volunteer or go watch the local talent. Well worth going to.

We went to see the Popovich Animal Comedy Show and had a great time. What I noticed about the set up in the Wilson Theater was all the seats had a great view of the stage. Well definitely be watching the list of upcoming events to come back again.

My wife and I had a really pleasing experience at the civic theater. It was our first time at the establishment and upon entry we were greeted by a crowd of smiling faces. Everyone was so happy to be there and socialize, eager to give directions (to the the front desk) and excited to be part of such an awesome cultural building. Initially I kept the tickets in my email for easy access by android but an hour before the event my phone synced and they were no longer visible since it was sent over a week ago. I could not remember the name of the company who sent them and therefore could not search. My wife called the theater while we were on our way and they were happy to help us out saying the printed tickets would be ready when we got there. They did not disappoint! The smaller Warner theater was very quaint and the actors did a great job of living their scenes for the crowd surrounding their floor level stage. I definitely recommend this place for date night or any other night you have a spare couple hours. The atmosphere, staff, and actors are all very joyful and I feel like the whole experience was a great investment of time and money.

The Theater itself is nice. The show Jesus Christ super star was disappointing. We could barely if at all hear or understand anything being sung or spoken. We center row seats, best in the house. I saw the play many many years ago at the Bristol Opera House and felt they performed it so much better. This was the consensus of the couple beside us and us.

We went to The Secret Garden. We were able to get amazing tickets for a decent price and overall enjoyed the show. It was put on well. The only issue we had was that the sound kept cutting out. It made it hard to hear the show.

I love South Bend Civic! Over 60 years in existence. Lately, theyve been doing not only challenging work as they traditionally do, but theyve also been doing vital community outreach and performing important works. SBCT, under the executive director of Aaron Nichols and a support team and board that is unparalleled, gets it.

Its been a wonderful experience to see the dedication to making this theatre a destination for so many in our community. I hope that the programming will continue to reflect our diverse area: representation matters. With every visit I notice that SBCT seems to never stop working to improve. Thank you for having a single, non-gendered bathroom, it means a lot.

South Bend Civic Center has wonderful shows and plays. Ive been here many times, I highly recommend it for people who are interested in theater whether it be for auditioning or entertainment.

SBCT always puts on a great performance. Good location with good parking also.

Absolutely fantastic local talent. Great seating, sound and wonderful historic building. If you enjoy seeing drama come to life on the stage the SBCT productions are a must see.

First time here. We went to see In the Heights AND THEY GOT IT RIGHT!! My husband is not usually a fan of this type of entertainment. He looked at the scheduled and has already decided on 2 shows he wants to see.

Great place, enjoyed watching the children play. Air condition could be turned down. Place be freezing.
