Eclectic building in old factory available for more than the coffee shop that is there. Old charm. Coffee shop was closed when we went to watch a play in another part of the building. Looked like there were multiple kinds of coffee and full of atmosphere. Stage area was kitschy and small enough to make you feel a part of the action, nice bar area. Clean and charming bathrooms and lots of close parking

This place has its own chill vibe. Its kind of your own place, where you can do your own thing. Sit and read books, enjoy an event, or some drinks. Their drinks are original and the people are amazing. We love Lang, and we will keep coming back!

Wonderful play from Art4 and the whiskey tasting was great fun, also. Lang Lab offers such varied and interesting arts experiences plus a bar with various food offerings for events. Always a fun experience.

Architecturally fascinating! Fine coffee shop and bar within. Viewed a play there that was occasionally difficult to hear due to the furnace.

Small venue, feels very mush like a start up community theatre. Seats were fine but not wonderful, drinks were expensive. Probably wouldnt go back unless supporting a friend again.

A wonderful, funky, intimate space for almost any sort of performance. Ive seen everything from punk bands to Shakespeare here and all were fantastic. Prices at the bar are very reasonable.

Laid back atmosphere, eclectic (hard to describe) decor, and a very bohemian vibe. All nestled in the most hole in the wall old industrial place Ive seen in South Bend. Very cool place.

Really cool space. I saw some cover bands here and the selection of booze was choice. My only complaint was I didnt realize there was more parking on the other side.

I am delighted by and grateful for the creative re-use of this large old space. It reminds me of my days as an actress in New York City in the 1980s; quirky decor, multiple uses for all manner of creative endeavors, and I love it! Just the other day I met a writing colleague there for coffee at the locally owned and operated roaster called Zen coffee. While there I heard young people practicing songs from the musical Grease, said hello to a few friends from Michiana Playwrights who were hanging lights for their upcoming show, and perused a huge bookshelf of old hardcover books of all kinds. This place is a gem.

We delivered Mortal Combat, a video game,the place was not what youd expect, it was actually very awesome, the environment was very warm and friendly,Im from about 2 hours away, in Illinois, but if Im ever back in the area,I will definitely be returning there,to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.....

Laglab reminds me of my hippy days. It has a unique atmosphere. I love the operas that they put on. It needs some improvement but overall if you like casual you will like it. They serve alcohol and have a great coffee.

Very cool place! Driving by I would never even know its there. Almost feels like a speakeasy...for art. I hope to visit again soon

Great place to watch a play

A lovely, eclectic and creative space hidden in an old warehouse. The management supports local business and non-profits as well as having a special interest in giving back to their neighborhood. Check out live music, the bar or the Zen Coffee shop!

Its always a good time

I went there for an event showing the community efforts of s number of college students working in conjunction with the City of South Bend.It was roomy, but the air conditioning wad not working... which is not good for a sweater like me I assume it usually works and it was just a one time issue.

Its a great building with so much potential. The coffee at Zen Café is also very good.

This is a treasure in South Bend. I recommend getting to know LangLab and all that it has to offer. The space is phenomenal and multi-purpose: music, art, theatre, dance, meeting space, offices, all-age shows.
