First rate community sports and outdoor reception complex. Good youth baseball fields. Good lighting for evening games. Good tennis courts. Highly recommended.

I had a great time celebrating July 4th. Solon community services did an outstanding making it a safe fun event for everyone. The traffic plan was clearly thought out and posted ahead of time. Safety crews were all around to be visible but didnt feel intrusive. There was a band to listen to while you waited for doe it to get dark and lots of food truck options.

Nice playground esp for kids 5+ but they need to fix the water fountains!

Th community park is first rate. We enjoy the tennis courts. There are twelve courts. Sometimes there is a minimal wait for a court.

Just more control needed when high school tennis matches played. Comnunity should respect HS matches to complete before using pickleball and tennis courts.

I go to the park I can walk, I can sit on the benches and eat, some of the activities such as softball with the girls, boys playing ball, volley ball or just sitting there thinking about things or reading my book, I love it and do it all by myself

Clean and well maintained with lots of family activities

Great community park to take the kids, in fact its definitely one of the nicest community parks Ive been to in the nation! Lots of space so the kids arent tripping over, or running into one another. The equipment and grounds are very well maintained. I travel for work with my 13 year old daughter and my 4 year old son, we go to the park in the area where I work at least once or twice a week minimum, so believe me when I say you have a gem in Solon! My only regret.....I left my phone in the truck.

Nice park, but the Solon Caps travel baseball team are a bunch of cheaters. Yes coach, thats directed squarely at you.

This place is only down the road. Although our kids are no longer into the playground equipment. It does offer basketball and baseball fields. But what I love most is all the events that Solon offers here. The only negative maybe would be how insane this place can be to get to or leave when say 4th of July fireworks show is going to be presented. One year it took us over half an hour to get home and we only live 10 mins out normally.

Nice for the most part not what Im used to in past years food way over priced, too many unsupervised children I liked the Market for shopping. I didnt feel the Fair feeling, no cotton candy, no corn dogs,? No rides? Felt like a kiddie park with food trucks. And a karaoke band

Very well maintained. A small little park and its great for walking. You will find a lot of people come by for Pokemon Go, and they are always very friendly to others playing the game. The parking lot is in rough shape but everything else in the park is very neat and clean. Its situated right by the library and the rec center in town so theres even more to do nearby.

Large park with fun for all ages! Pavillion for snacking and lunching near playground. Plenty of parking and shade! We spend approximately 1.5 hours everytine we come!

I go here for fireworks every year. Its the only reason I go here. The fireworks are still by far some of the best Ive seen. I missed the fireworks here in 2018 because Solon decided to switch things up and instead went to the Aurora fireworks. Solons are far better. You can sit closer and theres less things in the way that can obstruct your view. I always sit pretty close to the yellow line they have up front which you cannot pass for safety reasons.

Hats off to Solons Mayor and staff. The event was great. Happy you took the leap and made the necessary changes. Its now a Annual place to go and lookup old friends. A social event instead of a carnival Good job.Next year try and have more activities for our younger Solonites.

Its a great park for the community. Theres a playground, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, a path for walking and biking, and the community center. The city organizes activities here like concerts, movie night and 4th of July celebrations. This park improves the quality of life in Solon.

My son loves this park!! I love that they have a toddler area so he can run around without getting pushed aside by bigger kids. The park is always clean and the facilities are pleasant as well. A visit to solon park has become a staple in our weekly routine!

Great park, the staff had the fields in great condition even after a hard rain. They put on a great tournament. Weve played it for years now.

Nice community park with a lot of activities for children (swings, slides, etc) in multiple locations, a large pavilion with a fireplace and several big charcoal grills provided, restrooms, plenty of picnic tables, ample parking, duel volleyball court, and surrounded by baseball fields. Extremely well maintained.

They leave their Safety Town open for kids to ride their bikes around in made it a great experience for my six year old. The surface is rubberized dry and safe.

It is a beautiful clean park. Plenty of benches and shade. Perfect for a picnic.

Great place for kids! The playground was well equipped to handle a lot of kids. Slides, interactive, climbing, and swings! All ages (and many abilities) were accounted for as well. Soft, rubber matting eased the mind while the kids played on the structures!

Great day of heavy highway construction

My 2.5 year old loved it! Clean lots of things for the kids to play on. Swings are a bit low for adults ;)

The park is really nice and its great they created some decent Pickleball courts. Solon City has plenty of bucks (fantastic tax base [Nestle, etc.] to keep making the park facilities even better (seriously, taping more Pickleball courts is a no-brainer considering how many citizens are playing there (and waiting too long for their next game due to a lack of courts).

Great place for families to gather and celebrate any occasion.

I literally live across the street from this park and my family utilizes it almost every week accept the Winter. This is where my kid learned to play chase, where parents meet up for playdates, rec sports are held, and parents can walk while their kids play. I am not even gonna start with 4th July and Fall festival. This park is an accent to Solon or anyone visiting the area.Amenities play grounds, benches, picnic tables, sand volleyball, soccer and outdoor field activities, baseball fields, basketball court, some outdoor equipment near rec center, walking/jogging and biking paths, tennis courts, restrooms, and more.Good location, well kept, and lots of fun.

Great playground with swings, slides, rock wall, ramps, ladders, monkey bars, and more. Plus a separate fenced play area for toddlers. The park also contains sand volleyball, safety town, soccer and baseball fields, and tennis courts.

Its a great park. Always something fun to do. During this visit we took our son to a free baseball clinic & he got to meet Indians player Carlos Carasco!! We also love the fireworks here for 4th of July. Theyre some of the best fireworks in the area!!

Its a nice park. Lots of options for different aged kids and a great wood fireplace for the pavilion. I like coming here. Five stars if they fixed some of the worn out / broken items of which there are few.
