Weather is great. Water is right here. Golf, shopping, relaxing with a very nice city 15miles away. Pretty nice place to visit.
Covid has negatively impacted this friendly comfortable resort. First thing to go was friendly customer service. Items have been removed from units, midweek housekeeping terminated, and cleanliness has declined.
I absolutely love coming here with my family. Love that the beach and drugstores are just down the street and within walking distance.
Weve been coming here for over 20 years and have enjoyed it every time. Great place for kids. Staff is always nice, and the units are always clean and well-stocked. Would recommend if youre looking for a nice, family-friendly vacation spot.

Office staff was listening to my telephone conversation while I was in my vehicle.Creepy.Lost my week this year because of pandemic closing and still had to pay yearly maintenance fees.What a rip off.No Air Conditioning.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with unique and exotic tropical plants, a lush fountain area with a tumbling waterfall, assorted palm trees and giant bird of paradise plants.The pool and spa area has chaise lounges, patio dining tables with chairs, umbrellas and two gas-fired BBQ grills. This area is the central focus of the resort where family and friends gather throughout the day and evening to enjoy the mild Southern California beach climateOur family has been going here for 5 years. Its safe and enjoyable for all. Walking distance to stores for grocery and eats.
Very nice resort with easy beach access
Small TimeShare we enjoy! Good Location - train station nearby, so is that noise now part of the Coastal Towns. Our condo is clean, well equipped & we like using the pool and hot tub daily. Lots of Restaurants & Cedros Design Center is just a few blocks away.
Nicely kept and a quick walk to a great beach. Also close to good restaurants and a store or two.
My parents purchased 3 weeks time share when I was in college. We have happily looked forward every year to our family gatherings. Thats over 40 years of fun and reunions.

Beautiful family-oriented resort . One block from the ocean and beautiful Solana beaches . there is no air conditioner at the resort but actually works as a plus instead of a minus. because of this encourages you to open up your windows and enjoy the beautiful cool/fresh air that comes off the ocean.
Spacious accommodations and easy and quick beach access! Although there are stairs as this is a cliff coastal area! Absolutely beautiful beach, pool and hot tub are well maintained and comfortable, great longer chairs and grilling space. We will definitely be back!

Been a time share owner for 20+ years, love this place. Close enough to get anywhere but out wheres its a quieter life style.
We have been owners since the late 70s and we go every year. Place features one- and two-bedroom units as well as two-story (internal) townhouses. Fully stocked kitchen. Roomy. Plenty of closet space. Close to the beach, Del Mar racetrack. Walking distance to a Coaster (San Diego light rail) stop, making downtown and many local attractions accessible.
I have come here with family for most of my life and they aim to improve all the time except still no ac units but for most days that is ok. The staff are nice enough but not fantastic. The location is what really makes the place and small place so easy to get to the pool. Only one block away from the beach and about 30 minutes away from everything else in San Diego.
Excellent small resort style hotel. Beautiful pool and spa. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Close to the beach and dining.
We enjoyed this visit. A quiet place lace with many amenities. The trains are handy to travel on. We went on the coast train South one day to Old Town San Diego. Another day north to Oceanside. Saw many sights. The beaches are so tranquil and beautiful. The dog beaches are very entertaining. Big and little ones going in all directions and playing and interacting with each other. Many varieties of restaurants . Whatever you might want in the way of food. We will return to this area. We enjoyed the peacefulness.

Well maintained. Right in the heart of Solana Beach. When weather is cool it is cool. No A/C but fans are adequate in cool weather. Train noise and Road noise are present but overnight not too bad. Laundry, Pool Room, Game Room. Large warm pool and Hot tub. Easy parking. Management is friendly and helpful. I believe most people will have a pleasant stay here.
Family was staying there. The rooms looked really nice. I would definitely recommend someone who is visiting San Diego to stay there.
Went here to celebrate a friends birthday party at the pool and jacuzzi who owns at this resort. The facilities were clean and well maintained. There are multiple places to hang out. The downside is, if youre not spending the night in the rooms there are no bathrooms and need to walk a block down to Rubios.
Swimming pool is under construction
This place is great! Its really near the beach and you have to walk several steps to get there. The resort is quiet and friendly with a swimming pool and a hot tub.
Okay, were owners here so that might make us slightly prejudiced, but Allison, Jay and the staff here make everyone feel welcome. The property is incredibly well maintained and every year we visit features an upgrade or improvement.
Really enjoy staying at this nice little place. Solana Beach is an amazing town. Walking distance to the beach and fun park. We always take the free bus to Del Mar Racetrack. Fun to ride bikes into Encinitas and Del Mar. Just a perfect location for fun getaway.

Pool accommodations are great, there are grills and plenty of tables and seating. However, since we were not overnight guests and were using the pool because of timeshare priveleges, we needed to jump through hoops to get the key, which was fine... But a little inconvenient.
Very nice and convenient, looks like its been recently remodeled. Warm pool and great jacuzzi.

We’ve come every summer for like 16 years and we have started to come over the winter as well. Super close to the water and also cute and clean
The resort is nice, but not like the last time we were there. The water pressure in the shower is super low. The spa looks like the chemicals should be checked more frequently. The power to the fridge and half the kitchen went out and we were afraid to call because of a new policy that they charge for after hours calls. I think they would have waived it for something like that, but we didnt want to find out the hard way. The rooms are nice and clean with all the amenities and we enjoy that they have two BBQs at the pool. We also like that the pool is heated.
Rooms are nice, very close to the beach, next to a lot of good food spots. Close to the train station. Also has a very nice pool and jacuzzi. Great vacation spot.

A friend of ours loaned us the timeshare for a week. It’s very similar to our Worldmark units we stay at.It’s very clean and the grounds are nicely landscaped. It’s a bit rough carrying the luggage up the stairs to our second floor unit. For us, the parking was pretty close.We have two recliner chairs in the living room. Our Worldmark units never have recliners, these are nice.The kitchen is stocked with an O.K. Assortment of dishes and utensils. They have loaner rice cookers, waffle irons, and a few other things that also are nicer touches than my Worldmark units.I was trying to cut an apple but could not even cut the skin with the two biggest knives. My third knife was sharp. A big disappointment.No air conditioning, but they have ceiling fans and a portable fan.A nice big shower was nice.Lots of drawer space for two people.Not the best tap water for drinking. It’s ok with me, my wife does not like it.The farmers market on Sunday was great. Close, and lots to see for a small market.The local beach access has lots of steps to go down. The dog friendly beach a half mile south or so, you can walk right onto. It’s huge. Big, big, big. If you drive there it’s pay parking.The Qwik mart just down the street does deli sandwiches and beer/wine/snacks but not much else. A CVS pharmacy is close
The resort itself is beautiful, but the beds were terrible. The box spring was so hard, we ended up putting the matress on the floor. On top of that, it was a full sized mattress, not very comfortable for two adults. The other big nuisance was that there was no A/C in the room. If we opened the windows, the temperature would be fine, but at the sacrifice of noise and lack of privacy. Our room was facing the road and the train station. The resort was nice, but those were major deal breakers and i would not recommend it or want to stay again.
Across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Del Mar fairgrounds. Plus, the units are appointed for family vacationing.
From Jay checking us in to the friendly housekeeping staff, and beautiful facilities and accommodation, I would highly recommend this place.

Nice rooms with fully stocked kitchens and comfortable living rooms. Our family loves this spot also because it is an easy walk to the beach and has a nice pool and BBQ patios.
This place was surprisingly very nice the room size was awesome not expecting you a big room because its close to the beach also the staff was really cool and its located in a great spot only thing I could say is the beds need to be a little more comfortable

This place is small but pretty nice. The walk to the beach is short (maybe 5 minutes) and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. My 2 complaints are:1. no air-conditioningTypically at a beach community you really dont need one but it would be nice to cool the place down after its been locked up all day. There is no opportunity for a cross breeze the way its set up. The office has an air-conditioner but none of the rooms...2. While the wi-fi is free, its only running about 5mps. I know I should be out enjoying everything all day, every day, but sometimes you just need to check email or do some work on your computer. Theres no way its fast enough to do anything.Other than those 2 things, Id stay here again without question.
