I love the renovations they made when they converted the old Regal theater to NCG. Everything looks much better now. NCG is a great theater chain, the movie ticket prices are far better than some other chains.

AFFORDABLE its almost too good to be true... We LOVE this theatre. Clean and small! The ticket and concession prices are so low you wont believe it. Always caters to the movies theyre showing with souvenir style popcorn buckets and drink cups! They are the best!!

Very nice theater. Must have been updated when it became NCG. Seats are comfy, but dont seem to recline.

Theyre service there was terrible, my grandkids couldnt even have fun with their friends because of the lady up front it was just horrible the lady also had an attitude with me so i recommend you not to go here

NCG theater, went to see Just Mercy. Very good movie. The theater was clean and I like that the person taking money for tickets doesnt take your food order. Workers nice and pleasant. Comfortable chairs that rock a plus.

Sunday out with the grands, and we went to go see Madea! We laughed the entire time, this theater has really cleaned up, and for the price this is it!! Comfortable chairs, and clean.

Very clean, not many people because of covid-19 . We had the popcorn and soda both for about 13 bucks. The bathrooms were absolutely spotless.

After our beach trip, my 11 year old daughter expressed an interest in watching Jaws. No connection according to her. Any way, somehow I found that NCG in Snellville was showing summer classic blockbusters and Jaws was one. We bought tickets through the Atom app and picked out seats. It was an easy process and we had the pick of the house as you can probably imagine. We arrived to an empty parking lot at our 1:15 showing. It was quite eerie, very apocalyptic. We were greeted by two friendly, eager to serve masked employees. We wore masks as well. While Im not overly concerned about Covid-19, we did want to watch the movie. Popcorn, drinks, candy, restroom stop, and off to our seats. We were the only ones there. Again apocalyptic with empty halls and restrooms where people should obviously be. The place was clean with hand sanitizer available but systems were obviously not used. For instance, when we got our drinks, the freestyle machine showed a message that it needed time to mix the soda. The water in the bathroom had a rust tinge at first but cleared up after letting it run a few seconds. The seats were comfy, picture and sound were good. A good experience even if eerie. Glad to support a local business and pay some sales tax. We need it folks.

Busy and friendly. Free refills with your purchase of popcorn or drink. Movie prices are a lot more reasonable than most places. Its a no frills theater. But great for watching a movie without braking the bank.

Seats are comfortable, sound and video are good. Price was $7 for the movie, but $6 for a drink and $6 for popcorn. Prices are really high for concessions. Popcorn was not impressive and we didnt bother getting a refill.Only have seen theater 9, but the design seems poor. Enter from the right and you must cross the theater to use the only steps and aisle. Then cross over every person back to the seats. So all during the movie people are up and walking across the audience twice to enter or leave. Biggest concern is fire safety, easy access is limited.

I love this place very quiet and clean the serivice is quick and convenience. I had purchased tickets for a show. At 6pm but I was running late I called and ask to which times. And was given a great correspond he transfer my time and had my tickets waiting for me how was that.

Simply amazing although the movie selections are geared for kids it was nice being in there watching the movie without it being crowded

Really enjoyed my experience there. The plush seating was an unexpected pleasantry. I will definitely go back. It wouldn’t hurt for them to have a better marquee out front.The folks that work there were happy and pleasant. There was a police officer there who was jovial and talkative. I liked the family-feel of the place and knew instantly I would like it way better than the Bethlehem movie theater which seems to be going down a bit.Also, the prices for tickets were fantastic! I was late to my movie so I didn’t have time to get popcorn or soda. I might update this post once o try that aspect.

This theater is very nice upgrade to what used to be there. All remodeled, big comfortable seats, lots of staff who were friendly. Nice experience. Medium priced for our area. Will return!

Super comfortable! Havent been to this theater in at least a couple of years and its nothing like we remembered it. Very clean and the seats are like home recliners without the recline. The roomiest and most comfortable ever. Will definitely be going back.

Today me and my wife came in and one of the employees held the door because I had to wheel my wife into the theater. Both her and the manager was very polite and helped me and my wife pick a great movie (PLAYING WITH FIRE) beautiful smiles and great personality! If I could put 10 I would. I just wanna day great job!

My new go to theater. Great prices on tickets and concessions. Nice big plush seating in all theaters. Plus refillable popcorn on your visit that they keep fresh and popping all day long. I dont know any other movie theater that can beat that. Its a little further than my closest theater but I think its worth it!

The cinema was clean and spacious however this is compounded from my attendance and an early matinee. The sound and screen were both fantastic. I have only docked a star for one reason. The chairs in this particular location do not recline like the other NCG locations I have attended.

I remember working at this theater when it was a Regal Cinema. No one really knows about this location and I plan to keep my little secret spot to myself’

Most of the staff are friendly and have manners over all. But I have been here and have been barely spoken to and not a single thank you or your welcome. I suppose that is most places these days. I give a 3 of 5 for those staff members who care and use polite manners. Seats are old but comfortable enough. Popcorn is fair...lots of kernels ....Soda machines are sometimes down for service (more than normal? Probably not their fault?). I will still go all the same because price and location are great. And I love movies!

Been coming here since NCG remodeled and opened this old theater. Nice comfy red rocking seats. Most screens are a bit small, but theaters 1 and 9 are the biggest. Last time I went mens room was not kept up and paper towels everywhere so I knock one star for that. Matinee is about $7 and evening shows are $9 and change.

I like the remodel that was done. Nice theater, but the theater I was in was too cold. Almost unpleasant to sit there for over 2 hours to watch the movie, but liked the movie so much that I was willing to put up with it.

Nice theater, however the each theater is half the size of regular theater. Lines move pretty fast. Prices went up a few dollars as expected.

This theater is a good alternative when I cant make it to my favorite theater. Comfy seats, reclines and wide seating. Concession food is okay and inexpensive compared to other movie theaters. Popcorn is not always freshly popped and hot. 90% of the time the staff is friendly, I think it depends on the day and time for the type of personality you may encounter. Again, its a good back up movie theater.

Went to the matinee, the movie was good(Bad Boys). However, everything else not so much. Wanted nachos, they didnt have any, 2 of the soda machines out of order!! Really ?? Customer service needs alot of improvement. Employees, all 3 were just standing around talking, bar table area dirty, ladies bathroom, 3 paper towel dispenser, one out of supplies, the other one knob broken and the 3rd one was so difficult to get paper towel. The price is better than most movie theaters but the Customer service is terrible, the staff needs to be retrained.

This movie theater is pretty small, but despite that, it does meet all the basic qualities of a generic movie theater (clear picture, surround sound, etc), and has great buttered popcorn!

I watched Knives Out at a 12:40 PM showing. This odd timing mightve shown some gaps in the service with the placing being a little bit dirtier than normal or something along those lines. However, the theater was very clean and staff was friendly and I left in a very good mood. I will have to visit this place again at a busier time but for now I rate it highly.

Never been here but I loved it . It looks so modern. Very clean and the people at the front desk were nice. I had the cinnamon pretzel, I loved it. It was like cream filled in the middle. Prices were ehh. Only reason why I gave 4 stars was because theater 8 had like a dark line at the top of the movie. I also seem that mentioned in one of the other reviews too. So I thought it would have been fixed by now. But over all good experience. I will be back and will recommend

I give 4 stars because ncg in general is great. The employees are friendly. This particular one isnt very clean, especially the bathrooms. They need the same concessions as the Peachtree corners one, cleaner bathrooms, and they would have 5 stars from me

Theater is ok but could use some mature improvements. This seems to be a hang out spot for teenagers. Cinebistro is definitely needed in Snellville especially since Snellville is mostly seniors.

I initially gave 1 star because we paid convenience fee online to not stand in line at cashier. But now I understand. You have to because thats where you buy popcorn and drinks. Theatre was great, chairs felt superb. (Bad Back). Bathroom was beautiful and clean. Endless drink and popcorn the best. Employees friendly and courteous. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN.

This is the BEST movie theater! You cant beat the prices and free refills on soda and popcorn and free popcorn toppings. Also the reclining seats are great too. I refuse to go any where else after coming to NCG and having a GREAT experience every single time.

Comparing this one to other NCGs Ive been to the theater room we were in was so small. I wish it was bigger. We ended up sitting in the chairs right in front of the screen (1st row) because all the seats up top were taken up. Just have to get there earlier even earlier next time.

This theater has never let me down. It has always been a great option for me since they have student discount and that really helps when you are young and on a budget. Comfy seats, good food. Definitely a good option for the family.

Every aspect of this cinema exceeded my expectations. The theater itself was clean with cushioned leather chairs and non-sticky floors. The line was timely, meaning you barely had to wait for an exceedingly, long time. I would definitely recommend this theater to someone who is looking for a nice and comfortable viewing.

Customer service was awesome. Seats super comfortable and roomyWould like more variety in menu items but our pizza was good. Movie theater we were in was hot since air was out so manager gave us complimentary tickets. That was a great jesture he did not have to offer.

Great location but the big comfy red chairs dont recline they only rock. Who wants a rocking chair during a good movie... that was disappointing! But the theater is clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and greeted guest coming in and going out. Gave them 3 because of the disappointment with the recliners. Stone Mountain location big red chairs are comfy and recline back.

Prices are not bad. The place is clean & safe. Screens are small.

Popcorn is not as good as the MCG in Stone Mountain. Also, we went to see a quiet somber movie and the theater next door was showing star wars in 3D. The adjacent theater was so loud, there were times when we couldnt hear the dialogue in our movie and we could feel our seats vibrate from the house from the other theater. Lastly, the Snellville seats dont recline like Stone Mountain.

Great pricing and comfortable seats. The concessions are also reasonably priced, but not incredibly expensive. For instance, popcorn is only $5 and they have a wide selection of seasonings for your popcorn AND you get free refills on drinks and popcorn. Seats are cushy and comfortable (not reclining) and staff is friendly. And its one of the cleanest theaters Ive been in in a.long time. They dont do 3d movies (not that Ive seen) but theater screens and large and audio is great. Its definitely my favorite and they always have various specials like good deals like $5 Tuesdays and free popcorn on certain movies. Its pretty awesome.

I like this local movie theater but I did not give them a 5 star because one night we went and they were asking women to open their purse to search before going in the movies and I said “absolutely not” I’ve been back since and they didn’t do it again. But that’s the only time I got upset with them and Ive been going there for almost 4 years.

This was the dirtiest movie theater Ive been in for quite some time. It looked as if someone had a popcorn fight. Maybe they felt since it was the last movie of the night there was no need to clean the theater. This will definitely be my last time patronizing this establishment.

I love the seating. I went this past Saturday it was swarmed with teenagers. I was a little apprehensive because I remember being a teen just having a good time with friends and it being a lot of us. I was pleasantly pleased that they were respectful and I still got to enjoy the movie.

Was sold a ticket and offered refreshments to only walk into a blank theater. Why wouldnt they initially there were problems with the projector....Seemed a little crooked to me. They kept selling tickets with no projectors working and told people complaining we would have to wait for the movie or for a manager that couldnt be reached. never going back. Feel sorry for the parents bringing children that had to try to explain what happened.

This is the best theater in (southern) Gwinnett I always have a great experience here. Much better than Studio Movie Grill. The seats recline and the arm rest lifts up between you and your partners seat. Great service.

This theatre is convenient to home so that is the first reason I go here.The second is the price of a ticket is reasonable.That is the positives. I have almost never had a friendly customer service experience here. The staff doesnt greet you, doesnt speak to you unless they have to and they dont tell you thank you after your purchase or say enjoy your show.I have come to expect this here but to add insult to injury they now have a self promoting ad that before your show bragging about their training and excellent customer service experience! They need to walk the talk!

We had never heard of NCG, but they had the right time for a movie we wanted to see. The ticket prices are excellent. The concession prices are very reasonable. The seats were roomy and comfortable. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Will definitely be back!!!

This is one of the best theaters, if not the best, that I have ever been to. I prefer the IMAX locations, but this location is a great spot to go watch a movie. The parking lot has a ton of space, the staff is friendly, the popcorn is fresh, the seats are big and comfortable with large arm rests, the sound/picture of the movie was great, & the prices are reasonable.

Great place to go if you are a family that really wants to Joy a good movie for $6.36 a ticket. I love that the popcorn is all you can eat popcorn if you get a souvenir bucket and so is your cup your drink all you can drink. the theater is clean the chairs dont recline like others do but they are very comfortable chairs. but you cant beat the price of the tickets theyre all the same price regardless of how old you are.

Clean and very reasonably priced movie theater. Also one of the few local theaters with select seating where you can pick your seats so you dont have to wait in line to just to sit with family or friends. This is my new default choice in movie theaters.

Definitely prefer this movie chain over the major ones. The matinee ticket prices are very affordable and the food prices are excellent. Now you are not getting a full menu selection. Like the others but you will get a decent selection of the basic options. A kids combo of popcorn drink and fruit chews was 6.50. The theater we saw the movie in wasn’t huge but the seats were very plush and comfortable. Will go out of my way to go here again.

Were use to going to the Peachtree Corners location, but recently we were visiting family and decided to come see a movie. This place is the nastiest cinema weve ever been inside of. There was popcorn and buckets and food in the seats and all over the floors. There were 4 employees at the front desk when we walked in, apparently no one decided to clean the cinema before the movie could start. Customers were standing around looking for clean seats to sit in. I will never visit this location again. Im very disappointed. I dont know if they need to hire more people or fire the lazy ones that was here tonight, but change needs to take place.

My first time visiting here and my experience was horrible. BAD customer service, theater 7 was filthy with food and drinks laying all over the seats and floor. And the 9:45 movie didnt even start until 10:20 and between those times the screen was black with not even any extras or commercials playing.

Went to see it chapter 2. Staff was great but they need to make people leave who want to sit there and talk during the whole movie. I never have had a bad experience here but last night made it to were I will never be back here. People were yelling during half the movie. Some people in front of us gave out there whole life story. Good causal place to hang out. Small establishment so you can somewhat always here the theatre right next to you. Food is adequate and the matinee hours are generously convient. Just overall a solid place to hang but can be better if it were bigger.

Their computers were down so it was absolutely chaos everyone was rude the theater was dirty they didnt even clean it the candy is overpriced and the seats are very very very uncomfortable. If you have any back issues or arthritis or anything along these lines if you dont want to go here because youll be jumping out of your skin from discomfort of the seat. The staff is all rude little young punks

Had a great time watching a new movie without getting slammed in the pocket. They have a popcorn bar where you can add just about anything to your popcorn. Seats and theater are well maintained. The restrooms were clean too. Not bad for the price and perfect location.
