The movie theater is not like nice nice but the people who work there are always so nice and the place is clean. So i would definitely recommend this place

Seats are older. Screen wasn’t bad. Sound was good. Concession was not on point as far as fast, cleanliness, and freshness. Counters where drinks were, sticky and oily. Needed to be wiped up. Staff was ok. They all seemed like they were having anOff day. We did not receive our 3D glasses so my husband went back to get them. Not sure we will be back. But we enjoyed the movie we saw.

Wonderful evening! In the midst of my current challenges I chose to witness the new movie I Still Believe well with the inexpensive amount of the ticket and refreshments it was even more enjoyable. I am thankful that this theater presents powerful Christian movies often at reasonable prices so I personally can afford to see them and treat others to them as well. THANK YOU!!!

Great price my movie was at 930 tho and it’s 10:20 guy told me the lobby is closed I couldn’t get a refill on my drink because they are cleaning .... does make sense to me at all. We are eating pop corn we can choke and die

Great value! They offer a good variety of movie options at a family value price! They have combos at the concession stand to help save even more money if you want snacks with free drink refills and other discounts & offers. Nice night out with the family!

I went on a Tuesday where the tickets were cheaper. The theater was clean and in good shape. The only issue I had was their was a huge lone for concessions and they were also selling the tickets in the same line. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes and there were no kiosks to buy tickets. Eventually an employee came out and started selling just tickets and the line moved a lot faster.

Been going here since I was a kid, now Im 30 and take my kids. Really good prices on tickets, they have a $5 dollar day and Ill take the whole family out for a movie for $20. Or maybe myself when I want some alone time! Cant beat it, nice staff and the theaters are big.

Bargain ticket prices and new movie releases. Comfortable stadium seating and theaters are clean. Ample parking - no stress. That said concessions are pricey. $8.99 for a large bag of popcorn and you use a self-service butter station, which is good because you control the amount of buttery topping but difficult to manage when you have a drink (also self-service) and your ticket to hold onto. Small Coke (no Pepsi ) will run you $5.99. Still giving it 4 stars. Enjoyable experience.

Usually this place has no problems at all. today was different, a friend and I went to go see the sonic movie. we got our tickets for theater 12, a 4:35 showing. come 4:30, we get a few advertisements, but rather than the audio for the ads, the music they had playing continued to play. after a few ads, the ads turn off, and at almost 5:00, the music stopped playing entirely and my friend and I were left in a dim, silent room. it was payed for with my friends moms gift card that she wasnt going to use, so we didnt make a complaint about it. just for future warning, if you get a theater to yourselves, I guess make sure whoever is controlling the projector can see you.

On a positive note, the prices and seats are great, Yet sadly, very little service comes with it. I recommend ordering at the bar then taking it to your seat rather than ordering it at your seat. One other thing; we went to our seat and an employee was talking with a customer and laughing on something on his phone. I went out to get a beer at the bar 20 minutes later because they never came to check on us after we hit the button, and they are still chatting. This place is prime to be bought.

Clean friendly environment. Sometimes I just stop in to fill my popcorn bucket. If you cant eat it all put the rest in a sealed bag and put it in the freezer. It will taste like fresh popcorn when you eat it next time

Ticket prices are great, but you get what you pay for. There are always long lines, because the ticket and concessions line are one in the same. They NEVER EVER have the other side of the lobby open to sell just tickets, even though there is a sign for tickets only. When the lady in front of me asked to see a manager, the manager gave the lame excuse of we just had an employee go on break, and then we are understaffed He certainly was not apologetic, or the least bit concerned. Plan to get there a good 20-30 minutes early to purchase tickets, or you might miss the beginning of the movie. I was also told by a staff member, that it does not do any good to purchase tickets in advance on the phone or online, because you still have to wait in line for your ticket when you get there. Go at your own risk.

The family and I do not attend the theater regularly but when we do it is always a very enjoyable experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

So, I guess youre wondering... how do you get a 2 out of 5 score at a movie theater? My family & I purchased our tickets on line for Frozen. We knew it would be crowded. we get there 40 minutes before the 6:45 start time...Only to have to stand in a ridicules long line because someone at AMC thought it was a good idea to purchase tickets AND get your food at the same time at the concession counter. What about the people WHO DONT WANT POPCORN OR DRINKS & JUST WANT TO BUY A TICKET & GO SIT DOWN? Well, that is why we purchased tickets on line. There was not a place for those people to go...we were now 3 families, of at least10, from the front...And then I heard a AMC employee say If you purchased a ticket on line, you can come over here...another concession counter (closed) on the other side, away from the sale of food! WHY did it take sooo long to open this line. I could hear the disgruntled people, who purchased tickets on line, around me complaining. COME ON AMC...this is not acceptable and not a good look for AMC. In light of an area when more people are NOT going to the movies, you should try to make it easier for those of us that still want to.

It nice, comfy, pricing is great even on the weekends! Its not huge and overwhelming and a nice ce place for a family movie night. I love taking my son here.

Great matinee ticket pricing and parking. Food pricing about the same, $4.50 for water (AMC allows you to bring your own bottled WATER). Pleasant staff. There is no assigned seating (we knew this when we purchased tickets online). We arrived early, 11:20 AM to 12:15 show, to accommodate our large family. Theater opened at 11:30 AM. Although we purchased tickets online, we had to stand in line with ticket and food purchasers. The prepaid/tickets only section was closed. Our theater room had popcorn and napkins all over the floor from the previous night. It also smelled and had a standing water at the emergency exit due to weather. Staffer mentioned they were short staffed (someone called out ill) and apologized for inconveniences.

I guess movies are generally expensive and the popcorn and Coke are right up there with it. The movie experience was good, I generally do not like how loud the sound is but I felt comfortable with its level. I might go again but theres nothing that is outstanding about this movie theater.

Im surprised this place is still open. Its dilapidated inside. The only thing truly working is probably the projectors. The guy at the counter was digging in his mouth with his fingers before serving people popcorn. Which was absolutely disgusting. In they cinema Ive been in the ceiling tiles are falling through. So I guess they cant pay to maintain their roof. When I reached out to their customer service I got just s generic response and the manager never called back to discuss. I dont see this place being open much longer especially with the amc dine in right down the street.

Seats are small, too close together. Movie and sound quality were good. Snacks were on par with any other theater. But those seats....

Theater was clean, seats not uncomfortable. Ticket purchases, including pick up of pre-purchased/online tickets, must be picked up at the concession counter...which has only one line for both tickets and snack/beverage purchases. Arrive early to avoid missing the beginning of the movie.

Theatre floor was full of popcorn. No one came in and cleaned in-between movies. Great prices on movie tickets, though.

My husband and I frequently go to this theater. They are now AMC which allows us discounts and points each time we use our Stubs Card. They have real matinee prices with first run movies. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. One improvement I would suggest is having cleaner restrooms. It often smells like urine.

Movie starts at 9 pm. Its 8:59 and the screen isnt even playing previews. Look at this ceiling. Water leaks and missing drop panels. This is ridiculous! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

DO NOT Get tickets on line. They charge a huge convenience fee. And when you get there you find out they have no kiosk. YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE ANYWAY! WHATS SO CONVENIENT ABOUT THAT!

Great movie theater, but we wed kind of late so the box office was closed. We had to go inside to purchase tickets. The popcorn & drink area was a bit messy,but not gross. The seating was nice & the theater was clean. The sound & picture quality were just right. All in all a very nice time out with the family.

Pleasantly surprised was sure it would be a dump with the 4.99 mid day rates. It was clean and staff was great.

Service was not good as the last time. Only one cashier was open for ticketing as well as snack line. I had to ask a manager to step in and help out by opening up another register. The line was out the door and he just stood around watching until I asked him to pitch in. The price is cheaper here but service is awful all the time. I will not go back no matter how cheap the tickets are. You pay for what you get.

Worst movie experience of my life. We had tickets for a 6:00 show. Arrived 30 minutes early only to be directed to an extremely long line we had to wait in because not only was the scanner not working to check tickets, the show was behind due to the technical difficulties in the prior show in our theater. After waiting 30 minutes we were finally allowed in. We then sat and looked at a blank screen for 25 minutes before the previews even came on. About 45 minutes into the movie the screen cut off. An employee finally came in 5 minutes later to explain that the projector overheated from being played back to back. I’m not sure what movie theater doesn’t play multiple movies back to back everyday so I don’t understand why that was an acceptable excuse. They then proceeded to fast forward the movie while it was still on, basically spoiling the end for us. The movie came back on 5 minutes after that. There was never any apology offered, no reimbursement, no reasonable explanation, NOTHING. Never again.

Older theater in need of an update pretty badly. The chairs and theaters style show the age of the place but not a bad experience when I went to see my movie; but I will more than likely drive to another theater when I want to see another movie again...

Right now in the theater to see Rampage using my AMC Stubs promotion. The movie showed the previews and then stopped before playing the movie. Then played the previews again with no sound to the movie. The screen isnt open and the sound isnt on. Whats going on? Katherine has always been great when weve come though.Not knowing the story behind the technology issues, my review was two stars. However, learning the situation and receiving the compensation for the inconvenience increased my review. I appreciate the attention to customer service and their value to make things right. Thank you

Im use to a luxury theater experience, but for the family budget this was great! Theater was clean and I felt safe to bring my family there, which is typically not what Ive gotten in the past, at reduced price ticket theaters. Glad to have a more affordable option!

I had bought tickets off of Groupon to watch a movie. The starting time on Groupon was wrong and we missed most of the movie. The manager gave us the money we paid in a full refund. I was very pleased with this service because he didnt have to.

Decent for $5 early day movies and high food health scores but nasty bathrooms and main carpet areas. If they would just clean up a little this would be a great place for affordable new release movies. I’ll definitely come back but will use the bathroom at home.

I go to this theater because it’s close to my home. I remember it before it changed their name to AMC Classic. It was a nice flourishing theatre then. Every since the name change, it has really not been a pleasant experience. It has two concession stands, one in either side of the lobby, that used to be manned with employees. This allowed you the opportunity to purchase your tickets at on (once they moved ticket purchases inside), and then move to the other side of the lobby to get your concessions. NOW, they ALWAYS ONLY have one to two employees at one concession stand (the other side is completely shut down like a ghost town), to sell your tickets and your popcorn etc. This is a very slow unthought out process. So the lines are long because the same line that you purchase tickets in has become the concession line with only Two workers. Last night because we spent 30mins in line I decided to just get tickets and go into the movie which by now had started and come back to get my popcorn later. (8:30) movie. About 40 minutes in to the movie I go to get popcorn and the lobby was roped off with yellow caution tape that said cleaning in progress. I asked one if the guys if I could get popuand drink and he said they were cleaning the lobby. WHAT?! It was 9:45pm. I won’t be going back here to often. Very bad customer service.

It may not be the cleanest, but its still fairly cheap compared to the other theaters in the area. Staff does their best with what the have and I can appreciate that.

Enjoyed the movie but the concession stand area was very unkept. Popcorn all over the floor. Went to the late show, but regardless vacuuming and changing overflowed garbage would be great.

Excellent service! Saw Captain Marvel in 3D and had a wonderful experience! Employees are very nice. They have nice BIG screens! 3D glasses got a little uncomfortable but still a great experience! Popcorn was perfect as was the candy! 100% recomend.

You get what you pay for. Cheap tickets no frills theater. It doesnt matter if you bought tickets online or are a premiere member, youre going to have to wait in line all the same. So I definitely dont recommend going during a major premiere. If you do, get there an hour earlier. Otherwise, if you go during the middle of the day during the work week, you should be fine.

Nice and inexpensive spot to catch a quick movie. Parking usually sucks because of all of the shopping center traffic. You can find a space but you’ll have to walk quite a few steps.In the past, I’ve had negative encounters with the teenagers that work there but no issues as of late.

The AMC Classic of Snellville was a decent theater, but definitely needs improvement. No AMC Premiere dedicated lanes is a huge no for future visits.There was sufficient staff, but they seemed uncoordinated, despite it being opening night for the biggest movie ever. Their ticket scanners apparently werent working because everyone had to stand in line for paper tickets.There also seemed to be a limited amount of bathroom facilities available, which is not good after a 3 hour movie.

The classic has more reasonable prices versus the other AMC locations.

This has always been one of my favorite theaters, when it was Carmike. As an AMC theater the bathroom smelled like old urine, the floors were wet, no caution signs. The atmosphere was not like it used to be. They must do better. Much, much room for improvement.

The staff was disengaged. There was no popcorn to purchase. The staff also did not know how to cash out the fandango ticket concession card that I presented. This is a older AMC. I will not go to this location again as it was a mistake I selected it anyway.

I love going to the movies with my family so this gives us a place to go

This theatre has gone down hill! You have to wait in a long line even if you paid for your tickets online, the bathrooms were disgusting, the sound on the movie was too quiet, and to top it off, 3 out of 5 of us had ants crawling on us during the movie! We will never be back!

Great staff and prices, I lost my wallet in the theaterand didnt know it till 2hours later. Went back to retrieve it they found and had put it up for safe keeping. Thanks guys for everything.

This was my first time here. It is a nice theater. I bought my tickets online but still had to wait in the looong ticket line with everyone else. :-(

I love this theater. Doesnt need all the bells and whistles, just a good, old fashioned neighborhood theater with 5 dollar tickets. This place doesnt have arcade machines or other distractions in the lobby, and I think that keeps loitering almost nonexistent. Awesome place.

This was the worst theater. Bought tickets from Groupon. I was expecting to redeem them at a kiosk. There was no kiosk available. I had to wait in a long line to redeem them at the concession along with people purchasing tickets and concessions. People would walk in and cut in front of the line to redeem their tickets or they would walk in and go straight into the movies. It was extremely frustrating and confusing. The floors in the theater were all sticky. There was no manager on sight. I will never frequent this theater. It was horrible.

The guy at the register was handling $ and making popcorn with a bloody tissue sticking out of his nose. A toilet had overflowed in the womens restroom that left a stream running through all the stalls.

Its alright. It is an old timey theather but it is great for the price. There usually is a line and not much help around but overall its fine. Great to take the kids and get a pop corn and drink without having the high costs of everything.

It was a decent theater. Workers where nice and we saw our movie. Didnt order popcorn or a drink because the popcorn popper looked empty. The long runtime of the movie made me decide to avoid drinking.

If I could give 0 I would. I missed 20 min of Avengers Endgame. I paid for my tickets a day in advance online. I paid a CONVENIENCE FEE! For what???? I had to wait in a line that was out the door! I want free tickets to see it again at another location. That was a horrible experience I didnt even get to have the seats I paid for!

This theater is my go-to when I want to see something for an affordable price with my daughter. The theater isnt as clean or well kept as others, but you cant beat the ticket prices. I have never had a bad experience here.

Nice low cost theater, but you get what you pay for. Sound for commercials was too loud and in surround sound but movie sound was like a 30 year old tube TV in mono. Personnel on site could not Care less.

This theatre has gone way downhill in the last few years. Yes, its an older theatre but that doesnt mean it cant be kept clean. Trash everywhere, the restrooms were disgusting, the sound was too low, and the picture was not high-quality: there was a red spot on the screen that was visible during dark scenes. The prices are half the cost of other nearby theatres but thats the only perk. No matter what the cost is one should always walk into a clean theatre.

They need new management. Movie goers made the place FILTHY/DIRTY with trash everywhere. The condiments area was disgusting. Anything and everything u can think of that is sold there, was on the floor and/or on the countertops. DEF UNDERSTAFFED and new some more crew members to keep thr place presentable for the volume of people that attend movies especially the first week the movie comes out.

Theatre was clean. Not busy at all on a Thursday. The parking lot is very poorly lit.

We have always gone to Harkins Theatres, but that was in AZ and I didn’t see any here in GA. We have never been big fans of AMC, due to their snack and drink prices, but this location was close.Took my son to see Toy Story 4. We went to the earliest showing, which was around 11am.Even at that time, the floors, in the main lobby were filthy and had popcorn and what not everywhere.There were only two younger kids working the ticket/concession area, and with a line it made for an unnecessarily longer wait. No sense of urgency on their behalf. The employees were friendly enough though.The movie theatre area was unkept as wellThe reviews for this place aren’t exactly on the higher spectrum, but we went anyway.I tend to not let the bad reviews decide for me, but this time I should have.Will not be back. Anyone reading this have a better theatre to go to, near the Lilburn area, please let me know!

The movie prices are great. The theatres are big and the seats were comfortable. The building is getting older and showing signs of not being kept up. Worn carpet etc. I did not buy any concessions but the prices looked high. The biggest problem is that they are understaffed. You have to wait for everything. You buy your ticket at the concession stand.

I think it’s ridiculous that EVERYONE has to wait in line at the concession stand! Extremely inefficient! My family and I got our tickets online and it seemed like a waste of money and a “convenience” charge. There should be a kiosk or we should have been able to show our ticket purchase to the ticket taker. It is also a waste of paper to give us paper tickets when, again, we can just show our purchase on our phone. Very unhappy with my experience today.

Great value... $6 to see a movie is a great value however do not go hungry as they get their funds from the concession stand! $15 for popcorn and one soda :-( total out of pocket turned into $30 :-(

I had a horrible experience seeing Endgame. I knew to expect the theater to be busy on opening weekend but I didnt expect it to be filthy.with horribly horribly long lines.They didnt clean the theater, it was disgusting.Their computer system wasnt working and it made everything takes so much longer.And the people that go there are just loud. The type of people that will scream out during a movie or bring their baby to a 10 showing like a jerk.

Lines too long and only one place to pay and purchase concessions. It could be handled way more efficiently.

Restrooms are semi-clean. Drink machines have water all around them on the floor. Otherwise, theatres are clean and its a good place to see a movie.

Dirty to small. theater staff doesnt clean theater between movies will not be going here again.

I went to a weekday matinee movie. The outside ticket booths were closed. I had to go to the concession stand area to purchase my ticket and I had to wait at least 10 minutes or so because there was no one there just to sell tickets. I had to wait while food and drinks were prepared for others before I could purchase my ticket. What a waste of my time. There were several other ticket buyers standing behind me who felt the same way.

There wasnt any security! I bought online tickets and when I got there I was able to just walk straight into the movie!! There wasnt anybody at the counter, no kiosk, or a ticket checker! Thats a big no-no!
