Great service, lower prices, and better selection than the other 3 framing shops (big chains) that I went to for quotes.

For starters this was my first time getting a piece of artwork framed. I am 18 years old and a fairly new artist. Before I came to Erin I did see a few reviews about a tendency for him to over charge people, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I will say that my request definitely was a big task, however Erin choose to move forward with framing my 40 * 60 piece of artwork with a deadline of 3 days. I was charged $500 for the cheapest matte white frame option he offered. That did not include a matte or any type of glass (which was understandable because of the deadline). When I came to Erin the 3rd day to pick up my artwork he had nothing framed. He told me to give him 30 minutes while he actually decided to frame my artwork. After the 30 minutes I came back to a piece of artwork that had multiple rips on the corners and extreme bulk and bubbles on the board, because he didn’t take the 3 days he had to lay my artwork flat on the board. Unfortunately, instead of having him reframe my artwork I made the decision to take it home to have something to display for my graduation party. I covered up the ripped edges with mix medias and made it work. If I could give Erin 0 stars I would. I’m aware that custom framing can be considered luxury so it can get pricy, however I can’t help but feel like I was taken advantage of.

5 stars isnt a high enough rating for what Eric does. If you have something special (pictures, accomplishments, etc.} you want framed; you will want someone who not only knows what theyre doing, but that also loves what theyre doing to create it for you. To get a combination of those two things, you will need to take your special pieces to Eric. He is the absolute best! My husband and I are totally impressed by his work. I am very proud of my husbands accomplishments during his careers in both, the Military and law enforcement, and Erics creations are helping us to show my husbands dedication and recognitions beautifully.. Eric is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and super nice. We would recommend Eric and Snellville Framing & Fine Art to anyone.

I had three botanical prints framed for my dining room. They look fabulous!! Eric has a great eye and does a wonderful job, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend. I have taken another piece to him and I cant wait to get it back.

Im extremely pleased with the framing for our metallic photo! I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but Eric provided additional selections based on my personal style and decor in our home. The end result is a perfect frame and matte selection for our special memory that we absolutely love!

Snellville Framing did an absolutely beautiful job framing the painting of my cat. I LOVE it. Eric was very knowledgable, and gave great suggestions and feedback. I personally prefer Snellville Framing over any craft store, and didnt find it to be overpriced for what was done. My diploma was framed here years ago, and was also beautifully done. Eric did an awesome job of matting and framing a Troiani Civil War print. Excellent knowledge of materials, took great care with the print, and was very easy to work with. This shop did a thoroughly professional job, and we’ll be back with other projects!

Very knowledgeable and helpful to make item look its best

I have been using Snellville Framing and Fine Arts for years. Most of the stuff I have Eric frame is travel-related and my wife and I have an entire room of travel photos that he has framed. His turnaround times are phenomenal, the frames/mats and excellent quality and he takes great care of his customers. There have been a few items I had him frame where I had ZERO idea of what I wanted - he provided complete creative direction and they turned out wonderfully. If you need anything framed, dont waste your time at the big-name hobby shops - go to Snellville Framing and Fine Arts.

Well, the first time I dropped off 5 items that were returned in an awesome display... this time I dropped off 4 items that were returned in another awesome form along with superior customer service! I have grown to call and trust no one else but Eric when it comes to preserving items that I want to hang in the man cave. When visiting the shop, all I have to do is bring what I want done and Eric will take the uncertainty/guess work out of it for you. He is a very knowledgeable and patient man when it comes to dealing in his craft. He has assisted in making my man cave area the envy of my friends and has continued to value me as a customer in the process. Case in point: Theres a framed jersey that my son received as a senior gift from Middle Tennessee... well, in the rush to get it back on the wall after our remodel, it was accidentally knocked over and shattered - on a Tuesday of Thanksgiving week mind you! So, after calling the shop and speaking with Donna (who has a great personality also) she told me to bring it In & shell explain to Eric with hopes hell have it ready early the following week. Needless to say, Eric had it ready the next day at no charge! This is definitely service that you dont get these days, therefore, Im truly glad I have made contact with Snellville Framing & Fine Art. And by the way, I have 6-8 more items thats ready to go straight there for Erics personal handling!

Well done awesome job!! Eric was completely patient and chose several great options for my frames. He gave me a great deal, kept everything in house and was done in less than a week. I have since used Snellville Framing for all of my artsy needs and havent been disappointed yet!

Was dissatisfied with the service recieved and the prices are ridiculously high. Hobby lobby charges much less and provides better service with a better selection. I think he makes up the prices based on the customers appearance or something. Not trustworthy. Wouldnt be referring anyone there.

Eric and the staff here are great! These guys are super attentive to detail and have a serious passion for what they do. You wont be disappointed using them for your framing needs, much better than any department store by a mile. Im so greatful for the work they have done for me :-)
