Go when you have time to stroll the aisles and see what crafty artistic surprises await you. The staff here is very helpful and always available. Even when theyre busy, there is plenty of parking. You wont be disappointed!

My creative spirit loves Michaels, just not the customer service here. There were seven customers in line with only one Cashier. When it was my turn the first thing the Cashier said to me & in an unwelcoming tone was Do you have a receipt? After I greeted her & silently commanded her to do the same, my return process was like watching paint dry. I only came here due to the convenience of my temporary office, yet made a mental note to never shop at this location again.Plus, the other employee who didnt jump on a register to help out was not wearing proper PPE to safeguard customers.

Love this place too much. My family hates to go with me, because I stay, look, and buy, way too much. See what I mean.lol

The store was cluttered with boxes and employee ladders throughout the store. Talk about an accident waiting to happen! I couldnt find several things that I needed and their website claimed that they had. The employees that were around had no clue or just didnt feel like being bothered, probably both. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful, perhaps she should have been on the floor. Im really disappointed as I love and frequently shop at Michaels.

The store is smaller than a usual Michaels so it made finding things much easier and faster.

Prices are a little high compared to other art supply stores but its very clean and well stocked. Cashiers are very nice.

I love this Store. The attendants were very curteous and respectful. Has lots of crafts for every age kind. Their discounts are good. After I complete my purchase they even helped me to load it in my car. Will go back now often. One request is please try to give coupons that can be applied on entire purchase and not just on one item. Because this makes people to do number of check outs to get coupons applied.

We ordered a product online and went to pick it up. The store is clean and very vcd well stocked. The store representative met us at the pickup location and courteously retrieved our merchandise. Great customer service.

I picked up a picture frame my wife dropped off for repairs. The two ladies at the framing department were awesome. Very nice and cordial. They did a fantastic job on the repairs.I also dropped off her shadowbox nursing cap for cleaning. The box is 16 years old and the inside shows signs of mildew. Ill follow up in couple of weeks.

Today I had an awful experience with Taylor, one of the workers, at this Michaels. She was rude, inconsiderate, and had a horrible attitude with customers and other employees. She refused to help me and was snarky to the other employee. I usually love Michaels but this one employee ruined the experience for me. Will not visit this location again.

I went over at this location today as it was on my way back, not my usual michaels, anyways i went in and i asked this lady for help, she was absolutely RUDE. i see someone else posted about her too, i believe her names Taylor, she had an extremely bad attitude, maybe a bad day or whatever but then her attitude was not only towards the customers but also towards her employees. Another girl was working and she yelled at her in front of other customers, not too professional, i’m not sure what her deal was but to talk to customers and her co-workers like that was pretty weird.

I love this Michaels. While it may not be the newest or biggest, the sales are always good and there is always an employee around to help find something. I am a frequent craft store flyer and have been able to find most of the items I need at this store for my crafts. Sometimes I think Ill have better luck at a bigger store but always end up finding it at Michaels. Occasionally the checkout lines are very long but I noticed they kept on some seasonal holiday help after Christmas and the long line problem has been better lately.

I was at the store on Sunday and this lady named Taylor was very rude for no apparent reason and then i heard degrading a fellow employee in front of multiple customers very unprofessional. i will not be returning to the snellville location.

This Michaels has a very limited variety in some sections. In the printmaking section, for example, there are hardly any ink colors or varieties to choose from (only red, yellow, blue, & black in a pack & black and white on there own). There are also only 3 or 4 options of carving plates available. However, some other sections are adequately stocked. Customer service is great.

Better than your average craft store. They need more available associates.

Got a great deal on a artificial Xmas tree. The associates were very helpful and even offered to load the purchase into the car.

If youre info arts and crafts of a certain type, Michaels is great. They ALWAYS have coupons that offer discounts and their selection is pretty vast and especially in picture and art frames.

Always love finding things I need here, esp yarn paper crafts, and jewelry making items. The sales are fair. When I wait for sales on what I need, I usually get good bargains on top with coupons. Their prices in my opinion are slightly lower than Joann. Lots of unique items and good quality and value. Would always go here first in preference for craft items instead of Hobby Lobby or Joann.

I am a Halloween freak. I went into Michaels with my cuz Judy and by crackey they had a whole bunch of Halloween stuff for 80 to 90% off. Wooweeeee!!!!

Michaels will sometimes have good deals on products but I end up spending more money than I care to there. One girl named Shannon was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about framing. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! She seemed very energetic in terms of her job. I will say that I find a good array of toys and products there, but I dont think something as simple as a tiny squishy toy needs to be $9.00!

Store was today and organized. I was able to find the item I needed by searching online: the website gave exact isle location. The only down side was that while I was shopping, they announced that the credit card machine was down so the only way to pay was by cash or check. Luckily I had a check on me, otherwise I would have been really upset!

The staff has outstanding customer service. I will return to the Snellville Michaels store for my other craft needs
