Great place to live with moderate lot rents. A full time staff runs the park very efficenently!

Nicely laid out, mature trees, and it was very peaceful when I went through. As mobile home parks go, this is a nice one.

They keep the front of the park looking pretty good but in the back of the park we have dead trees n trees n branches that have fallen n they never have the tree service they use come back there n clean anything up. They go around to the homes in the front n up pick up their piles of leaves n sticks but not the back of the park. I had piles n after a month of them just riding by without picking them up I had to take them back in the woods n dump them.

Bought a trailer in this park will have to say its a nice park and all .. but the office is never open when they say they are going to be open so dont ever come on a monday or a Friday!!!

I was out looking to purchase a mobile home already on a lot. Holly Hill Estates appears to be a quiet place with a few homes for sale. Most of the propertys upkeep was well maintained. Unfortunately there seem to be a few homes that fell through the cracks and are what I would call eye sores.... All in all I got a nice quiet vibe and there is also an outside playground for kids which is always a good thing. :)

My mom lives here and she enjoys it.

I live here and its such a nice place . The people are usually friendly!

Place tells you to keep your yard/area clean, yet furniture, old appliances are allowed to stay on edge of driveway for months. Also, the leaves and sticks are left for weeks after they are supposed to be cleaned up by crew. Some mobile homes need a good cleaning due to green mold. Lots of stray cats running around. Glad I just visit.

A few friends live there, its nice but very small lots

I like how the neighborhood is like the neighbors are good people the only downside is that they are late collecting the leaves.

My grandpa lives here and its a very beautiful place, one of the nicest mobile home parks Ive ever seen, and Ive traveled all over the US, its very peaceful and quiet. My husband and I are thinking about buying here

Personally its a big neighborhood. You cant have any swimming pools, grills, and there isnt much space.

I was actually at the toys r us. The employees are great however the manager Steve is the worst his attitude was very sarcastic we waited 20 mins to see him and he honestly could care less. I hope he gets it together for his next job.Oh he clearly has a problem with women he dismissed myself and another female customer but had a totally different attitude with a male customer.

It was okay, I guess. Quiet and clean.
