So we have lived here for 13 years. We go by the “rules “ and never been late on rent. They lie and say they will take care of a problem but never do.This place is becoming unbearable as now vehicles are being broken into and this has never happened before. I do not recommend anyone moving here.Jmo

I LOVE living here....

It WAS a nice place to live until all the free available parking we was promised when we moved here has disappeared and it is now overloaded with mobile homes. It looks trashy/ghettoish now. Office staff is great. Maintenance is great but when our lot rent increases to pay for the moving costs to bring the new mobile homes in (setting up, decks, water lines, etc) it is ridiculous that the home OWNERS lot rent is increased to cover the expenses. As a home owner we are responsible for the maintenance to our home and the lot. So, why the increase in our lot rent? I mean it IS quiet and we have never really had problems here (other than people allowing their dogs to run loose). My main complaint is the over crowding and the rise in lot rent when one is responsible for their own lot.

No mf visitor parking and the people who use visitor parking are RESIDENTS oh but they wanna whip out the tow truck and tow people WHERE WE POSE TO PARK??!

Do you guys have somewhere I could park my trailer and just rent the land? With hookup power

Really liked the place but no state is like California all rules different and u might think mobile home park should be easy to get into sooooo not the case they want more than a bank would for down payment then can still say no or raise amount down after the fact run dont walk away

This is a really bad conversation with the manager service. The only words she said is she was already off and she was at the office for some papers I don’t want to live with my family in a place that they can offer you a good information. If I could give 0 star I will do it.

I live here. The people are nice. The places are nice. I really love it here and our kids do too.

Pool is not what they display. The noise from Nissan keeps you up all night. And even if you own your home management runs your life.

If I could give you 0 stars I would! Shout-out to florence commons for threatening to steal my 51 year old, dads mobility chair because its on his deck and not inside ! You all are not professional at all and you were very rude and acted like bullies. Laughing when he said that he didnt appreciate how he was treated by one of your employees.... Charging people a ridiculous amount of money because their trash can, that THEY pay for is out on the road and you took two seconds to move it. Its so upsetting to watch you bully people and push people around . Threatening to steal things off of the property that they pay for . Unacceptable behavior I never go on social media and try to make anyone look bad because thats just not my personality but Im not going to just pretend like I didnt watch you threaten my disabled father and think you can just get away with it.

I just move here 2 years ago from a different county..I found this place and I love it..its close to my work and stores..Heather and Anna are super friendly...they are in the office all time. They are a little strict but understandable..

The community here is amazing. The management team is amazing as well, it is an exemplerary, friendly community.

Well kept the common areas are up-to-date nice swing sets other things for the kids to do at the playground, the only downside is they dont have their own pool have to go across the street

I am a current resident and I can say it is a quite friendly community. We like it.

Check Craigslist. There are 2 separate adds for new 3 bedroom trailers. one in English that says new 3 bedroom trailers for 1,100$ a month. The other is in ElNewEnglish.. That says new 3 bedroom trailers for 950$ a month! Also our house is settling, causing all of the doors and door frames to shift and not even close! I was told by the maintenance men that its normal, if you dont have your furniture properly distributed throughtout the house! On top of that, the office employs Lavergne Towing. They charge you 250$ if they tow your vehicle 3 miles.. And they tow for any reason they chose, the office workers drive around and make a list of cars they want gone. Ive been towed 4 times. Once because my tags went out at the end of the month! This place is complete trash, even for a trailer park. Do NOT MOVE HERE!
