Down visiting from another state, I walk into Starship on South Cobb Drive and immediately was asked rudely do you have a mask which I did and I forgot it in my car by accident turned around to get it and returned and the gentleman that was in there was extreamly rude I believe his name is Zack he wasnt very helpful either. Its sad that you cant be greeted with a hello anymore maybe Zack should learn how to deal with customers on a professional-level. You know there plenty of other businesses that would be more than happy that are willing to take customers money

Ive been to a few of these chain stores around town and I have to say, this was by far my best experience. They had a great selection of toys. The location was a good size; it didnt feel cramped at all. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the kind of experience I look for when I go shopping for adult toys!

Compared to the Tokyo Valentino up closer to Kennesaw, this place was fabulous. Much friendlier and engaging staff. Great selection and better prices than Tokyo Valentino.

Arrived at the store early and it was opened on time. The store manager Ariel was VERY nice and knowledgeable about every product I inquired about. She took her time with me and made sure I was good with my products prior to making my purchase. Please shop at this location as the staff here is very friendly and pleasant. Horrible experience at this location. First it took for ever to get someone to help me. Then when I got the attention of the short girl with the shaved head and tattoos, acted as she was to busy to help and handed me off to her co- work. Guess she was to busy blowing smoke clouds to help. The employees name I believe was Matt or Mathew that I was handed off to, and he was no help at all. He had and attitude and every question I asked him, he acted as if he did not know anything. It seemed as he did not want to be there helping his customers. Overall one of the worst shopping experiences in my life. I will never come back to this location and will be spending my money at Tokyo Valentino from now on.

Came in on a Tuesday evening November 2019 to purchase a few items and as soon as I entered the place of business I was asked can I see your ID for no apparent reason and thats when I noticed no one else that entered had to present their ID plus the only time you are asked to present ID is when you are at the register to me I felt racially discriminated against because I am aborigine due to the fact that Ive always stop through from time to time and never had to present ID at the door entrance sad to say feel very uncomfortable go some other place of business not here

Customer service was horrible. You couldnt touch anything, and they were just rude. I never leave reviews but the lack of interest showed by the people who are representing this company was very discouraging. Customer service is everything. I dont expect you to go over and beyond at a adult entertainment store, but I do expect you to show some sort interest and not give me a dry, unmannerly response. Hopefully whoever reading this finds new staff or prep your staff on proper behavior. Go somewhere else.

Black lady with shaved head was incredibly rude. Her attitude was awful and honestly made me embarrassed to even be in there and ask questions about the vape products. She rolled her eyes multiple times at me (first for even asking for help) and treated me like an absolute idiot.
