The Ranch is peaceful. Its all about horses, dogs, cats and people. Its comfortable and convenient. We love it here!UPDATE : So my husband and I have lived here for almost three years now and ITS STILL A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE !Our animals are happy and thriving. Its very animal and people friendly. The barn has big airy box stalls All horses have shelters in their pastures with water. Our apartment is cozy and comfy. The Ranchers, as we like to call ourselves are all for one and one for all, for the most part. Were like family we may argue a little or get on each others nerves at times, but, like family, we are there for each other when the need arises. Its very comforting to know that we ALL have each others back. We may stay permanently.

I moved here from Atlanta. I am so thankful to have been able to find this place! I love all the people here. It is peaceful, and beautiful, waking up to horses in your backyard instead of a parking lot, is a wonderful thing. I enjoy our bonfires and cook outs, and I enjoyed the pool. I enjoy riding my golf cart to the mail boxes while my German shepherd runs by my side. Living in the city had way to much noise, to much traffic and full of drama. This is Gods country and so much better than any city living. I am truly at peace here.

Calming, animal friendly, nice residents. Makes you feel at home. 4 stars only because interiors could use some updating and the road is in need of repair. Everything else = 5 stars

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a resident at Sundance Ranch. As a horse, dog, and chicken owner, I have everything I need (and more). I love the community - great people, thoughtful and friendly neighbors. We have a barn, pastures, pool, pond, riding arena, round pen, dog park, community garden, community center (big room with pool tables, ping pong, workout equipment, board games, etc.), fire pit... and more! Ive lived here 2 1/2 years so far - I sold my house to move here and havent looked back!UPDATE: 5 years in and were still here and still happy!

We have had a great time staying at this ranch while looking for housing in NC. Swimming, fishing, horse back riding, bon fires, BBQ, Pool tables, Ping Pong, Basketball, walking trail and the list goes on. The very best part of the ranch are the other families who live here. Im sure we have made some life long friendships. Also you wont find a better owner/landlord

Over priced rat infested barn for humans. Paper thin walls, you can literally hear your neighbors snoring. Not kid friendly. Not pet friendly either in my opinion. Not joking about the mice the entire place infested that and mold from flood damage are two huge problems! The water here smells of sulfer it is overwhelming you dont feel clean after a shower and the smell gets in your clothes as well. You will need to install a filter to drink it. Sure, It looks pretty but looks can be deciving ...a dream turned into a nightmare
