Great outdoor mall with plenty of shopping options. Very clean and well-maintained outdoor area. Lots of lights and seating areas. Food and drink available if you need to grab a quick bite. The common areas are so beautifully decorated. Highly recommended spot for holiday shopping.

I really enjoy this mall, especially because its outdoors..Our last visit was October,2020;during the pandemic,it seemed like too many stores were closed,but I understand. Ill go back when things go back to normal. I love the great food choices,there is something for everyone there,If I could change anything, Id add more outdoor seating

This is the second time I have come to this outdoor mall and it was a warm day. It was a bit tough to navigate even with the maps and it would be a little difficult to truly enjoy during the winter months, but it has a great collection of stores and options for shopping. The koi ponds are fun, though it could have done a bit better on maintaining the mask policy. However, it was a fun time

This mall was my one of my favorites to walk around in thanks to the outdoor features. Almost as good as Oak Brook.

This is a great place to go while it’s a little cooler. Unless you’re someone who enjoys heat while being out.

What a lovely outdoor mall! There is plenty of parking and a fabulous selection of stores with some heavy weight anchor stores. The selection of restaurants is also a real treat. We love visiting this mall if we want to avoid downtown! I do wish they have some heated areas to catch some warmth during the colder days. Still an excellent mall to shop and enjoy a day at!!

Great outdoor mall for an outing with friends or family. Always clean and has outdoor greenery, fountains, and seating. Lots of restaurants (both adult and family friendly), shops, and 2 VR entertainment centers. While the mall is big which might be confusing, there are plenty of directories to help you find your way.

I really enjoy this mall. There is a great selection of stores and very up to date public areas. I would say they should update the bathrooms but otherwise great. The main fountain has a great vibe with the repurpose to be a huge planter (see pic I submitted). Lots of fresh shops for eating and the parking garages on each side of the mall make it really easy to access the shops you desire quickly without long walks from a huge parking lot.

If you must go to a mall. This one has nice outdoor space

A Beautiful shopping center filled with all upmarket brands and good eateries in too. If you are thinking of good times with friends and family its good place to hangout. Kids have fun in the play areas. There are some great spots to do photoshoots too. There is much to explore at the rooftop dining place. Have fun and best shopping experience with lower prices.

Cheesecake Factory has lost it charm. Ruined my sons birthday. Wanted the lettuce wraps they forgot to put in the sauces which completes the dish. Called and spoke to the manager Mr Gordon who didn’t seem to care. Said to come and pick up the sauces with out an apology. Never going back to this location.

This shopping center never disappoints, even on a mild winter evening. The center has a great variety of restaurants and shops, something for everyone! Its clean and well maintained. Great parking! Easy to get to from interstate. Plus, even though the mall is outside, there are covered areas in most of the center for inclement weather.

This place offers superb service as well as tasty meals. One of the best spot ever. The food came out quickly and the prices were affordable. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great outdoor mall with large variety of stores appealing to many shoppers interests, tastes, and pocketbooks. Interesting variety of restaurants thrown in, plus movies and you can stay all day and into the evening if you have the time and the stamina! Go on, take a walk from Nordstroms to Bloomingdales--end to end with lots of fun in between...and a good longish walk for an outdoor mall!

Outdoor mall with plenty of retail stores and restaurants to pick from either for a light snack or a complete meal. Theres plenty of play places where you can take the kids for a much needed shopping break. Security roams the mall as well as local local police to keep the place safe. Seasonal decorations and events are much enjoyable. Ample parking and easily accessed via public transportation. This place is definitely family oriented and pet friendly.

Too crowded with some people not following mask protocol. Some stores were jammed with people while others were limiting number of people inside. I wont go back til this is over.

Man the malls I know are nothing to this one. Wow wow wow. Beautiful and lots of places to sit. Carpet that has padding so super soft to walk on. This is where the rich and famous shop. For sure lol

Macys and Nordstrom was open, I was at both and they seemed unprepared. Few employees and ALOT of customers. It appeared to be a missed opportunity because some people were frustrated that they couldnt ring up their purchases quickly. Long lines at the registers for both stores but the prices were amazing

I went here for my birthday and really enjoyed myself. I did have a problem with them adding an 18% gratuity charge when you order food but they did say you can lower it or remove it altogether. Also, there is entirely too much breading on the chicken tenders. Other than that it was a nice place and I will return.

I’m coming back years later to review. I just came from there. Old Orchard is a beautiful outdoor mall. Except for the shops. They’re not beautiful but are good.

Old Orchard has it all. You can go shopping, see a movie, buy a wedding ring, eat some food, and above it all the employees at all the shops are extremely friendly. Overall great experience, but don’t go on Black Friday.

I grew up in Wilmette and this mall is even much more attractive now. It is fun to see children enjoying the creative playground for them at the mall. They have fountains and gardens to enjoy in the summer as well as short train rides for children using railroad cars on wheels.I have gone to their two newly designed movie theaters. I served as an usher for awhile at the Old Orchard theater movie theater in the late 60’s with friends in my high school band.Many of my favorite stores are in this mall. I have caught the bus from there to catch the Blue line to O’Hare.

Always a place to shop, stroll around to kill time and time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Restrooms are available.

Very lively and fun outdoor mall. Great selection of stores-even for mens clothes. Parking can be tricky but there are a couple parking garages as long as you dont mind a little walking and exploring.

Its a good open mall. During the summer I think the best mall. Starbucks and apple store in this mall. Some carts I can see. Clean 24/7 security bunch of restaurant and cafe you can find

Spacious shopping center with multiple open-air breezeways that are a welcome feature in a difficult time such as now where it can feel very uncomfortable to be in tight, enclosed spaces with other people.
