During covid, being able to do something simple as going the theater is nice. This theater was very clean, followed their online guide for keeping it clean. Staff was friendly and we had a great time. We felt safe and had plenty of space.

Glad the theaters are finally open again. The seating all appears to be new... easy to sanitize upholstery is my guess. The movie was so intense (Tenet) that I didnt register comfort level of seats! Popcorn was good, lots of staff to serve so no waiting. Nice experience.

Cinemark 10 is clean and friendly. I realized though that I must sit the whole movie without my feet touching the floor! Im 53 and the seating is made to accommodate taller people. The movie theater was clean, pleasant, and with no evidence of wear. The staff were helpful and patient, which I really appreciated as I have a child who has a tough time making decisions. They didnt smile much, but that seems to have become common in our society, its sad to say.The restrooms were clean and well-appointed. They only had air dryers to dry your hands, so be aware if you have children who are sensitive to loud noises -- or you are yourself.The seats were comfortable, rocked and reclined -- which was a distinct advantage for my child who needs to move all the time, and I think helped them sit through the 3-hour movie without getting out of the seat.

Comfortable, good movies. Im not a fan of reserved seating. Bad with special events. Prefer the less expensive option.

Its the nicest theater that we have in Sierra Vista, way better than the Uptown 3, but the prices for the snacks and drinks are insanely high. However, if the theater wasnt there, the mall would have been shut down a long time ago. There are a couple of small theaters, but those are usually reserved for movies heading out of the theater or that are not doing so well in the box office. All in all, I always have a good experience here.

Go when they have discounts. Theyre listed on their Web site. Very courteous staff, and the popcorn wasnt bad either. Plenty if of room in our show. Of course, there was only six of us for the show.

Well movie was ok but heres the thing they PLAYED THE WRONG MOVIE like it was in Japanese nit English even though it clearly states English and so how do you get a refund cuz it says if a picture is incorrect or sound go eat out we can get.one but they all dissapered people wise working when we went to get one so highly upset

Was out of town this past month and when I returned everything had changed. We had to pick our seats when we bought our tickets, but it didnt show the isles. When we got into the theater our seats were against the wall. Not what we wanted. The marquee did not show the movie so we just hoped that we were going to the right place. Overall a very uncomfortable situation.

This is your basic movie theater. It doesnt have any of the seating choices of the bigger theaters. Seating is first come first serve. General seating is close together like flying coach on an airline. The screen quality is decent.

Very enjoyable experience, clean seats and rows, nice employees, popcorn was fresh and ready the clerks were happy to have customers and treated everyone with respect and showed a smile.

Saw The Lion King (2019) day before it released. Staff was great, theater was clean. Major complaint was the underwhelming sound in the theater. Really took away from the overall quality of the movie.

Sure enjoy how clean you keep the theater from lobby to restrooms to the theaters themselves. We like the service. Everyone is very polite! Any possibility of getting pork rinds?

Its great to have this theater although it would be nice if they offered more of a variety of concessions like other areas have. For example sausage pizza and other food options would be good. Ticket prices are still lower than larger cities although its annoying that tax is not included in the prices on anything, like at all other theaters, which does not keep the prices rounded and easy to pay for.

A good place to take the family to see a movie, but I wish Cinemark would upgrade some of the movie theaters to have luxury loungers. We now mainly go to Tucson Cinemark Theaters because they do have the luxury loungers.

The staff is super friendly, the prices are great, they have beer, and its not over crowded....what more could you want?

I very rarely go to the movies, but used to enjoy going here for the arcade, mostly to play the pinball machines.Well, they removed the pinball machines, and the remaining games are horribly maintained now, and redemption games seem to be all they are worried about.I recently asked a manager about it, and they told me Cinemark sold and no longer owns the games or the game room, so they couldnt really comment on my complaint.

Ok these guys gotta stop putting the best movies in the screen farthest from the bathroom! (and by best; I mean thought provoking, smart and well made movies that do not rely on shock comedy, jump scares, or digital special effects to be good, but use those tools to help tell a good story instead...) And stop serving stale popcorn at the last showing of the night!

Me and my husband went to the last movie and when we went to get our free refill of popcorn everything was closed! It was like true ghost town! Not 1 person to even make sure we left the building!

Just ok if you love movies

Never crowded and clean. Prices on concession popcorn/drink is the same as a filet mignon steak and bottle of champagne.

We took my nephews to see Infinity Wars during a late afternoon showing on a weekday. They were incredibly excited, both are under 8 and love super heroes (especially Cap and Iron Man). As expected we spent a fortune on tickets, drinks, and snacks. It was supposed to be a fun thing for the last day of school. Five minutes into the movie the valet informed us that several people had complained about the children. The only peep they had uttered was the youngest asking why things were happening and an exclamation of surprise when the Hulk appeared. We had to leave. The kids cried and apologized the whole way home. It was heartbreaking. It cost a fortune that we didn’t get back and left them feeling like they did something wrong. There were only like four other people even there!

Its no Cinemark XD or anything but I still love it. The staff is always pretty quick and seem to actually care about what theyre doing. My only complaint is that in theater 2, on the quiet scenes, I cold tell that some of the speakers might be on their last leg as some were crackling. But other than that I absolutely love going to the Sierra Vista Cinemark!

Been coming here since I was a little girl and so I have a nostalgic attachment to it. I’ve seen every Harry Potter movie here. Only down side is how messy the theatre is from other showings. Still love it though!

A little outdated, but movie prices are low compared to most other theaters. Not much choose in town, though (1 of only 2).

Not the fanciest of theaters, but certainly the best that Sierra Vista has to offer. They do a military discount that brings ticket prices down to about what youd pay at the on post theater. Drink and snack prices are what youd expect for a corporate movie theater. The theater itself is clean and well set up. The sound and picture quality is always very good. The staff is also always very helpful and friendly.

We really love century theaters but not a fan of assigning seats.

Went to go seeAlita battle Angel...in Real D 3D..... It was a great movie. It was an immersive experience, its been a while since I saw a 3D movie so I think I deserved this quite a bit... My girlfriend loved the movie as well... I just wish you guys had reclining seats

Love the price and the ease of getting tickets. Seats are nice but not upgraded to lounger.

This theater is usually kept clean. However, the last time I went the floors in the theater had trash and popcorn throughout. The ticket attendant seemed more interested in standing around talking than to greet us as we handed her our tickets.

Wish the seats reclined, but thats just my being picky. Take advantage of the large popcorn and large drink. It may sound expensive, but both have free refills. Its worth it.

If you live here you know theres only 3 places to see movies. This place, that other place and at your own home. So if you wanna not watch movies at home, then really this place or that other place. I like them both, but ultimately Cinemark is a larger theater. So if you want that experience then you go here. Or you drive to AMC up in Tucson.

Want more Christian movies to show here, I dont want to have to go to Tucson for good wholesome movies.

Small but wonderful. We loved the prices for a matinee and the selection of movies and times. Most important was the comfort of the gently reclining sears (not big oversized recliners).

Pretty good theater the people who work there make you feel like youre home. The choices were good at the time and the choices that were being presented in coming attractions were intresting.

Clean,reserved seats great for seniors

Excellent layout, plenty of seating, clean mens room. We will not return however, because the cloying, thick, almost rancid smell of the cosession stand popcorn oil permeated the lobby and theater entrance hallway. Uncomfortable and a direct indicator just how clean the food prep area might not be.

Decent theater... best in Sierra Vista. The popcorn (butter and/or carmel) is the best of all the theaters i go to.

Decent prices, has always been clean when I visit. I docked a star because their parking lot is odd. People speed through the lot, they need to add speed bumps. Great venue though!

Guy at concession very slow, we were late for our movie.

Waited in line forever only to be told I was in the wrong line to purchase tickets so had to get in another line waited forever there as well then had to go get back in another line to purchase food. So eaited in three long lines amd this was at noon on a Tuesday. They are seriously understaffed.

Expensive snacks, but thats the case of all theaters. Seats are clean, theaters are great, tickets are affordable... Its a typical theater.

Cinemark theater is pleasant, quiet, has two concession areas, great photos of famous actors and acrresses gracing the walls, and its easy to see where youre going even when the movie is on.

I personally find the theatre to be well maintained. The employees are friendly and helpful and I like the way the theatre looks! I dont go there to play video games but to see a movie, so I and my husband have never been disappointed. Love the Cinemark. Lilah

All good but needs reclining seats in the Sierra Vista Theater.

Largest movie theater in the city. Has an interesting rewards program and some cups you can buy to get drink refills for a year at a discounted rate. We dont go to the movies often so most of those features are not needed for me. As to the experience, the chairs are good but I feel the bathrooms are quite far away if you had just a little too much soda during the previews. Overall very nice place at a higher price than the competitors.

Very nice theater

I enjoy the bigger, glitzier theaters as opposed to the mom and pop type. The food prices are about average for a chain theater. The main draw back is that there is some sort of business deal or something in Sierra Vista that allows Uptown Theater to get certain blockbuster movies that Cinemark will not be allowed to have. Why else would Cinemark not have shown Mad Max: Fury Road, The Kingsman, etc., but Uptown did? When Cinemark does play a movie I want to see I have always enjoyed. Very comfortable seating with excellent sound and picture.

We got kicked out for laughing at a comedy.

About the only place to watch a good movie

One of the movies was advertised online but when we got there, we were told that they are showing another movie instead. Contacted the manager and he apologized and sent movies passes for us. Although they offer Active Military discount, they dont not have Military Retiree discount. So, your 20+ years of service doesnt mean jack. Majority of the time, the place is run by teens...good luck finding an adult on duty. Seats are better; but cleanliness could use an upgrade. If the floor is sticky, thats an indicator that you might actually need to mop.

The main lobby area could use an update, but its good for what and where its located. The stadium seating for the movie I watched was ok.

Itd be better if it had better seats.

Horrible movie experience! 3 toddlers talked through out the movie. On top of it one of for mentioned childs parent played on his phone looking at FB! Movie staff did nothing! Not even a request to stop phone use.

Wish had more space between seats, other than that great time

It has become hard to sit in older style conventional theaters when the new ones have reclining seating & all kinds of space around you. As far as regular theaters go this 1 is basically the same. It is however far better than its local competitor.

The prices are great and the food coming to your seat is just awesome and the movie experience being comfortable, like youre at home is a great plus
