No public bathroom at Bishop boat launch area in caddo parish. No cameras in the parking lot to deter people from trashing up the boat launch or breaking into vehicles parked while your on the river. Signs all shot up at the launch. The Bossier parish side of lock and dam #5 has bathroom and cameras right there at the parking lot. Also their is not a effective way to find out if the boat launch will be open when the river rises especially if its a weekend since red River Waterway is closed on weekends. They need to have a automated recording stating the daily status of all launches because there website is not updated daily and will cost you a wasted trip to the launch when you find the gates closed. Need to do better for the tax payers. Please!
The authur teague bike trail south of the CenturyLink center is covered with debris ( like rocks) from the mowers it is dangerous for thin tired street bicycles. Can they sweep off the trail after cutting the grass.
