Nice place. Staff has been very nice.Clean room no bad oder to it.The casino area is clean felt safe. What I mean is a good amount of security staff.

I havent visited since covid but Ive always enjoyed visiting and seeing everyone. The restaurants were clean. The casino floor is spacious with a higher ceiling than some of the other casinos so the smoke doesnt bother me too much. The hotel room that I had been in was clean and presentable. The breakfast plate I got was ok for $10.

We had a wonderful time for our first experience. Erica helped make our experience even better with her hospitality and excellent customer service. We didn’t fair well with winnings this visit, but because of Erica, we will definitely be back here when we make our next trip. Second time to visit this hotel and it was everything I remembered it to be. Nice, clean up to date hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Nice granite and marble on floors in the bathroom. Super clean. We enjoyed our weekend there, and will visit again.

Nice hotel, one of the better casinos in the area. Unfortunately due to circumstances the limited menu at hotel restaurant choose to leave to eat elsewhere. But all in all love the hotel

Tried hard to like this place but had to rate it low especially compared to the isle of capri lake charles where I normally play. I play craps and the pitt boss named james was friendly. He also rated me and my friends fairly. Most of the dealers were friendly especially john. I Gambled $1200.00 seven times in two hours ($8400.00 total against the houses favorable number 7) plus other side bets and was rated 12 points! Thats pitiful. James rated us much better. Played roulette and was rated fairly betting 200.00 per spin for only 20 minutes. Going back up from austin for our third week in a row and I had to pay for my rooms! Im a gold card player only 800 points from president card and treated like this?? When I got back this week I was 2400 points away from president club,!!! We had to pay for our hotel rooms and meals!! when lake charles opens back up Ill be glad but if this is how its going to be with the ceasers merger we will give our business to someone else as we mostly did this week when I checked my card to find out I was even further away from president club than when I left

Read some negative reviews and after staying here, no clue how people had negative experiences. Front desk and check in/out was pleasant. The room was huge, bed comfortable, bathroom had shower and separate tub. All around great experience.Casino itself is small but does the job. Spa is closed due to COVID.

Eldorado Resort Casinos customer service is the best. No need for unwanted. You just have to ask the staff at Eldorado. The pictures I took are on the walking trail behind the Eldorado Resort Casino. The walking trail has beautiful views of Bossier City across the river.

Beautiful entrance, you have to check your temperature before you go in, friendly staff, clean. Apparently they dont serve alcohol after 11pm by state ordinance do to covid, still dont understand what covid has to do with not serving drinks or economy has been shut down!

A big beautiful comfortable hotel room. Casino was large and good choice of games. A big plus is it is located in the downtown area and walking distance to good cafes (and bars... if... you know...you do that)

My friends room was dirty and ac was leaking soaking carpet with water and making room smell like mold. Disgusting when you see the drop of green water drip down the side of wall. I can only imagine what he payed a night. Staff refused to move him without fee. Said they were booked solid. Gross

Room was fine but with casino tables no opening until 11 it gives no time to play before checkout. Whats worse is they only have single deck blackjack.

First off did not know this place didn’t have a pool. And they make u pay an extra 100 dollar deposit when you check in without prior notice. Then there is really nothing to do once inside. Would have been better off booking horseshoe or the Hilton honestly. This place is a total waste of money

This casino is beautiful and clean. All Covid-19 regulations are being followed with temperature checks via Thermal reader. The machines were a bit tight but the high limit room was paying.

Friendly waitstaff but very smokey and very strong smell of ciggirattes all throughout even in the non smoking rooms. the casino layout is a bit more compact then others but lots of well ran table games. but you will leave smelling like an ashtray.

Room smells dank and carpet is damp from humidity. Room was quite dirty around the edges(hair on window ledges and baseboards, something sticky on curtains). Breakfast at the restaurant was disappointing. Bitter coffee, and the avocados in my omelette could only be described as ‘petrified’. Was harrased by the lady checking IDs for having a crack in my ID, although she still let me in. (It’s either a problem or it isn’t!) 2 stars for being cheap on a weekday and the view is great.

This was suppose to be a great location!! Not so much, the first room on the 9th floor had black mold in the shower enclosure, they swapped us to a room on 10, which was a much better room until morning and we went to shower and clean up had no Hot Water in our room, Hotel Management gave us a extra night for $11.00 bucks which I agreed and the following morning same thing no Hot Water. No room service is available and the one restaurant was limited on menu and hours!! Won’t go back there!Also told my night was reduced rate but the bank is showing 75.00 charge for a room that was supposed to be $11

Historic yet classy Eldorado casino resorts! Easy in and easy out self parking. Brightly lit garage and short walk. Three floors with many tasty dining selections that are popular with visitors and locals alike. Never too busy but crowds are just right for gaming and socializing. This is a bucket list destination.

BOSSIER CITY IS BROKE!! My first time staying here on a weekend getaway. Majority of the staff was rude and everyone looked liked they did not want to be working at this hotel. Our toilet was stopped up and we had to have them to come as soon as we checked in and again at 3am and then before we checked out. The woman who identified herself as a manager on the Sunday morning we were leaving was over the top rude! She very unprofessional and kept talking over me as I explained about the bathroom and the nasty sheets and pillow cases on the bed. I would never recommend anyone to stay here or to visit. This town is broke and cannot afford to the upkeep of theses hotels.Such a disappointment.

My husband and I didn’t want to wait an hour for the buffet to open so we ate at The Sportsman Paradise Cafe. The Chicken gumbo was yummy! We definitely will be eating here again! The food was delicious and prices were reasonable!

This is a nice place to stay but with a few complaints. When we checked in there was a extra fee we werent made aware of prior and almost couldnt pay for it. When we got to our room the door seemed to work fine, but when we tried to leave to go gamble the door wouldnt lock shut. You could open it without a key card, it took 4 different phone calls to finally get a gold of the right person to send someone up to fix it. That gentleman was lovely very polite through the time he was in our room. There were long waits for the restaurants that had a very limited menu selection we went somewhere else for dinner, which not big deal it happens. Other then that this was a nice place to stay at. Comfy beds, pretty lights and decor.

Another elegant casino. Plenty of parking. Disabled parking is available. Pretty security ladies and waitresses. Everybody was helpful and attentive. Drinks were good. Deserts were good also. Slots were also hot. Hotel rooms available. Spa. Buffet available. Very nice.

Positive: Clean rooms and a clean hotel Negative: The smell of marijuana was all over the hotel and coming out of the AC vents all night. This is a noisy hotel with people running up and down the hallway all night and being very loud in the hallway.

Positive: El Dorado was absolutely a pleasure to stay at. The rooms were very clean, temperature was perfect. The beds were very comfy. The staff was so nice. Negative: The deli wasnt open so we had to walk to Sams Town to order a quick dinner.

I would have given it more stars, but there was something spilled down the side of the box spring that wasnt cleaned and something spilled on the desk chair that also wasnt cleaned. There was also a half eaten cheesecake in the mini fridge. Other than that it was a nice room for the price. The tv plays through a speaker in the bathroom. That was something I havent seen before. Valet is complementary. Be sure to tip them. Would stay again.

Gaming is good cant talk about restaurants did not have dinner there covid 19 has made casino shut down some good games floor personal wont turn back on and shut down the one next to it and came to area do to hurricane in south Louisiana but over all good casino

This place is Amazing! The rooms are the best in Shreveport and the tables and slots pay well! The staff are always super friendly! You can’t go wrong at this Casino! You can Valet or self park with no worries and there are a few places to eat and there is a store incase you need something you forgot before flying or driving in. Become a member and it gets even better! The don’t give out very many 5 star reviews but The Eldorado Resort earned it! Thanks guys

Nice place to visit, more than I expected. The only thing is the service is too slow I have to wait more than 30-45 minutes to get a drink. Not good at all.

Girl at reception was very rude and indifferent to us. Was more interested in walking around & talking to others. 6 of us stood there un recognized for 15 mins. It was 10:30p so not rush hour. Food was ok. Took 33 mins for take out.

We checked in this afternoon and that was fine, great even. But the guy sitting outside checking temperatures is not a very welcoming person. I get that it is hot and humid outside, but I didn’t choose your job. I am being nice, polite and super respectful. You can do the same. The we call out to the security guard to hold the elevator for us and he made a big deal about pushing a bunch of buttons and making the elevator door open and close multiple times. All he had to do was put his arm out for two seconds. I get that everyone is frustrated with wearing masks and social distancing but you don’t have to be so rude

Who doesnt love El Dorado we all love El Dorado and their staff is amazing I hate that they got new stuff and switched over but its okay it is totally love and being right here beside all the casinos is probably not the best but I enjoy it

Worst stay ever! They state at check-in dogs only on one particular floor which was not ours. Our floor had people and large dogs barking and running the halls all night. Front desk did nothing. Took first night for room one week early and then at checkout lied again and charged us an additional $100 deposit. Still has not been removed from credit card. Place is shabby. Would not ever recommend this place.

This is a beautiful hotel and casino. I enjoyed my stay immensely. I would give it 5 stars because of its cleanliness, beautiful decor throughout, modern spacious rooms, and friendly staff. But guess what the downfall is? There is no pool on the premises. And in this July heat I would enjoy a pool. I am visiting my friend in Shreveport and we are trying out casino hotels. I believe this one is the only 4 star one. I cant.imagine with all the millions they make in the casino, why they cant invest in a pool for their guests. That would be nice. The buffet was expenive but delish. They have a nice workout room and spa so you will be sure.to enjoy your stay.

Stayed there for a week, no room service called and asked to see if i could get a trash bag the people were rude about it. The staff up front and at the door was really rude and bad attitude. Rather sleep in my truck. Restaurant food was raw. Just a terrible experience

Could of been alot more cleaner bathroom was pretty dirty I have attached some of the pictures of the nasty in the bathroom. The ac didnt work it stayed warm all night it was cooler in the hall then the room the room was humid and musty smelling.
