Hey everyone, its that time of year again. You need Christmas gifts and they have got them. For your pets, for your friends. Yes they have bunches of wonderful candles and so very reasonably priced. Best and so personable customer service around.

Love shopping here. This is a great store, small but the customer service is great! As soon as you walk in, somebody will greet you & ask if you need anything. That store associate will get whatever you need done without having to call somebody to that area. I get all my feeder fish & fish tank necessities here. Plus whatever my dogs may need also, from leashes, doggy doors, toys, & food. They have reptiles and a variety of birds.

Always best store in Shreveport /Bossier area. Clean store. Staff is helpful and always knowledgeable. Animals are healthy and clean as well as the cages. Overall this is my most favorite store to visit. Nice selection of animal food and toys. The selection is perfect and not confusing like other big chain stores in the area. Keep up the good work.

They took great care of my pineapple conure while she was being weaned. Kim is super nice and sent me frequent pics of Darwin as she grew. I was able to take Darwin home today

I love this place. The owner is an amazing person with a good heart. You can tell he loves his business, the people and animals. Him and his staff are very prompt to great you the second you walk in the door, assist you in locating whatever your looking for and will price match. The place is always clean, organized and has a large variety of supplies for your pet. He even offers free samples of dog food (up to 2 portion sized bags). My only suggestion is to may have samples for cats too! Im definitely a repeat customer and very loyal to him.

Best pet store ever. All animals are clean and healthy and they have a great selection of toys and everything else you would need for any animal they sell there. They even do DNA test for birds

Close to home. Not like the big box pet stores. Went to purchase bloodworm frozen cubes for freshwater fish tank, but had and issue finding what I was looking for. Asked an associate, and without question she dropped what she was doing to assist me. We searched through the freezer where they store frozen foods and found the one package of frozen bloodworms.This place has alot of specialty stuff that you cant find other places. But whats more, they make shopping for your family pet a family experience. It has a personal touch. Everytime you go to pick something up here, they make sure they thank you for stopping in. They are a small business, and your business is important to them.

I got a ball python yesterday and the customer service was great and you can tell they actually take care of their pets. My snake already WANTS to be held all the time. If you put your hand on the tank she will rub her head on the glass wanting to touch you

It was a horrible experience. The workers looked nasty,the floors were disgusting,The smell was strong I gagged. They never washed their hands after handling the animals.

The shop was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The animals looked healthy and their cages were clean. The selection of pets and products was good. We got two pet rats. They had quite a few to chose from. Were very pleased and will go there again.

My wife and I bought a Conure from this particular store. It was our first time doing business with them. When they got the bird in they took very good care of him. Honored the name we chose for him. Trained him to allow human touch. They kept us updated as much as possible while working around a busy schedule of maintaining the store and assisting other customers and taking care of other pets they had. I was very satisfied with their outgoing personality, not just one employee but it seemed as though all of them was very happy to help their customers and really loved working with animals. Ive spent time as a public official and seen other animal agencies at work and they dont measure up to the professionalism and love of our furry or feathered friends like the employees of this store. They set the example of what should a place to which provides care to animals should be. I will most deffinitly hold business with them in the future. If I had any negative thing to say about this store was that I could find bigger and better cages for a bird cheaper online, however the cages that they have is NOT substandard. If I would have bought a cage from them I would have been comfortable putting our bird in it. Pet Zone is now deffinitly a place I will go for our pet needs. The staff was not only as helpful as previously mentioned but it seems if they go through training because they were VERY knowledgeable about their animals, the do and dont of how to care for the animals that people purchase. Though we bought our conure out right and full, they also had a lay-a-way option while they train the bird. Conures can be pretty expensive so at least that was an option if we were to take advantage of. Im very happy that all this made my wife happy getting a pet she always wanted made out by Pet Zone.

Ive been shopping at Pet Zone since 1992 / 93. I have never had a bad experience at this place. The employees are all very knowledgeable concerning any animal you have a question about.The merchandise is high quality and always reasonably priced. I have never not found the item I was looking for. This store will Not disappoint.

Its like your own zone...they everything...u wished I would have stop by before I went to Pet Smart...bought some fish for my aquarium and they all died u get over her to Pet Zone all the fish that was marked sick and not for sale is the same ones I bought at PetSmart so Im never going there again they are selling sick fish...Pet Zone is my place I can go inside and Zone out...I met a really nice crew member her name is Taylor so if your ever in the area...stop by and say hi to Taylor she will help you with anything...or just go inside and Zone out... love it customer for life...

One of the only places I can find live feeder mice for my snake, he will only eat live. They also carry crickets. They handle their birds all the time and have a great selection in fish.

Price range is cheaper than most pet shops and they offer a wide variety of pet foods and accessories. I stongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new pet or supplies.

The girls here were very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Our son has new giant rat named Neo, who is very loveable, a little messy, and loves to be snuggled with, as odd as it may sound. Prices were reasonable and they had everything we needed to get set up! It was a great experience overall and I will definitely go back in the future!

They are always smiling, customer oriented. And very knowledgeable of all products. They have a large selection of candles and sprays that help to eliminate not only pet smells but also cooking and smoking smells. Not gonna lie at the height of my candle collection I had 50 different scents. I love these candles and they make excellent gifts for any occasion.

Its the worst pet store in the area. The staff have no knowledge in animal care. They dont know the difference between mice and rats. Ive never seen a calm, unstressed animal when I go there. Nearly all the birds are very aggressive and stressed. They leave crickets in with the tarantulas which is dangerous and put sponges in their water bowls which is also dangerous and idiotic. Ive seen snakes with very bad shedding problems and theyre housed together when they shouldnt be. Bearded dragons have also been housed together there. The rats and mice are sometimes crammed together with nothing but a wheel. Ive seen multiple cases of them selling snakes with neurological issues.

The place is a little outdated but they are helpful and have good prices. They have a good variety of pet supplies and even have some minor vet supplies. Lots of animals to buy including reptiles and birds.

On my way in today when they open for live mice. Only place I know that carries live feeders. Exceptional staff, wonderful selection on pets and supplies! I refuse go anywhere else!!

Very helpful & courteous when I was posting pictures of my Joey Sugar Gliders & later buying stuff there.

Gave one stat because they didnt have a negative star. Bought a snake, got him home realized he had mites. Called a vet and was told that they violated the law by selling him to us and ended up with a large vet bill. Ask to see Vet records before you buy and reptile from this place.
