Fun place to take the little one and I had fun as well. All the animals were friendly and gentle. Hay ride through the park was fun, lots of playgrounds and a couple bounce houses. Worth the price, we will come back when visiting family.
I dont think my 17 month old has ever had more fun in her life! We went for the first time for the Unicorn event, and it was a blast. The staff were incredibly friendly, there was so much space to run around, and all of the animals were wonderful to see and pet. We will definitely be returning! I felt it was a fantastic value for the price.
Such a nice little petting zoo! The owner is building it up & we can’t wait to go back next year & see the progress! The hayride was the best!
Was skeptical because of some bad reviews. Got to say we loved it. We had a blast. Most zoos are crowded and corporate atmosphere. This was family friendly and staff made us feel like part of their family. We stayed long enough for the hay ride and it was soooo worth it. Getting kissed by a camel and petting a zebra was awesome! The pizza was really good. The bounce houses were great for my daughter. We even bought a make your own stuffed animal. I am proud that we got to help support such a great place. One of the baby goats got out and chased my daughter down to be pet they even have a splash pad so bring your swim shorts!
Took my two year old yesterday and the staff were extremely nice and hospitable. The animals are happy and well fed. My son loves the pony ride. The hayride was so much fun. The camel had the funniest personality. They have a gift shop with snacks and drinks as well. One of the staff even offered to make us some lemonade! I enjoyed our evening with them. Definitely will go again.
Not so sure the animals are very happy, hope they are being taken care of. Basically a dirt floor play area for young kids. No supervision, kids chasing rabbits, and carrying them around. Surely not worth the entry fee. And animals look pitiful.
This little petting zoo is so much fun for little ones. My almost 2 year old is in love with all the animals and activities. The staff is so great and accommodating. We just went for the 3rd week in a row!
We love the staff super friendly. So much to do and you can keep your children entertained for hours . Perfect for a family or a play date. Super affordable.
This place is amazing for kids. My lil family loved all the animals. Very amazing place well cleaned. I would recommend people to go check them out.
Veryyyy nice place to take the kiddos!! Staff was very nice and friendly from start to finish. Took our 2 year old grandson. He had a blast! Absolutely loved the hay ride! He got to pet the different animals. Took him a few to warm up to them. Lol. But, the staff was veryyyy patient while he did. Especially the pony ride!! Tyvm!
They are very nice, helpful, and very friendly. Also by far the cleanest zoo I have seen yet
Had a great time on the hayride and my boys loved playing on the bounce houses and play equipment. Wonderful place to go with friendly staff!
I haven’t been here in years and I’m so glad I decided to stop and see how it’s been :) so cute!!
Nice staff, Autumn and Grace were super sweet(but all the girls were very friendly & the hayride driver as well lol) You can go inside the gates and be up close w the animals which is a plus and more fun. They even have bounce houses and a splash pad to cool down. The hay ride was so fun. The kids loved it as well as the pony ride ! Def coming back.
Small Family Owned petting Zoo with a great staff. Very fun and family oriented. Definitely will be back.
OMG...THIS WAS THE MOST BESTEST PLACE EVER...came for my sons 4th birthday today and he had so much fun he didnt wanna leave. The people there are so nice and helpful because all i know about animals come from Dr Doolittle....if you are ever in the area you have to stop...although Douglass the camel will give you a run for your money... definitely coming back
Amazing place. My 9 month old had a blast
I loved coming here with my son and my friend and her son too! This park is exactly what we have been looking for a long time, it has a little bit of everything is amazing we loved it! The kids could run play get wet ride the horsy omg I recommend this so much to those mommies who really need a break from The house too I got wet too when I was hot. Thumbs up to this wonderful place.
We loved coming and visiting this zoo! We also really enjoyed our little tour guide, Winter!
My kids live it. They enjoyed feeding the animals.
Very friendly staff and super fun for the kiddos
Had a good time there yesterday with the grandkids. They loved the pony ride, hayride, feeding and petting animals, zipline, and splash pad. The owners and employees are absolutely wonderful.
Jubilee Zoo is absolutely incredible! My friend and I took my 5yr old and we had a blast. I cant remember the names of the staff, but they are so very kind and super sweet. The goat pin is so much fun. The hay ride is an experience I will forever cherish. I love that camel so much.I love them all so much. The camel has so much personality. I hope everyone that reads this will visit this amazing friendly zoo. I cant wait to go back and try out the goat yoga. Thank you for all you do for these precious animals.
The staff were so friendly and helpful! Delicious lemonade!
We had so much fun here!
Enjoyed our visit completely. The staff were nice and they tried to give us a good time. We petted the goats, the kangaroo, the horse, the zebra, and the camel. We fed them too... The goats ate out of our hands!! Loved our time there. Nice place for children and for adults wanting to unwind and relax.
Great day to see some animals!
Good vibes here ️
That is what happen to my baby on their horses on sunday
Great people and a great place to be.
It was great!!!! We loved unicorn days
Awesome place! As a mom, it’s the first time I’ve been able to just let my kids run free without (much) worry. It’s fenced, no cars, the workers are everywhere and willing to help or answer questions at every junction. You can see (and pet!) kangaroos, baby goats, some kind of baby deer, sheep freely.A cow, a zebra, horses, and a camel are on the hayride (included in admission) you can pet them, feed them, and interact you just have to stay in the trailer.A GIGANTIC pig, emus, rabbits (which I think maybe you can open the cage we didn’t ask), chickens, guinea birds, mores horses, a donkey, more of those weird deer, a capybara, more sheep, and more kangaroos are behind fences but are totally willing to come eat all your feed. And more that I’m sure I am missing! My daughter even got to bottle feed in the baby goat pen!I’ve spent more money in places with less options. They’ve got SO MUCH for kids to do. Bounce houses, a splash pad, plus all the safe running area and animals. If you’re looking for something kid friendly to take up a few hours, go here! They sell concessions and the majority of it is under shade with misting barn fans so even in the end of July, it’s a great trip!
I HAD MY SONS 3RD BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE AND WE HAD A BLAST. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE THERE WAS AMAZING, FROM OUR HOST FOR THE PARTY TO THE OWNERS. GREAT FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS.... MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY WAS A LION KING THEMED AND THEY LOVED ALL THE DECORATIONS AND RAVED ABOUT THEM. THEY SHOWED US THE BEST TIME, WE LIVE ON NORTH MARKET AND DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THE PLACE. IM SOOOOO GLAD WE FOUND THEM AND DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK SOON. THE ENTRANCE, THE BARN, THE ANIMALS, THE HAYRIDE AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING IS GATED AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THE BOUNCE HOUSES OMG IT WAS PLENTY TO DO. I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY COULD GET LESS THEN 5 STARS SMH. I LOVED IT AND THE PEOPLE THERE. AMAZING ATMOSPHERE FOR ANY AGE !!!! IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !!! I CAN SAY SO MUCH ABOUT THIS PLACE IT WAS AMAZING !!!!
Staff was very nice and respectful. You can get very close to the animals and they are gentle with children. Our favorite was the hay ride, my son, and daughters were amazed. I was too (for an adult)... you know. Just to see my kids have such a wonderful time, what parent doesnt love that? Thanks Zoo!
Beautiful and peaceful setting!
Had a great day
This place had a lot of really good reviews so it made us want to come by, but it sucked for the price. They barley had any animals and the hayride wait was like an hour and there wasn’t any room on it so we had to wait an additional hour for the next one. A kid threw up in the bouncy house and the staff didn’t clean it my child ended up getting throw up. Also this isn’t a zoo it’s more like a small safari. Would not recommend at all!
Love animals and family time
My 6 year old niece and I had such a good time here. The hayride was awesome, it was so cool to be able to feed a camel and zebra so openly and literally in your face! The sweet calf that they rescued was my favorite-full of kisses and so loving. I found it to be an incredibly good deal for the price and my niece, as well as I, loved it. The owner even came out and talked to me when she noticed the calf and I were bonding, which I thought was very nice of her.
Everyone was so friendly
Amazing family atmosphere. Build a bear machine and homemade lemonade!
We had my sons birthday party here. All of the guests loved it, the children and adults. Staff was courteous and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. The animal pens were clean and the animals seem to be well fed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend.
We absolutely loved this place! I highly recommend going here! My girls, and I really enjoyed our experience! Feeding the animals, petting the animals, going on the hayride. The cute gift shop, the splash pad, the bouncy houses..etc.. there was so much to do! My girls had a blast! You can tell how loved the animals are there, and how hard the owners work to take care of the whole place. The animals are very personal, and friendly. I’ve never seen anything like it. It was so precious. It really warmed my heart to see the love the owners have for each animal. This place is a blessing to experience! Go & try it out! One of the best places I have ever taken my kids to hands down! :)God bless this cute little place!
Took our 3 yr old grandson their for his birthday with the family. It was sooo fun. A little hot. A few more fans under the cover would be better. Lots of small animals for kids to feed. Big bouncy house in the shade. Safari hay ride was the best. Kids loved the camel, cow and zebra. Splash pad is a wonderful way for kids to cool down. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the super nice staff. Clean facility.
This is one of the best places around, in my opinion, to take your family to. It is so much fun! The staff is super friendly and helpful and there are so many different things to do there. They have a hayride that drives you out to see a camel, zebra, horses and many other animals. I can honestly say that I have never been able to touch an actual zebra or camel until I went here. The kids loved it. The camel even gives kisses! The kids were so excited to go and cool off in the splash pad after playing in the bounce houses and petting all of the animals. They even have Kangaroos! Well worth the visit! If you are looking for something fun for the whole family this is the place to go! We have tried out many different places in the area but this one is by far our favorite! Thank you Jubilee Zoo! We will be back soon! Maybe for Goat Yoga! Super cute place. ️
I don’t have a lot of good things to say about most of Shreveport/Bossier, but I was pleased with our visit here with my one year old. The staff was super friendly, we enjoyed the animals and they all looked like they were well cared for. The pens were also clean & well maintained. I would definitely recommend, especially for younger kids.
I went here today with my family and I feel that we really didnt get anything for what we paid. It was me and my husband, my aunt-in-law and our two children. We paid 60 dollars..the area was so small it took all of five seconds to see everything. At the Monroe Zoo that we drove to after leaving here we paid 43 dollars and saw way more animals and got a boat ride for all of us and a petting zoo/splashpad. So I feel for what this place has to offer sixty dollars was a bit steep..if your looking for something small with few animals at a high price than this is the place. Wasnt what we expected very disappointed.
We had a blast here with our 3 and 1 year old kids. The highlight was the wonderful staff. Lots of animals to pet, pony rides, a hayride with exotic animals, bouncy houses, and more. Big shaded area. We would definitely come back!
Completely under rated place for the money and the location! I would go every week if i could! Friendly people and fun place!!!
The place was very overpriced for what you saw. There is a lot of goats, a few sheep, two kangaroos, a few rabbits and chickens. You rode on a trailer pulled by a tractor out to the clump of trees where you could feed the horses, one zebra and one camel. The whole place was not clean. The animal pins where bad. There was a lot of falling down building that had junk piled everywhere. I would advise people not to go. One adult and two children was almost $38.00.The ladies that worked up front was very nice and friendly. They where the only good thing there. The place wad very grown up and needed mowing bad. I dont usually complain, howere this was a poor excuse for a petting zoo
Family owned and amazing!!! Fun for birthdays or just a day trip. They have awesome fresh squeezed lemonade and a small build a bear/animal machine in the gift shop. Great place for families!
Incredible to be able to be face to face with the animals! Live to be able to pet and feed them. Never gonna forget how soft a kangaroo is or what a big ole camel kiss is like! Thanks Jubilee! We will definitely be back!
My granddaughter birthday party was helded there and we had an awesome time she feed the animals and enjoyed the jumpers along with others that were invited. Everyone was extremely polite and w will return to visit the Zoo again.
I have never been here. However, I am sad that in the reviews you have to keep defending yourselves for pricing. Unfortunately, people do not understand how expensive it is to maintain and operate a business. I would like to say thank you for taking care of these animals and having the passion to share that with everyone. When we are in the area we will definitely stop and check out this facility.
My son had the best night tonight at the Kids Night Out hosted by Jubilee zoo. The staff was amazing and were so kind. I thought it was a great price as well. In fact I cant wait for them to do it again.
Way better than expected. From the looks when pulling in I thought it was going to be someones farm they were calling a petting zoo. The facility is well taken care of the animals looked healthy and there was plenty of things to keep the kids happy and busy.
We were visiting from out of town and needed something to do to entertain my young children. We had a great time walking the grounds. The hayride was the best part. The animals come right up next to the trailer so you can pet them. The staff was very friendly and even let my daughter milk a goat. We brought a picnic lunch and had a great day!
I was the only one there right before they closed and they were very very welcoming. The owners are absolutely loving and took my son and I out to see the camel, zebra, horses, and emu just by ourselves. It was absolutely wonderful! And a great family!
Great times!!!!!!!! My daughter was able to pet all the animals, play on the bouncy castle, ride a pony, milk a goat, feed a deer by bottle and go on a very interactive hayride. To truly enjoy yourself you must go on the hayride. It is an unforgettable experience and a chance to really interact with the larger animals. Their homemade lemonade is so yummy too!
Me and my son went there for my birthday. The staff was friendly and polite. The animals were great very friendly especially the camel they have a hay ride that was great and the animals looked pretty happy. My son had a good time and I had a good time being able to facilitate that. I definitely reccomend this place and I will come back
DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD! Someone put the wrong kangaroo in the petting area. It attacked my friend and I. She had her small child in there as well. My friend had several scratches all over her arm as we were trying to escape and protect her child. The kangaroo jumped on my back repeatedly and was trying to claw and bite me through my jacket. What was terrible was no one that worked there was in the area to help us. When we told someone that worked there, she didnt act like it was a big deal. She said they must have accidentally put the wrong kangaroo in the petting area. She apologized and walked away, offering no help. This could have been seriously worse for all of us, especially my friends small child. What a horrible experience!
We just had our sons birthday party there and everyone had a ball!!! The only negative was that I wish the activities were a little more structured, but thats really my fault because I was indecisive on which activities should be done in what order. The safari hayride was everyones favorite, We actually got to touch a zebra- the birthday boy was ecstatic!!! It was amazing and we will definitely be going back and taking more friends with us!!!
Great place to take little kids. It has a mom and pop feel to it.
Had a great breakfast and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus with our granddaughter! Lots of fun feeding and petting the animals! Staff was great!
This is an awesome experience for kids of all ages! Ride a pony, see a few exotic animals, go on a hay ride, feed and pet a bunch farm animals, and when you are all done play in the bounce houses. Thank you for the wonderful experience and for taking in some animals that need some love!
It was absolutely amazing! The workers are also very nice and made things a lot more fun!
Friendly staff, plenty of fun things to do, like the hay ride where I got a kiss from dessy the camel! I loved it and will definitely being coming back
We had a birthday party here for our two & four year old girls. It was at the end of October and we were unlucky in that the weather ended up being wet & cold. However, thanks to their very large covered play area, everyone still had a great time! Leigh Anne took good care of us! Everything went smoothly and it was so nice not having to worry about anything. The kids had a blast because there was so much to do. I would definitely recommend this place!
Extremely family friendly. Despite the rain the staff was willing to keep everything open for us and was super friendly! We have four kids under the age of 6 and we had a blast!
Very cute baby goats, and differant variety of animals. The staff was really nice and welcoming.
Family friendly environment, kind staff, and lots of interesting animals. Great for birthday parties or just a day with the family. We will definitely be going back.
Great for kids, laid back. Got some great pictures. Very friendly staff.
We went to Kids Night Out and they loved it! Staff was super friendly & very kid oriented. Many different types of animals to interact with. Bounce houses, splash pad, hayride, gift shop; you name it, they have it!
This place is a hidden gem. Make sure you do the hayride. We loved it.
Great little petting zoo just north of town.
I was worry in the front there was a bunny all my himself no food no water no nothing all the animals were hungry. My granddaughter had a bday party there. I hope they take care of the animals. I was not happy at all I hope they take care of that bunny.Shame on them if they dont..I might surprise and check.
Fantastic!! The animals are so well behaved and didnt bite. The staff was super friendly. Truly a hidden Gem!!
Sweet little petting zoo with a hayride for feeding the larger animals, including a camel and a zebra. It made my granddaughter happy and that made me happy.
This place is awesome for kids and adult that loves animals.
The staff is extremely friendly, and my toddler loved it.
Pretty good its like a mini petting zoo and my sis loved it
Great zoo ran by super sweet and friendly Christian folks.
This establishment is not only overpriced but the staff is unprofessional and half of them dont seem to know what they are doing. You have to pay for admission and then additional for the pony and hay ride. The animals look miserable, a kangaroo they have on site was actually missing an eye. I highly recommend you save your money.
My 5 year old daughter went on a class field trip here and she absolutely loved it! She has now officially milked a goat!!
We love the Jubilee Zoo! We have visited for special occasions and on days we were bored. We have celebrated my daughters last 2 birthdays here and have the third one scheduled for this weekend. Our experience has ALWAYS been a good one. I have scheduled things over the phone and online. The process was painless both ways. They charged a small percentage up front to reserve the party date/time and then the rest is paid on the day of the event. They have several packages to choose from and I think the prices are reasonable. Things can also be added on the day of the event: rides, food, people etc. You can choose to bring in your own food, drinks, cake etc... this is a good option for us. I have only visited the facility, I havent had them come to my home or another location, but I am sure the experience is a good one. As far as general admission goes, again I think the prices are reasonable. I am sure that taking care of all of these wonderful animals is very expensive. Anyway, we fell in love with the animals and this great place. My daughter was able to feed a baby lamb once. The hayride is too much FUN, the animals come right up to the trailer and eat out of your buckets. Sometimes they can be a bit intrusive, the camel is especially greedy :). You can also walk out to other animals in pens or visit with the random chickens/birds that come to greet you all over the place. Buckets or cups of feed are available at the front office. I dont know if they still do this, but the $10 bucket we bought, was able to be refilled for $5. We got to keep it and use it for future occasions. Overall... love it, love it, love it
My experience at this zoo with my family was terrible. Everything was VERY overpriced and the front office staff was extremely rude. The staff outside of the office consisted of nothing more than unhelpful teenagers who I actually saw sneak behind a building to smoke cigarettes and Im almost positive I saw them smoking marijuana. As far as the zoo (if I could call it a zoo) goes, it consisted of 90% plain old farm animals, and a few exotic animals who we couldnt even get the chance to see unless we payed extra for a hay ride.
Great interaction
Good place to have fun with family and kids
It was horrible the staff sucked not friendly at all but i guess what would you expect for children; however, the lady at front desk was friendly at least. I paid $38 for me my niece and nephew which included $3 for a horse ride that last all of two seconds they had a million goats 4 pigs 5 horses a zebra and Lima ohh and 2 cows well let me not forget the 4 bunnies n 2 pigs and have the nerves to call themselves a zoo. I had to wait for the front desk person to find someone to take them on they ponyride which they had to do one at a time and it was in a gate going in circles SMH and we had to wait on the hey ride that took us in a muddy pasture with the lima three horses and a zebra oohh and the two cows LMAO now can we say mad as hell save your money
Awesome place and the staff was extremely nice!
Fun place for kids and adults
My fiancé and I tried to take our 15 month old to this zoo today. It was our first day off together as a family in 3 months so we did a lot of research on where to go and we thought Jubilee would be awesome. On their website it said the were open from 2-5 on Sundays so we made the hour drive to get there, only to find out that theyre only open for private parties on Sundays. And that they just hadnt updated their website so when we got there they had to get the owner and while we were waiting for her we were handed a map that was 5 years old so not everything would be there they told us we could join with the birthday (which was kind of awkward to begin with) so we wandered over to the corner where the ducks and deer are. All of the animals we saw were looking pretty rough, the ducks were missing a bunch of feathers and the deer were missing patches of fur and the water that the ducks had was completely green and slimy just coated with scum. But our daughter loved looking at the puppies so we stayed for a few minutes but then some of the guests from the birthday party were drunk and got in a fist fight in the parking lot and they said they were calling the police so we left immediately. Thankfully we were able to get a refund since we were only there a few minutes and hadnt even fed any animals but it took 4 people to try to figure out how to give a refund. It seems like no one knew what was going on except the owner and as we were leaving my fiancé heard them say well thats gonna be a bad review not that they were at all concerned with the drunk fight at a childs birthday party. We were seriously disappointed to have wasted our time trying to visit this facility, next time well make the two and a half drive to Dallas to see a real accredited zoo where the animals are actually taken care of.
Warning!!!!!!! Do not base your whole family trip to go here and trust there website hours of operation on a nice sunny day. Total fail spent alot of $$$ on hotels food gas ect... for my 18mo. Old to have his first zoo experience.
The camel is awesome.
