Absolutely loved it there!!!!We had everything we needed, and the staff went above, and beyond on their service.It was a very clean, and quite place to stay.

Poor management..Rules arent enforced to everyone..some dumpy homes and are not pressed to look presentable.

Lori in the office is very rude threatening to take disabled people to take them to court due to yard work that they use to help the tenants with... very dissatisfied with management. Allowing people to speed through and almost hit children with their car.

This park is nearing about 40 years old. They used to be stringent on their park rules to keep it nice and tidy looking, but they have really relaxed on that. Several places look pretty trashy in the park. The streets are in need of all new black topping. There are several empty lots in the park which you rarely saw years ago. They have also started letting a few 5th wheel campers to start renting vacant lots. The lot rent with water and sewer is a bit expensive for this park (in my opinion). On the positive side, the park is just a a few minute drive to Scott AFB and I do believe there are several base personnel living there. Its moments to the interstate, major shopping and restaurants. They also offer parking for your RVs and boats. I believe they also offer free grass mowing and trimming for their senior citizens which is a really nice thing for them to do.

It was a nice place for people to luve

I have lived in Valley View Estates for a few years now. Im currently moving due to better job opportunities else where. I have enjoyed my stay here in Valley View. Its clean, friendly, and close distance to all the shopping centers and schools. Plus there is a quaint little park for the kids to play. The manager, Becky, as well as the other workers such as Randy, and the handy men have been really good to us. Anytime we have had a problem they were always helpful. Rather it be the loud neighbor that use to live across from us (which has moved out now), plumbing issues, or selling our place, they were there to help us. The key here to a great relationship with the Valley View Estates/Boatman team is Respect. My family and I will miss them and our dollhouse of a mobile home. Thank you all for all you have done for us.

Please fire Becky and replace her with someone who knows how to speak to people if not politely, at least in a calm manner. Decent streets would be nice, too, with the amount of lot rent we pay.

My water lines were all replaced before I moved in. My pipes have frozen every winter and the work has been done by maintenance. They do not apparently do not back their work.

We dont know why anyone has anything bad to say we have been there for some time now and becky addresses us in a very professional manner and we all have issues and we all have home responsibility so in my book if we our slacking she is doing her job to identify and correct what we should be doing . we love the area and in my book they have a great office staff . wouldnt want anyone else.

The speed bump nearest the office really needs to be repaired. It looks bad & could possibly be a hazard.
