Lake Suzanne MH park is a great place to call home. The property is well kept and managed by a great group of people.

New owners are going to turn this place around. I have known them almost my entire life and can personally comment on their drive and dedication to exceeding expectations. You won’t find owners more invested in their property or their people. A lot of the negative reviews appear to be years old, new ownership means new beginnings.

Been here 6 years .had very few issues.we would like to get into a 3 bedroom with our two boys getting older oneday but fair rent . owners Usualy able to talk ya threw any problems . they are working on making it even better. It takes time

I stayed at Lake Suzanne Mobile Home Park as a short term rental and it went very smooth.

Not the worst place we have stayed by any means. With a little work and a few site improvements, Lake Suzanne has the potential to become a 4 star rating. RV sites are few, but we were informed they are planning to add more. We were fortunate to have a 50 amp spot, water & sewer. Very convenient for what we needed during our stay visiting family.

I live here near office. They are doing a good job cleaning the park and getting rid of undesirable s. I have no complaints. Have lived here 4 years.

Not a nice place to visit . I feel most of the trailer should be out of there.

Of the 4 trailer parks in the area lake Suzanne is by far the worse. Unlike the others this has no pride of place. It feels claustrophobic with all of the trailer homes packed tightly together. The bushes are overgrown and the streets within the park are full of potholes and worn away speed bumps. It has already begun its decline.

Living here is wonderful good people to be around. Close to everything and the new owners really care. I would recommend living here to any one

Dirty bug ridden mess. Was a potential buyer. Came for a walk through and it was decrepit, falling apart, and mold with a side of roaches.

This is a crappy establishment not well kept and alot of bad people live here. I would not move in here.

The mobile homes are nice, but a bit over priced. Also, I think financing with them may prove to be difficult.

Crazy overpriced. Can rent a home for the price of one of these mobile out rents.

Dont be fooled by new management theyre a hell of a lot worse then the old man that use to own it...Seems all they care about is money not fixing the horrible condition their mobile homes are in! #slumlords

If you want to live with wild animals under your home and wild people next door who do not appreciate kindness and decent neighbors, then this is the place for you!

I do not reccomend renting from Lake Suzanne. The management is simpily horrible and unprofessional. In my opinion the houses were not up to comfortable living standards. The lack of communication between the tenants and staff is extremly poor. It took me over three weeks at one point to finally speak with the manager after several phone call and voicemail attempts. I finally had to move due to the lack of communication and the uncomfortable atmostphere of the home. And once i moved the next day i went back to retrieve my futon because i did not have the proper tool to take it apart. Once i returned to the house the next day the futon was gone. I contacted the manager and she responded about 4 or 5 days later stating that she did not have the futon and claiming that none of her employees mentioned it. Having to deal with stolen property from my landlord is not exactly the experience i wanted to deal with. To avoid an experience like this i highly reccomend not renting from them

They need to the trailer wish I wasnt Heather tenants clean up their property and get rid of the Trashy trailers that are ancient and old and making their property look like trash
