Had some kids take my bag into the bathroom and stole my money, there is a camera thats above the entrance to show who walked in with my bag but the workers said they didnt have access to the footage. I filled a police report and it has to be sent to a detective for then to get footage. They need better surveillance of peoples belongings while theyre swimming tho catch these little thieves

Im writing a bad review because of an incident I was made aware of, whereupon a family was accosted, while being told to leave after seeking professional aid and receiving none. Their child was assaulted by another customer. As of yet, there has been no one held accountable. I also find it further evidence of their lack professionalism that they told the family it would be delt with another day. Definitely not a place to take children if you want a safe, and evironmentally comfortable, place to swim.

I personally love this place and have always had a great experience with the staff, keep your heads up!

Pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness. Chairs were fairly comfortable. Every hour on the hour everyone has to get out of the pool for 15 minutes for a safety break which is a little ridiculous but at least the pool is open during the covid scare.

We love this place! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Its clean. Theres plenty to do. The food and drink prices are reasonable. We come here as often as we can and have built a lot of wonderful family memories here

I will NEVER come here again. They charge a lot of money to reserve three tables and only two were provided. Pizza comes with the reserve too but you better be ready to eat it before you set up your party because they make it when you check in and start asking you if you want it now. If you dont take it right away they set on a COLD counter so when you get it guess what its COLD. The rules are telling me YUPPY run, no shorts in splash pad REALLY they can go suck lemons I will never come back. Seminole splash pad is free and a lot less rules

Great family place. I love the 3 different areas for the different ages. Only complaint was I sat outside in a lounge chair near the boys bathroom and there was a horrible sewage odor coming out of there. Not sure what was up with that but it wasnt pleasant.

I would give it five stars, but the day I went they closed the big pools with the slides and diving boards because someone puked in the pool. This happened literally 5 minutes after we paid to get in. No refund policy at this establishment, so I was out $25 for my family that day. We were only allowed to go to the kiddie section and that wasnt very fun for my family. I understand that things like that will happen occasionally but I feel that we shouldve been given a refund since the only reason for our visit was the slides and diving boards and the fact we didnt even get in yet. Change the refund policy and my rating may go up.

Absolute joke! Took my kids for a second time today. They rode the slide for an hour today like they did the whole day a couple days ago. One lifeguard questioned how tall my son was, measured him and let him go. A few lifeguards later says he is not tall enough and cant use the slides. Hello he didnt shrink since the last one measured him!! Head life guard measures and also says hes not quiet tall enough.( His head meets the line.) Would not be such an issue had he not been riding it all day!!! No refund policy! Prices are cheap enough to get in but it is a reward to my kids to get to stop there on our way home from weekly doctor trips to edmond. Definately will not spend money there again!

Recently remodeled and upgraded the first year was great everything was running but my second visit the splash part of it for little ones was closed and not working very disappointed concessions were at decent prices

The park does not allow anyone to swim unless they have swim wear. If you go there wearing a pair of normal shorts then they won’t let you swim or slide. I went up to the front office and they let me enter, but after that they asked me if I had swimwear and I showed them my shorts and the person had told me that I can’t swim. Absolute joke of a place.

Water is great, the life guards are great but when it comes to the snack shack they are way over priced for what you get and when you make a comment about how small the product is for the price you get nothing but attitude!! Wont buy anything else from snack shack but will definitely return for the water

Such a fun little water park for a very reasonable price. Has lots of seating and shaded sitting areas, and a picnic table area. My 7-year-old and 4-year-old had a blast!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star!! I got to the desk to pay! I payed and than they asked me if we have swimming trucks.... and no we didint! My kids are little and just had some shorts on! So they said we couldn’t swim! So I said ok I would like a refund! They would not give a refund knowing she didint ask till She got he money!!!

Paid then found out I could not swim since I had shorts on with my bathing suite and may I add I am a fat person so I like my legs covered. They would not refund money. Then stayed so kids could play and depending on life guard at the slide my son who was right height was not allowed to slide without a adult. He was not allowed on rock wall or diving boards. Because I made him keep life jacket on since I was not allowed to swim. 10 year old who could swim was not allowed out of shallow end. Waste of money especially since we went for my sons birthday. Plus the diving pool was shut down due to not enough life guard so everyone had to stay in small pool.
