The amount of money you spend here compared to what you receive in return is disappointing. If you want to throw your money away, this is a good place to do it. Quality time with the kids would be better spent at the park.

We always have fun here, decently priced fun for all ages.

Been here before.. Just as bad as the last time. Poor service + high priced games = most likely going out of business soon. Tickets feel like a rarity as you play and play but never seem to bank enough to trade for anything worth your time, effort, or money. If you have young kids let em play a few bucks they will enjoy it, plus it will give them something to look forward to when being dragged to the mall.

Had my kids birthday here, paid extra for the premium service and it was a huge disappointment. It took an hour to get our drinks and the worker was extremely rude. The cards had two hours of unlimited game play but once you swipe it for a machine it takes a bit before you can use it again so for some games that dont last too long, youre basically just standing there waiting til your card is usable again. Paid hundreds of dollars for an awful experience

Its great for kids but there needs to be more games that are not gun related

Did a walk through and was rather impressed with the wide selection of games they offer. Plus it wasnt busy when we visited so that was a huge plus.

Employees are hardly ever around, if they are theyre always on their phones, non-employees are apparently allowed behind the counter, and the manager and his girlfriend are constantly behaving inappropriately in front of patrons. No one wants to see a grown man grabbing on his girlfriend, much less while working in an arcade with children around.

They lied abput the package we got for a birthday. Ended up having to pay even more out of our pocket. Then scheduled another birthday in the middle of ours. When we had reserved ours a month in advance. The room wasnt even clean. I cleaned it up before setting up for the party. The guy just in that was working was trying his best to help us but there assistant manager didnt do a damn thing at all. And now we have to go talk to there general manager. I was very disappointed in that place. Never again will I do another birthday there. And I dont advice any one else to do one there either

The games are pricey. But they require physical action versus the classic arcade style games. My kindergartener enjoys them. I think theyll suffer when more folks discover the classic arcade in downtown shawnee. Gen X will seek some nostalgia there.

Really nice arcade. Great redemption games, claw machines and even a couple of UFO catchers. Clean, well maintained and affordable.

A great arcade. Undergoing some construction and additions at the moment, but a nice place to play some games with your friends.

This place is AWESOME!!!!! they have recently expanded to I believe 3 more suites in the mall!! They have added a bunch of games that they didnt have before the expansion!!!! Its less crowded now and alot more prizes!!!!! Kuds and adults alike have fun and enjoy the games here!!!! And they also offer birthday package now!!!!! Will definitely be returning bc its so fun
