We had a great time at the arena.The restrooms were spotless, and didnt smell which was a huge plus.I didnt get a chance to try the food. Though I did see loads of people carrying around yummy looking treats.The staff was polite, and all of them were dressed nice.Not sure what else I can say other than I will attend another event here in the future.

Lots of vendors and food trucks the balloons were very cool. A nice relaxed atmosphere.

I have attended several events in this venue. What impresses me the most is that no matter the type of event held here it is always well organized by the employees of CPN and their part to make the event great. Also, even with large amounts of people the staff works hard to maintain cleanliness of the common use areas like bathrooms and food areas.

Good venue for a variety of events. Very good handicap accessibility, plenty of parking. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Limited food choices, prices are comparable to any similar venue.

Beautiful Arena/Convention Building ... I just so happen to be there for the Community Baby Shower... An awesome event for the community! I dont think one person left without a prize they had SOOOO many Handouts and giveaways for new and expecting parents.I know they host many concerts. As well as, Events like the Backwoods Event. Absentee Shawnee Tribe Does an outstanding job!

Nice venue for concerts. The drive from Tulsa wasnt bad, and the tickets were a lot less than the Tulsa shoe that sold out.

Saw Charlie Brown Christmas. Very well done. It was hard to tell from the seating chart where our seats would be.

A large arena comfortable both seating and facilities good and cool on a hot evening. Music and sound was cranked up too loud. Hank Williams Jr was Okay but he is getting old like Willie and many in the crowd had stayed in the bar too long.

Dwight Yoakam concert was a good one

It was a great place to have our sons graduation. The lighting, seating and general cleanliness of this facility is amazing. Thank you Firelake staff and Absentee Shawnee Tribal counsel for agreeing to our childrens school using it for graduation. Go Little Axe Indians!!!!

They need to redesign some things there. The snack bars create a problem because people have difficulty passing by when everyone is lined up. No restrooms upstairs. Only exits in front for the public. They called me a few days early to move my seats. I agreed. We went yo our new better seats. They were bad.They were a side view on lower level and we couldnt even see the stage.We went back to our original seats front center upstairs. Perfect just like I picked. So dont let them move your seats always. Everything else was so so. Oh yeah the bathrooms are awful too. Small door for in and out traffic. Small restroom for that size arena. Im sure there was another one on the opposite side. Music concert was awesome. Not impressed with Firelake Arena.

This place was cool I went to the Hank Williams jr. Concert there was plenty of room I could see him really well and the music in the place was very good the people who work here were nice the security guards were respectable and I had a lot of fun I recommend this place and I would go back for any concert anytime

The balloon festival was really fun. Cant wait for next year!

Went to Balloon Festival to see the venders thinking it would be outside and thank God it wasnt because it was very hotand it was all inside the arena which was air-conditioned and very cool other wise I dont think I would have stayed around that long

Bare bones venue. Definitely not as plush as the newer casino venues. Very long and slow moving lines for beverages.

As an arena, this is still relatively new and has nice amenities. Clean. Baby changing staions. Comfortable seats. Easy parking.

My daugthers 2019 graduation was held in this arena. Plenty of room to hold all. Very nice facility. It was never to hot or cold and the place was packed.

Very small and intimate. The accoustics were good.The hotdogs were horrible.

Nice venue. Very clean. Every seat would be a great seat and none too far away from center stage. Theres a casino, bowling alley, store and several restaurants within minute or two walk

I was really impressed with this venue. The floor plan was very well thought out. It doesnt seem you could have a bad seat in the place. It was very clean. They have a wide variety of events held there.

Thanks to Chairman Barrett and his wise investments and concern for our tribe, I am very proud to see how far our tribe has come. When it was a downpour and people had traveled from all over, we were able to move into the arena. What a lively rain and celebration!

Fields are spread out but they did give rides to the farther field for the elderly that really couldnt walk that far. Employees are very nice. Several clean restrooms. Just wish they had pitchers mound for baseball. Could use more shade for the really hot sunny days.

Mostly fine. But they give no indication as to what time they stop serving drinks, which was really annoying.

A great example of the oklahoma heart. Robotics competition.They give the building to the group for free.We had a great day with lots of kids n adults.

You never hit a jackpot there, but the Grand Casino is allot better entertainment. The owner be of the Firelake Casino rather pay the fine than to pay out on jackpots. Which was a heard statement by a few of the regulars that use to play there. They changed casinos after hearing what the owner had said. So I did as well.

Not a good place to watch a concert. About an hour line to get a drink and then they run out before the concert is halfway over!! Not good!

What a great concert venue, the only drawback is that it was cash only with only 2 atms, and one wasnt working. The stage was close enough from all locations that it felt like a lot more personal.

Great venue, Ive seen a lot of shows here. Always a clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend seeing events at this location!

Great place for high school graduation

Attended a Brett Eldridge concert here. Limited snacks and concessions, the reserved seats were a bit confined, but the place is new and otherwise very comfortable. For the concert, the floor was open and had no seating, and the sound guys insisted on showcasing the BASS, so I wasnt able to hear much else.

This place has so much unrealized potential. It could be a five-star facility but it is poorly run. If the Citizen Potawatomi Nation has the right management in place it would be a legendary mid-size venue.Let’s start with the positives:• easily accessible from all directions• plentiful free parking• fast-moving entry with exceptionally friendly staff• comfortable seating• great sightlines from the entire room• outstanding acoustics/sound crew (this is a big deal)• smoking is not allowed inside (positive for me - negative for others, I concede)There are more I’m sure I’ve forgotten. Unfortunately the negatives are enough to truly leave a sour taste.So, they do sell beer and wine. It’s cash only - so be warned. Because the ONE single ATM in the building apparently communicates with the bank via WiFi and on the evening we were there it could take 10-15 tries for it to actually dispense cash. The rest of the time it “timed out” leaving customers frustrated. And thirsty. Why do I feel that it’s far easier to get cash at the nearby casino?So, say you bring plenty of cash. You have a choice between three American fizzy, yellow lager light “beers”. Mich Ultra, Coors Light, Bud Light. And that’s it. Not even the King of Beers is an option much less a Shiner Bock or a tasty local ale. And that is a shame. Even more tragically laughable - halfway through the show they had run out of one of these.Time to get to the seats! Good luck. For whatever reason they’ve failed to do what every other arena has done: adorn the walls with signage indicating where your particular section might be located. And there are no ushers. Only CPN lighthorsemen who not only don’t know the answer - they clearly do not care. Because they are gearing up to run traffic after the show in order to ensure a seamless and smooth flow of cars to the nearby highways.Ha ha! Actually that’s what they SHOULD be doing. But they aren’t. It’s an utter free-for-all in that parking lot after the show. Every car for itself. And it takes a LONG time because nobody is directing traffic and the timing on the two traffic lights on Hardesty Road is a horribly unfunny joke. If I were a customer at the Bowling Center or Firelake Casino, I would be very unhappy. As unhappy as the concert goers stuck in unmoving traffic.Again - so much potential. If CPN chose to remedy these issues I would be a frequent patron. As it stands - until I hear they have - I will not be back.
