Very nice clean hotel the showers are so nice and the bed is so comfortable. The pool wasnt open. Do to covid. And being outside but as explored everything looked good we will be returning this summer to try out the pool

For a casino, it doesnt compare to many as:The casino offers ZERO comps usually found in casinos. Regardless of how much you lose, not even a drink is comped.Most of the drink waitresses have attitude issues and need to be trained or replaced.Some of the bar staff act like gestapo enforcers rather than hospitality workers, especially the female workers.As a positive:The place is well cleaned and maintained very well.The dealers and bosses are friendly and cordial.The dining establishments are staffed with quality workers and although sparsely opened, do a fine job.In truth, I cannot compare to other casinos in Oklahoma, so take it for what its worth.Lastly, clean rooms are a plus here as well.The casino has an overall fun environment but could do far better by training the floor service beverage workers. Its really below where it could and should be.

The Grande lives up to its name. The staff is professional and courteous. A floor manager chased my wife down to tell her she had left a cash out ticket at a slot that had 100$ on it. The slots pay out generously and the food at the restaurant is affordable and delicious. I love the Grand in Shawnee.

WiFi and TV has been down but still a beautiful place to stay! Luckily I can access my college work on my phone so no issue. Staff is also very polite and accommodating.

Very nice resort. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately,, there were no available rooms due to the restrictions on Covid-19 and also, due to a power outage cause by the Ice Storm they were having. The staff was very helpful and friendly in providing information on other locations on I-40 East for us to be able to find an available room.

This is my favorite casino!! Its very clean and not smoky at all. I love the promotions and Ive won my fair share from the games. The steak nachos from the Grandstand Grill are delish. I try to go as often as I can to play as long as they give me free play ️

Only visited twice but each time has made it worth the trip. No matter winning seems to be a good reason to go. Its a big place with upstairs that have some good older and newer ones. As big as it is you have plenty of room and games to play. I enjoy it everytime ive visited.

I cant say i havent been blessed here! The entire casino is beautiful inside and out. They have a wide selection of slot machines. A spectacular Hotel. I come here for fun and eventually a blessing of an offer to stay if only a night here! Its thumbs up overall!

Good food, if you stop here order the gator bites at the bar in the casino. Tastes so good. The resteraunt is temporarily closed due to covid but those gator bites at the bar make up for it. Never stayed in a room here but I know people that do, and they enjoyed the pool, and room and its supposed to be really nice.

The Grand Casino is a fun place, the only issue I had was there seating. The chairs they use at a lot of their slot machines are really uncomfortable. They look and feel like the they were bought wholesale from a dive bar going out of business. You would think a casino would want you to be as comfortable as possible playing slots. I probably would have stayed longer and spent more if I didnt have to get up so much. For as much money that is pumped through there daily they really need to invest in their chairs. Slot machines that you can bet 10, 20 dollars per hand should have chairs that cost more the $10.99.

We had the best time here. The machines let us play lots of bonuses. My husband won a little and I lost a little. The best casino weve ever been to.

Careful this hybrid hotel-casino emits false positives in the open/closed field. After dark? Best call for hours. They even force paying hotel customers off the casino floor and up into their rooms by closing off ALL common areas. You dont have to go to bed but you cant stay-up here.

Nice room. King suite staying for my birthday. Paid full price . But nothing is open. The pool is closed . Tje restaurant is closed . So just a room no extra. Not a fun stay.

It was refreshing. They had games I hadnt ever seen. There was plenty of parking. I won within minutes of my arrival. They had free soda and free ice cream. Smoking is allowed. A mask is mandatory. Its right off the expressway. They even had a gas station next door. Your temperature will be scanned but hey its the new normal. I would encourage travelers to go in and enjoy ice cream while you play.

Could do better cleaning. Free ice cream is a nice treat! Machines I tried were tight but what else is new? :)

The market store and smoke shop have the friendliness and customer service workers Ive ever seen. Truly a place you need to visit.

We hadn’t been since the pandemic and decided to get out for the day. Took 200 a piece. Was gone in 30 min and we tried multiple machines and multiple denom bets. I get that it’s gambling, but wow when you don’t even get any bonuses/ red screens? It’s rigged in their favor. No regulation whatsoever and zero fun. We won’t be back.

I dont know how busy the parking gets, but I know that its the place to go for 18 wheelers to save money on purchasing fuel and def. I strongly recommend this place as a truck. They seem to embrace truckers.

Apparently you have to be 21 to go into this one casino. But 18 to go into the same one at the gas station on the same property. It wasnt posted anywhere we noticed between the guy checking temps at the door and eventually the rude security guy who was the one who checked my 18yr old sons ID. We only went in because he wanted to do something to celebrate being 18. That was a waste!

The hotel and casino were great. The experience in the cafe has me wondering if WE WILL return. I have never had an experience that I had yesterday. Never has a waitress or manager ever call a customer as having a bad attitude after we sat waiting on service while staff was walking around drinking coffee and showing phone pics to each other. It wasnt until i got upset and made a scene that finally someone came to table. This is not the first time of poor service. Probably because they dont think they have to care. Here is an idea stop blaming the guest for poor attitudes of the staff.

Great place to stop until delivery in okc in the morning. Started playing slots around 1 pm and just fished with a extra 1400.00 in my pocket. Taking a room for tonight here even though its 110.00 dollars. I got it

They let everyone smoke and vape as much as they want and tell non-smokers to go to a different room. If theyve watched the health news they would know smoking and vaping spreads the virus even further than 6 ft. Also, their payouts are nil unless you were the lucky one to win a jackpot. They seem to be really making up for lost time with very very tight machines.

Beautiful casino and the staff are very friendly and funny. They checked our temperature on the way in and you have to wear your mask at all times.

Didnt like that smoking is allowed throughout but it was tolerable due to mask order. Slots were fun..staff seemed attentive but not overwhelming. I would return.

Players club staff member (Michael Canaday) was unnecessarily rude & inconsiderate. We are on our way (on motorcycles) to TX from IL & decided to stop in here at this casino. After spending almost 2 hours & over $500 between my bf & I we were going to leave. It is now 10:25pm & as we step outside we notice it has begun raining & temp has dropped to 46°. The realfeel is 39° so on a bike thats the equivalent of -12°. So we go to players club to request a room comp beings that weve spent enough in casino to pay for a room 5 times & weather is not permitting for us to continue riding tonight. Mr. Canaday treats me like i just crawled out of a cardboard box under a bridge & even rolls his eyes at me when i ask if he can combine the points on our cards. He informs me that there is no set amount that has to be spent & no certain point accumulation required to get a room comp, so the decision is left subjectively up to whichever staff supervisor you speak to. Im absolutely appalled by this mans unkempt appearance, unprofessional manner, complete disregard of human decency & lack of empathy for others. So now we are heading back out on the road to find a decent priced hotel to bed down for the night cuz we will never set foot back in this casino/hotel again. The ice cream was the ONLY thing good about this leech of an establishment!

Wow they are flat stealing from people...why isnt the commission on top of this....they were even stealing from people on the gas pumps. Unbelievable... definitely going to see why the gaming commission is turning a blind eye. Stay away people you have been warned. Just saw no bad reviews...are you joking. Wake up Oklahoma....

Nice, Clean room, great food at sports bar. Excellent service. Fueled up big rig and got room for $50 for the night. Plenty of parking for truckers. Easy on, easy off access to I40. Walked away with a few extra $ from casino. Had a great time. Will definitely stop here again.

Love how open and spaced apart groups of the same machines are from other groups. It was very roomie.

Was a little disappointed. Thought it would be what its namesake is, that is, GRAND. The machines are old and the atmosphere was dull and the slots are tight. Hope they can update it soon.

This is the best of the Casino Hotels. They had our health in mind. Our temperature was checked every time we entered the hotel and casino. Everything was wiped down with disinfectant. We will try to get back when the buffet is open.

They had some kind of water line break, so there was no water, no bathrooms, and no drinks except beer. We had to leave a few minutes after we got there. Hope its better when I go back.

Clean casino with 2 levels. The buffet while a bit pricey has a great selection of different foods. Hotel is clean however a tad dated but worth the price if your out of town traveling.

It was awesome! Ive been to old 5 star hotels that have heated floors, but in reality, this was just as nice and much bigger. I had a lot of fun! Nice view, nice linens and the shower was great. I just wish there was an indoor pool.

I went to the casino to play slots. My temp was taken before I entered and everyone wore face shields. I felt safe because the casino took into consideration social distancing.

With temperatures taken, masks in place and hand santizer everywhere I felt safe. Sorry the restaurant was not open. Very convenient for Motorhomes to take a break.

We love to visit this casino. I cant speak for the hotel because we have never stayed overnight. The casino is awesome. Most casinos in Oklahoma are garbage, no chance of winning. This casino actually will let you play a while before it takes all your money. Every dealer I met so far was fun and friendly. The flame restaurant on the upper level is a must eat, it is incredible.
