My visite to fire lake was not bad how ever it was not very clean tonight and light horse was sort of enjoying go a head of players and cashing out courtesy coins left by the players before. This is not right they do this players leave that coin for other players. Let the players have it. Its theres. Doing this is only going to cost money I watched 3 players stop spending there cash and leave after watching light horse do this to the players.

I went for one purpose: to destroy some crab legs with my dad. We accomplished our goal. This spot has the best crab legs Ive had in Oklahoma. On Friday night for less than $20 you can eat all the seafood you can handle, which includes catfish, shrimp, and yes - crab legs. They are cooked so well, not overly salty, and they are so delicious. I treat myself here about once a year, it has always been good! The only issue I have is the limited seating. Im patient, and dont mind waiting - and the plus side of that is that the dining area is never super crowded or loud!

The intercom system is terrible. It has been that way for years. I love going there but the facility needs lots of improvements.

Ive tried my luck at slots here but usually leave empty handed. :/ Food is decent here, good (cheap) buffets, delicious burgers/fries, sandwiches etc. Sr discount on food if you ask. Bowling center in complex handy. Shooting range across the street from casino. Police station located in complex. Handy RV grounds, very reasonably, I think it was $20/night FHU. Check in at the police station for RV park.

We were so impressed with this casino! We had never been and decided on a whim to head that way and check it out...glad we did! My son hit a jackpot early on and kept winning. We had much better luck there than any other casino weve been to. They had free icecream which was an added bonus lol and I got to pick a present for my birthday. Staff was friendly, had many new modern games, facility was nice. We will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this place.

Before the covid 19 pandemic, I used to win a fair amount of times, which at that point my rating wouldve been 5 stars, but I havent walked out of this casino with a smile on my face one time since theyve reopened!!!

The food was good not great. I had chicken bites and fried. The chicken was way over fried to the point some were black. Wife had a burger it was very good. The service is lacking we went in a 4:00 pm on a weekday the lady at the register was rude and nasty looking.

The help there is very rude.

I like going here because its small so its easy to navigate. They also have free soft serve ice cream. There is a non-smoking area and they often have live entertainment.

Good payouts and a friendly staff member is never far away to assist ya with whatever your needs may be. I had a great time and I think you will also.

They will let you keep winning your money back but it will rarely go over the amount you put in the machine. Sometime you loose it all. Im one for nice bonuses but its few and far between.

The casino is like most. You win some and lose some. But, the buffet table was sad. It was seafood night. The shrimp breading was so hard, I could barely bite into it. The fresh shrimp was warm not cold. They took it up after 2 tables ordered the buffet and got first plate. Not worth the money at all. Soured me from ever eating their buffet again. If you order after buffet, you order on restaurant side and have to go back thru the casino to back side of bingo hall to pick up your order. Instead of handing it to you in restaurant. Not customer friendly at all.

Workers were rude. Pay out on machines were very tight could not win. If you do win it will take almost all of your money before it hits again then takes all your money no way to win. Did not matter what machine you were on or how much you were betting.will not go back!

Very friendly casino experience. Smoke free areas for non smokers. Cost of lunch buffet is reasonable. Dinner buffet is a little pricey for essentially many of the same items on the lunch buffet. There is an opportunity for improvement in this area. Hotel is clean and comfortable with a really great staff.

I play paper bingo then go over 2 casino. I enjoy the slots. Casino has a variety of games and the workers are fantastic. Even the players are friendly. The floor workers come around to get you drinks. The concession workers work hard to serve you on both sides for bingo players or buffet. I have gone there for years and I would reccomend it for those who like to gamble and enjoy the fun.

Love it here. The games are fun and most of the Bingo staff are friendly. How ever I believe the floor workers in the Bingo hall should show patience for customers who arent familiar with their games or prices. They should inform customers of games, prices, and how played. If you ask what it is and they say $1 a sheet thats not telling me much. If you tell me a $1 a sheet for two straights then I understand.

This place had one of the best bingo halls in the state! I will miss going on Saturdays and see all the amazing friendly workers.

Great place, they have a lot of the older games that my Wife and I like to play, its clean and not smokey like a lot of other casinos. I recommend there for a good time.

A great place to lose everything you walked in with. Most casinos will at least build you up before they take all your money but not this one. They do it quickly and efficiently. Took me less than 10 minutes to lose 60 bucks and come out reeking of cigarette smoke. Never going back.

Gets a star for ice cream- I get it that it’s a casino and you can pretty much expect to lose, but damn, every machine we went on high or low limits never hit or gave any bonuses.. it’s no fun to just keep losing with no play whatsoever. The buffet honestly was disgusting as well..chicken was so salty, and the sides were bland. Believe me, I don’t like to complain, I am just being honest without being angry. I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews. Should have just grabbed some free ice cream and left which would have made me a winner!

This casino is a little older and looks a bit dated ... the noise level is surprisingly low for a casino ... they have a lot of new games but they also have a lot of older games too ... the layout isnt overly crowded and its easy to move around ....there were a crazy amount of security officers huddled together in big or small groups throughout the casino.. . .not sure why so much security is needed but instead of feeling comforted by all the security, I found it to be off putting ... the employees were polite but didnt go out of their way to be welcoming ....actually, now that I think about it nothing about the casino staff was truly inviting or fun....I like going to casinos with a more upbeat, were here to have fun vibe but the all players I spoke to were friendly and nice.....I should note : they have have free ice cream in the beverage center, that is something everyone always talks about and it is good soft serve ice cream.

Smaller Casino than The Grand, but comfortable, nice, & cool inside with many slots. Several good places to eat nearby. Short distance to Firelake Bowling or Firelake Arena for concerts and events. Guy at front desk lacked on customer service skills, but other than that, its a nice place.

The first thing you hear as you walk in is Karoke, an it was worth the visit. Im sure its the best kept secret in Shawnee.

I love to come up to the Firelake Cafe and grab lunch with my Dad. Its cheap but the food quality is great, they always have specials for the days that sometimes come in the form of a small buffet, like catfish, fried shrimp, dessert, salad bar. You wont be disapointed!
