Decent, a handful of things were broken but it was mostly minor things like blinds that werent that big of a deal. There was some broken glass up at the top but Im sure thats dealt with after our visit, the only real issue was the fact that the bear proof boxes for trash were really not bear proof, it got ripped apart probably 4 out of 7 nights that we stayed there but they came in and picked up the trash the next morning.

I do not recommend mainly because the maintenance line is so unhelpful. This was a family vacation and we purposely rented this vacation home because of the hot tub. The hot tub was not in working order our entire stay and it required three calls to the maintenance line for them to say they were going to send someone out. Long story short the hot tub was never working at any point during our stay. In addition to this the AC unit on the top floor was not in working order so despite the mild spring temperatures it was 80°. This is were all three beds were for my kids to sleep. Also the basement smelled of alcohol and there were still some random beer bottles on the deck. The location was nice and the place was nice if it weren’t for these negative aspects. I don’t think I would rent the same place again, which is sad to say because self is beautiful and the location is nice.

To quote my daughter. Very clean. Great view of the mountains. Only a few miles from all the attractions including Dollywood.Spacious. We were only 4 but this cabin could easily sleep 16. The down stairs game room with pool table and foosball table was super fun.Only negative was parking. It’s a steep incline. If you have a better vehicle than our 4 cylinder minivan you should have a problem.

Amazing views and a well kept cabin! Stayed one with a group of about 20+ people and had more than enough room for everyone. Very nice!

Lots of space for you and the family.

It’s a really nice cabin, however upon later night arrival we found the main floor AC broken with no power and was unable to reach anyone until morning. We sweat it out through the night on a real muggy night. The next morning we found out that they knew the blower was out the previous morning but failed to inform us or try and move us to another cabin before sleeping in a hot cabin. That was disappointing. They got the ac fixed the next day and gave us $75 formour trouble which was not enough in my opinion. We should have been comp’d that who night but whatever. We would stay again for sure but only if the ac is working and the management company doesn’t do that again to us.

Very disappointed we didnt know it was in a neighborhood photo deceiving. Trundle bed wouldnt come up, had a problem with door lock when we arrived. Couches need to be replaced. Decor Is nice and is very clean. Will not be back because of the neighborhood wanted seclusion.

It was great but if you are a group of people do not rent out this cabin because it is more for couples.
