Severn-Danza Park

Nice recreational area. Wide variety of activity space. While I was there I saw people/families walking a path, soccer, lacrosse, boys baseball, and girls fastpitch softball. There was even a BMX bicycle track. Areas were clean and trash free. Bathrooms were relatively clean and stocked. Plenty of parking around the fields and shade to watch games. Very pleasant.

Always clean and cared for. A VERY busy park. My compliments to the employees who keep it up. Nice!

They take really good care of the baseball fields, though the playground is a little rough. My son is in t ball and we have no complaints about the park.

The best place to go for bmx in the area. My kid races his Strider bike here and loves it.

Its really nice at this park. And they also have dirt bike races.

Dope lil park, with a top rated bmx track.

I bring the kids here to burn off some energy and they have a blast. The playground area is always clear of trash. There is always a sports event (from baseball, football to bmx bike tournament, dirt bike tournaments *Both on a designated track and away from the playground area) going on at the nearby fields for entertainment while playing.

This park really needs to have more cleaning. Sure the fields are well kept, but there is trash that surrounds the park. Also there is no enforcement for people not cleaning up after their animals. I will say on the bright side that the playground equipment is new and safe and even offers a swing for infants.

My daughter and her teammates use the basketball courts here! Clean, shady and very well kept courts

Really great park to do pokemom go, and bike, It is not ideal for skateboarding or rollerskating. The pathways are too rough even with outdoor wheels.

Softball fields are well maintained.

Theres a lot for kids to do here of all ages. Its kept clean, no trash or graffiti. Also, peoples clean up behind their animals which a big plus. Thanks public! Its also in a perfect spot, whether its really sunny or a little chilly the spot is just perfect!

Bruh I dont think of doing photos at places because I get this like a minute after I leave the park but its big and like 70 people go there for pokemon go events so its really easy to get the big pokemon that spawn and I dont even realize how many people go there until I look at the amount of people in the lobby other than that its still a good park a most of this is just me rambling so I have more letters in this.

Love this park at severn. Its always a clean environment. I enjoy taking long walks and watching my son play baseball. The food is really good there too.

This park seems to be well maintained. It is used by organized sport teams for practices/games alond side individuals looking for fresh and a place to excercise.

The park is a really good location. But it smell like urine and the didnt seem kept up or updated. Did feel really safe, by myself with my grandchildren.

I have been able to utilize the park 4 approximately 20 + years. In the beginning they had a wonderful trail that had great exercise boards to help people stay in shape however they have let those Fall by the wayside they have a really good sports complex its lot of baseball fields and the BMX Trail the football field however they used to be a better area for the kids to play who were not involved with sports the one that is now located in the middle of the park in the trees is a little outdated and not kept up and theres not too much there around that to be able to sit and enjoy your children just one bench. They used to have another plate area beside the tennis court. I think if they put another play area in or updated the play area that that would benefit the facility for All Families especially when theyre there for tourneys and things and have younger children. The restrooms drinking time used to always be unlocked in the concession stand for opened however that is also now far few in-between and they should have some kind of snow cones or options to purchase things when things are going on in the park. Other than that its a very nice park to walk in but theres just some updates that it could use its been a little while other than adding on baseball fields

When you need a field or want to watch a good bike race...this spot is awesome...even a smell playground for the young ones, and an exercise trail for the willing.

Very nice sports complex. The complex is well maintained, and looks great. The BMX track, which is what we were there for, is an awesome, well designed track.

Nice park... Ive only been to the playground area but there are several different fields and a tennis court. Not sure if there is a restroom and I think there is a concession stand.

They have nice fields and trails for riding but the playground is so run down. they should redo the equipment...great location in the shade but everythings run down and rusted.

A great place to play sports and chill. The soccer fields are pretty good and the baseball fields are great! The bmx track is also a great feature. Id recommend this place for casual, pickup sports, and for organized sports as Ive been there for both purposes. Never had any problems with over crowding. Overall, a great place to hang out, play sports, ride bikes, or catch Pokemon!

I always give BMX tracks a good rating but 5 stars isnt enough for this one. One of the best ive road.

Isnt much of a park park. Lots of sport fields and even a dirt bike area. No real picnic area or places to just walk about. There are better places for walking pets or babys in strollers. Would be nice if they closed off one of the like 8 baseball fields for a dog area added some benches or like a covered area for people who want more then baseball.

Severn Danza has a little bit of everything for everyone. BMX racing, football, soccer, baseball fields. A tennis court and a basketball court with new rims and backboards.

We do our best to keep it in shape.

I watched BMX and the park is just perfect.

It has an awesome BMX track and the owner of the track is always trying to make the experience better. Really recommend checking it out.
