This a cool old building that has been updated to include modern comforts such as air conditioning, without compromising its historical charm. We enjoyed our visit here.

We went to a tribute to the King of rock n roll. Elvis Presley. This dude was from Houston TX. He didnt only look like Elvis but he also sounded just like him.

Historic small town Theater, GREAT for holding movie events, business presentations/trainings for large crowds, etc. Reasonable prices.

So glad someone bought it who cares about bringing it back to its glory days. Great, intimate venue with tons of potential

A nice little venue for special events, including theater and music performances, cinema screens for film events, and it even contains a cinema museum that has a history of film as well as local history of film in Seguin.

Awesome and historical

It is not open on a daily basis, only special occasions.
