I came to this location to get small ground fireworks like bumble bees and some sparklers. We have a lot of retired military in our neighborhood and did not want any loud fireworks. The lady at the counter sold us a small fountain like firework, no bigger than an inch high, that she claimed would go no more than a foot in the air and would last for two minutes. She did not mention how loud it would be, knowing we did not want loud fireworks. This firework sounded like a roll of black cats going off for two minutes. Also, when buying bumblebees and other ground fireworks she kept adding two to our bill and when we told her we only wanted one she said it was buy one get one free. However, she definitely charged us for two. This firework stand is very unprofessional. It is a shame because there are not many firework stands nearby. Next time, Ill make the trip to San Marcos or San Antonio for fireworks. It is a shame some people can not grasp the concept of customer service.
