Priest are all great in delivering homilies during mass. Accessible through Soldiers Pass. If you need a place to pray adoration chapel is accessible. Views are stunning by the church and parking lot too.

We just walk through the gardens so this review is not about the church in any way. The gardens are still beautiful but nothing like they use to be! Such a shame that that all the hard work that was once put into making this a must see stop in Sedona is being slowly let fall into ruins. I hope the church comes to its sense & hires some gardeners instead of lawn guys. Still worth the time if youre in the area.

Beautiful Catholic Church. We attended mass and enjoyed meeting the new priest. The gardens around the church are very nice to visit also. The views of Sedona from the church area were inspiring.

We werent able to attend a Mass at this Church but we came in the afternoon to visit the chapel and to look at the artwork around the outside of the Church, which was definitely worth the trip. The Jesus statue was very intriguing. The our Lady of Guadalupe statue with the Sedona rock formations in the background was beautiful. I have never seen the sacred hearts done in metal that have so much detail. If you are into Catholic Art this is a must see!

I have gone to this food bank multiple times everyone is always super nice. But today (Thursday July 2nd, 2020) I spoke with a woman named Maureen about possibly helping me and my kids with a personal matter and/or a gas card for $25 to get me to Tucson. She was so mean to me and so rude and so nasty for no reason and I was in tears by the time I left. I could not even believe or understand how this happened. I then called Felicia, she is always kind and helpful when I call here, and I told her what happened. I wasn’t upset that Maureen said no she couldn’t help me but rather the treatment and cruelness that I encountered with her. Felicia apologized on her behalf and was surprised to hear this. I understand people have bad days and get triggered, we all do. But this should not have happened and should never happen to anyone, especially not from someone who works at a church and their very job is to help the local families of Sedona who are in need. So I choose to release my harsh judgements of Maureen and send her love anyway. Maybe on her lunch break she can go inside to the alter and pray to be healed.

This is a very beautiful Catholic church sitting up among the red rocks. The parishioners were very friendly and welcoming. The mass was very heartfelt and Father communicated very well. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

SJV is a very nice church with a beautiful view of the Red Rocks from the pews. If that was our regular parish, I would only go to the Saturday evening vigil to catch the sunsets on the valley. Beautiful.

We went to Sunday mass while we were on vacation and its just a beautiful older church. Mass are in English and Spanish. Some places need more than 5 stars... this is one of them.

I come from Mexico and I really liked the church. The music was very good! What I liked most is the statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe that is outside. This was a nice experience!!!!

Had a meeting there about their Food Bank. They do a fantastic job for the community.

Went to 10am Sunday Mass. Nice service. Great location surrounded by red Rock formations that can be seen from the interior through large windows, glorifying the majesty of Gods creations.

Love driving from Cottonwood to visit this Churchs prayer chapel. The natural beauty of the very picturesque, expansive desert, scrubs and cactus, along with the red rocks of Sedona bring to mind Scripture which states, Eye has not seen nor ear heard what God has in store for those who love Him. Upon my arrival at Saint John Vianney, I can settle into the serene Presence of Jesus, God Man, and offer Him an hour or two of my time. Pure spirirual JOY!!
