We are buying a home here and very much looking forward to the amenities and community. Its the nicest 55+ community Ive ever seen. Quiet and peaceful as well as gorgeous surroundings.

My friend lives at Sedona Shadows. It is a great place to live. The homes are not very close together. There is a club house, a gym with ample exercise equipment, a pool, and a bar-b-cue area surrounded by beautiful views of the nearby mountains.

Very quiet and and people are so friendly

I notice some people posting here have visited, they have not lived here. Heres the truth: The setting is wonderful and there are lots of mature trees. But it is only possible for people with lots of income to live here. The space rent is outrageous and in Arizona there appears to be no limit to how much it can escalate. As others mentioned it is very difficult to sell here because of the space rent. I would strongly warn people this is Not affordable housing for seniors on a limited income. Far too many good people have been pushed out for this reason. Shame shame on the owner.

This park is pretty sweet and clean but as many other areas like this it is over-regulated and people are pretty aggressive about their judgments and opinions about where to park and where to walk and where to stand and so on its over regulated, period!

This community might be a great place to live if you have money to burn. All you need to do is see how many homes are for sale to know that something is seriously wrong. The lot fees range from $800 - $1,000! And that doesnt include water/sewer and garbage pick-up. I feel sorry for the people who are trapped in their homes because they cant sell them due to the outrageous lot fees. If you decide to live here, you better not plan on leaving because you will never be able to find a buyer.

Nice neighborhood, great community center. Cons- steep roads/blind spots, you rent the land your dwelling is on.

Nice quiet place to live or visit but I would hate to deliver pizza to this place it is set up in a pretty confusing manner .
