Definitely a no frills place but fine if you are just sleeping there. It was very quiet. Its a mobile home park with a few spots for small RVs. I wouldnt want to try to park a large one. Our kids enjoyed the Creek it is a beautiful Creek!

We decided to stay somewhere with hookups on a Saturday night, with no reservation! It proved to be a bit more difficult than we wanted, especi with covid. They were having issues with their phones but replied to my request on their website within minutes! They were super kind and caring. Hooked us up with a great site, we had a 21 Kodiak cub trailer, a nice cement pad and our yukon side by side. It made for the perfect night with multiple trips to the creek! If you stay, be sure to make a trip to the patio at night to watch and listen to the creek! Will definitely be back when we are in the area :)

I was at this mobile park in 1998. Loved my experience. At that time the entrance and exit was right on the hiway. Had to be careful of traffic. I rented one of their trailers. At that time the price was right. Loved my eight month stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The location is close to Sedona. BUT you may want to consider another location if you are towing a long RV. We barely fit into a spot with our 35 5th wheel, and that was just the beginning. Getting out of the park is a challenge in itself. We had several other campers ask us how we planned to exit. The actual hill out is extremely steep, so we opted for the hill into the campground. Because there was no one in one of the campsites, we were able to maneuver our way through the empty campsite an up the entrance hill to the road. This was with an audience of on-lookers. Had there not been an empty lot, we were considering backing out of our site and backing up a narrow road for about 75 to attempt a turn up and out of the entry road. We sincerely hope that we never get stuck like this again. If your RV is MUCH shorter, this is a good location for visiting Sedona, otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid the stress.

Not bad for Sedona, AZ. The only RV park in the area, hence the price was very reasonable. Most importantly it is by Oak Creek! We saw travelers using the site for only one night, but there are some semi permanent occupants. The facilities are functional but limited to age worn. The only draw back was the semi permanent residents do not keep their pets leashed. Again, not bad for a high price lodging area.

Conveniently located in Sedona but what a DIVE. Bathroom/shower atrocious (unusable!!), park was dirty and not well kept, wifi didnt work, couldnt exit the pull thru site since the power lines were hanging so low (looked like theyd been that while for a long time). Its too bad they dont clean this up, it could be a gold mine being right on the creek (which is beautiful and peaceful).

This place is conveniently located but the facilities are awful. There is one broken down bathroom off the laundry room, if someone is using the shower you are out of luck. The toilet was broken so you had to reach into the tank to flush the toilet. Shower was old, It was clean but just looked bad. Shower curtain did not fit shower so you were stepping on the curtain while you showered. The shower head was really low so I had to bend over to wash my hair. There was one light bulb in a 3 light bulb fixture. So it was functional just don’t expect much. The laundry facility, I did not use but noticed that most of the machines had “broken” signs on them. I know one machine did work because it was running. When we arrived to check in we waited Bout 40 minutes and there was no one around to check us in so we just took an available spot and hooked up. The hook ups worked fine for us but our neighbors had trouble with electrical. No picnic tables or bbq’s. The best part was the dog walk along oak creek, it was very beautiful. Everyone was friendly that we met, the place is mostly long term mobile home rentals and cabins. The RV hook up are in the center of the mobile homes. The place is quiet but you really cannot see much since you are down in a gulch, Driving into the facility is steep and getting out is steep, road is in need of repair.

This is basically an old (very old) mobile home park worth five RV sites in the middle. That little house in the website picture doesnt even exist on the property. It was scary to stay there.

Horrible experience. The website is misleading. There is 5 Rv pull in spots surrounded by a permanent resident trailer park. Its very uncomfortable. Doest make for a space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The mornings are loud with the sound of the residents getting ready for work or school. Sad we wasted our Sedona trip there.

I used one star only because I couldnt choose zero. We had electrical issues from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. We stayed five days only because we were granted two credit days for the troubles we had. The power would trip constantly, one employee told me they had never had electrical trouble at our spot. Later another employee told me that our spot had a long history of electrical issues. We were forced to use our generator for power two different nights. An electrician was called out to make repairs. We were told repeatedly that he was going to be there at any time. He showed up 2 days later. I went back to talk to him and express my view of his show up time. He was not happy about it. I left to go about my business and when I got back I found he had stomped all over my sewer hose collapsing it completely. It was left destroyed and worthless. I had to go to the next town to find replacement parts. Before I made the repairs an employee (there are two that I know of) came by and took pictures of the damage. She assured me she would contact the electrician and send him the photos. Im reasonably sure she did just that. I never heard from the electrician and I doubt that I ever will.Heres what to expect:1. Most of the time no one answers the phone and they rarely call back unless you are making a reservation.2. The campground is small but they did use what the had to make it nearly comfortable.3. Ignore any promises made to you, they will never evolve into truth.4. Any repairs needed will be ignored or put off.5. The filthy laundry room contains several washers and dryers. Most of them dont work. The ones that do work perform poorly. My wife spent all day and seven dollars to wash and dry one load of clothes. Even then the dryer worked so poorly we had to hang clothes in our rv to get them dry.6. The change machine in the laundry room doesnt work either.7. Most of the place is in a shambles and not well kept. Their website shows a stream and says there are waterfront sites available. The only access to the stream is behind the office where there is a decent seating area along with a host of mobile home parts, trash and a nice big sand pot full of cigarette butts. Ninety percent of the park is 1960s single wide trailers that are leased out to permanent residents. Why did we stay five days? There was no room anywhere else and we had appointments in Sedona we couldnt ignore. We had a two day credit, a reward for putting up with all the chaos.Do not go here you will regret it.

We pulled in, looked at the deplorable, filthy conditions of the park and left immediately. This is not even remotely as advertised. The park has a few RV spots surrounded by permanent park models with several in disrepair. The grounds are dirt and throughout the park there are random pieces of house furniture. We asked for our money back but were denied.

Very accommodating. They are more or less mostly a permanent resident kind of campground, but they hold 6-10 spaces for visitors, and they seem to fill those every night. A small, but functional unisex bathroom with shower in the laundry room. I wanted to stay a night in Sedona, so works for me!

I would not recommend this park for larger RVs. We have a 36 fifth wheel and we were not able to square up to the utility services because the length of the space is squeezed between the existing mobile homes. It took us about 45 minutes to maneuver out the next morning, and had to wait for the permanent residents to take their cars to work so we had enough room to make the tight turns to get off the site. Scraped my landing gear on the sidewalk at the street going in and out of the driveway. The property is really run down and at $55 a night it is over priced.

I stayed at this park for three beautiful days and we had the time of our lives. Situated right on Oak Creek with a wonderful private swimming hole, 1 1/2 miles to all of the shops and restaurants you could ask for, beautiful natural setting, quiet and so peaceful. The price was excellent - the best in the whole area. The facilities were excellent, including a laundry room. We received excellent advice on the local sights to see, things to do in Sedona. The office staff were courteous and friendly and more than helpful. We will be back!

We called at 6:10pm Sunday on the off-chance we might be able to get a spot. I was very nice, starting with thanking him for even answering the phone. I told him what we needed, just a tent spot. He said $25 and as I asked my husband, the manager said $20? I said $20 would be great, as he growled. He said, in a cranky tone, I suppose you will need access to a bathroom AND a shower? I told him just a bathroom and that we would not be any bother. He said (and I was shocked) Well, youve already been a bother to me. We close at 5pm and I dont usually answer the phone after 5! You know what? Just never mind, just forget it. And then he hung up on me!I was shocked, speechless, mad. This is a bad place run by a mean man and I highly recommed that you avoid this place!!

This place is a ghetto with an awful local reputation. The full time residents are surly, we did not feel safe even for a moment. I think the owner must have written the good reviews, it is nearly impossible to get in the steep slope, we damaged our 36ft Class A 2010 RV with Porsche toad. It is only the second time in over 70 RV parks that we drove in and immedately drove out. BEWARE!!

Stayed three nights in our 25ft. toyhauler/1 ton truck. a little tight getting in, but once we were we enjoyed our stay. Mr. Campbell was a great guy and very attentive to our being comfortable. right on the creek, a half mile from some great bars and dining, with full hookups for a very reasonable price. if youre looking for manicured lawns, plush amenities and a country club feel keep looking. this aint the place. but if you want a convenient little spot to make base camp for a weekend while you enjoy Sedona, this is a great option. not sure about the wi-fi strength because we didnt attempt to get on it, WE WERE ON VACATION, CAMPING. thank you Don for contributing to our wonderful weekend of engagement photos and hiking. well be back.

He said Well I dont know why anyone would even buy a rig that big and I said well I had kids and her replies ok then you know what NO WE ARE FULL!!! said Thanks anyway and hung up on me!! Just stayed here!! 34 Class A Bounder 3 slides. Ok lets get one thing straight the Steep driveway YES, but they have TWO!!! Sheesh all u have to do is look or ASK hahahaha. Heather was the best. We got in late, she had already given me her cell phone and said to call when we pulled in and she would come out to help us. Next morning went to the office no frills paperwork just straight up honest pricing and 1 signature. Cannot hear road noise from park and the Creek will lul you to sleep. The tables and Chairs over looking the creek was awesome, the kittys so nice and playful, all the dogs in the park very cool. We hung outside with chairs and sodas and had a great time. Close too Circle K, Javelinas (great food) and Mooneys for St Paddys Day - these places all within walkin distance. We Mtn Biked straight from Park. Tons of trails right there. Thank you Oak Creek Mobilodge we will be back. I am not a high priced RVr. We rent RVs and enjoy new places and honest people. Thanks Again great stay.

I came down to the Oak Creek Mobilodge looking for a space for my trailer; unfortunately there was not a space available at the time. Despite not being about to stay, I ended up spending about an hour talking to the owner, Don Campbell. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He told me about his favorite spots to visit in town, he recommended a barbecue joint that had the best smoked-potato salad Ive ever eaten. A few days later I got a call from Don saying that a spot had opened up.As far as the actual park goes, it is a charming, older, well worn park best suited for smaller RVs under ~36 as the access is a bit steep. Hes asking somewhere around 30% less than anywhere else in and outside of town. The park is located directly on Oak creek with fantastic private access. Its directly outside of the Y of Sedona, easy walking distance to most of the galleries, restaurants and charm that Sedona has to offer. Tlaquepaque is right around the corner. As other reviews have said, there arent a ton of extras that come with your stay here, but Im fine with that. Id rather not pay the premium anyway.I have met several of the other residents and everyone is very friendly. As I write this review there is a birthday party going on in the parking lot, with lots of happy faces and delicious home-cooked food. They also have onsite laundry and a shower. Thanks Don!-Sam
