This place is one of my favorite must visit spots when I go to Sedona! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They let me take my time shopping to get just the right piece or pieces. There is always something new and unique. I highly recommend a visit.

Not only is this gallery a stunning, jaw-dropping display of huge, amazing crystals and high-end gorgeous jewelry, it has a most charming person named Josie who is very knowledgeable about the items on display with historical and scientific information to add! Even though we did not have the intention of purchasing anything, she treated us to her informative and charming attention, while simultaneously greeting and helping others. Definitely a go-to person should you have a desire for gems in the Sedona area! Fabulous! Thank you Josie!

This is a beautiful shop with many high quality unique items. The staff is wonderful and so knowledgable about their product. They are also wonderful teachers to little kids with lots of questions.

This shop is awesome. The customer service has always been great and the fossils, gems, and other items in the gallery have always been cool to myself and my children. WARNING** If you have children that act well....less than desirable you may want keep them out of this store. The merchandise is not the kind that you would find at a big box store. Prices range from the hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars and the items are very fragile. Id hate to deal with you break it you buy it in this shop.

I have no idea why this shop doesnt have more reviews. Its definitely one of the best shopping experiences in town - and if you are a connoisseur of rare minerals, gemstones, fossils and other natural treasures, then Touchstone Gallery is one of the preeminent galleries in the country. Youll find incredibly precious pieces here: a complete antler set from a young male Irish Elk from the ice age that spreads-out over eight feet; iridescent ammonite fossils from nickel-to-tire-sized; amethyst geodes so large that a small person could curl up in it - and many more. Its like a natural history museum wherein all of the displays are on sale! I get that the prices as well-as its appearance is a little intimidating, but theyre all very friendly and its so worth it to come in, even if youre just browsing.

Cool gallery of fossils, meteorites, and crystals. Staff is very helpful if you approach them, but they let you explore the shop on your own. They really package purchase well. One of my favorite places to visit in Sedona.

Amazing gallery of natural beauty, many amazing 20000$ pieces to admire and a plethora of smaller items such as ammonite fossils and minerals. The gallery attendant was very friendly, attentive, patient and not pushy at all :)

Absolutely awful experience with the sales man at this store. Im saying sincerely terrible. Not only was he rude, undermining, misogynistic. Was visiting Sedona with a friend and we were walking around the open stores in uptown one evening. We walked into this establishment unfortunately, which completely ruined the positive energies we had previously received from other sales men and women in other stores. Beautiful rocks were on display everywhere and no signs were present asking you not to take photos. I attempted to take a photo of beautiful amethyst table, and was then informed of the no photo policy. I politely apologized and tried making a joke about how I just admired it and wanted one for my self some day when I had house (Im a 21 year old college student at an accredited private university). I tried being humorous with the sale man about my aspirations to be a doctor and how I was going to have plenty of money to buy the table some day. I then walked around the gallery a bit more, commenting on the beauty of the rocks, minerals, and crystals, and then we decided to head out. I said to the salesmen Bye Dr.XXX remember the name Ill be back for that beautiful piece the sales men responded Im sure. I was completely taken aback from his blatant disrespect for me as a customer, women, and human being in general. I called to my friend that I thought we should leave, the sales man was a very rude man, very bad energy. He then after we left came and called to us telling us that Im sorry ladies Im working with real customers right now he turned the open sign to closed and locked the door behind him.A truly awful experience, and I hope the owners of this gallery taken into account the extremely negative energy their employee brings to their establishment. Id rather pay 5X as much and get the damn table from any other place, person, or store.
