A large collection of Navajo weavings, grouped by design. Prices are reasonable and the quality is top notch. They provide info on the weavers and a photograph of them, which is important background providence for collectors.
So I wasnt sure I was going to be able to afford anything in here and let them know up front but Roy was genuinely helpful and worked with me until I found the most perfect piece!! I got a rare Rosarita ring (fairly large) set in silver for an amazing price!!
Nice store very welcoming. This store is more for the high end crafters and purchasers. The items are amazing but the prices reflect that.
Best place to your native art
Very nice stuff, but very expensive! Sedona bourgeois! Very nice staff willing to spend the time to explain the product even if youre just a tire kicker.
Very beautiful rugs, and I understand why the prices are high. The native put their hard work into those rugs.
Wonderful handmade authentic Native American jewelry rugs etc. shop personnel are warm and informative they dont rush you... it doesnt matter how much you spend... they seem to truly enjoy helping you pick something to remember your trip.
Some really beautiful jewelry in here. A bit too expensive in my opinion, but the craftsmanship probably justifies the prices.
Beautiful Navajo rugs here and the young salesman is gorgeous inside & out
There are several small lots along 179 nearby that support the shops in the area. Although the name Garlands Navajo Rugs only says rugs, they have baskets and an extensive selection of jewelry as well. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to the tribe they sell wares for. The salesperson that helped us gave us quite a bit of background on the Najavo people and explained in detail the symbols woven in the rugs and baskets they carry. If you are looking for Native American rugs or baskets for your home, or want to treat yourself to some beautiful turquoise jewelry, do not pass up Garlands Najavo Rugs!
Worth a stop...great indian rugs and silver
We spent hours looking in stores that claimed to sell American Indian products. It was clear these places were selling unauthentic products as soon as they were closer inspected. The stitching on the rugs was not that of authentic American Indian. As soon as we were driving out of Sedona we noticed Garlands and thought we would give it a try. As soon as we saw their rugs and felt them, we knew they were the real deal. Thank you so much to Garlands for making our trip to Sedona and respecting native American culture. We will cherish all the information you gave us and the rug from the 1930s we purchased. We will never forget this experience. Thank you. If youre travelling to Sedona and want authentic Indian products this is the only store you should go to
Located in Sedona, AZ Garlands Navajo Rugs also had custom pieces of art sculptures made of wood and stone. There were also beautiful custom pieces of turquoise jewelry, among many other jewelry choices. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
If you know anything about Navajo rugs this is a must visit place, not to mention that it is in beautiful Sedona. I enjoy several carpets that I bought here and have never regretted their acquistions.
Have been buying from garlands for years. Wonderful collection of items
Have had my Navajo rug for over 10 years. Still beautiful!! No shoes allowed!!! Employees at Garland are true experts. Go with their advice and you wont regret it. A fantastic, must see store when in Sedona.
Beautiful, hand-crafted rugs and Jewelry from a local Navajo tribe. Items are a bit pricey, but based on the labor and quality are totally worth it. The owners are very nice and talk through the history of the pieces. I bought a pair of earnings for my girlfriend here and was very pleased.

In April I went to Garland’s Navajo Rugs in Sedona, Arizona. It is is one of the best time to go there because of the weather, not too hot or cold.I talked to Dan Garland, the owner, he said he has many weavers bring rugs to him he has the second-largest display of rugs next to Richardson’s in Gallup.Very large selection of rugs.
