I did a 3 hour torch class with Doug, making 2 pendants and my husband did a glass blowing class with Austin, making a cactus. Both were awesome! Very nice staff, patient and obviously interested in seeing that youre safe, having fun, and making some amazing memories and cool glass art. Definitely worth booking a class with these guys and we cant wait to book again when were back in the area.

Jordan was willing to open the Melting Point, on his scheduled day off, to accommodate our family of four as we embarked on our first-ever glass blowing excursion. He was positive, upbeat, safety conscious (Covid-19, too), and directed us to a project that we can use in the future at our family dinners.Even though the Melting Point will not be open for business until Thursday, he has offered to ship our items to Paradise Valley as soon as they are fully cured.Thank you, Melting Point owners, for your flexibility and passion of helping others gain basic knowledge of glass work.

The melting point is impressive storefront with a lot of art from very talented people and the class that I had with Austin was great. Austin was Austin has the patience of a saint and is extremely knowledgeable in the art of glass blowing and the glass that I created with his help came out beautiful. I would love to come back here and take more classes and I recommend anyone else to come to this place and to learn or just to look and find some art that may look great in your house

If youre looking for a way to express your inner artsy self, you must check out glass-blowing classes here. We signed up for a class where you get a chance to select from several different pieces. I made a glass tumbler and my boyfrienddid a cactus. They walk you thru safety first, then show you how to make the piece. You can pick your colors and they help you with each step. The finished item gets fired overnight and you pick it up (or they can send it to you) the next day. We were very pleased with the end results. Jordan and Austin are really friendly and great advocates of their featured artists and Sedona in general.Their attention to service and detail was very appreciated. Check out the amazing pieces in their gallery, you can find some unique treasures to treat yourself or gift someone special. They are paying careful attention to small group size with Covid19. This would make a great event for families with teenagers, a group of friends, a birthday, or other celebration. We would love to go back and create another piece again soon.

This is a wonderful glass gallery. They have jewelry, sculptures and functional pieces as well. It is also wonderful that you can schedule a class to learn how to create your own masterpiece! Austin and Jordan are friendly and helpful.

Surprised my girlfriend with stopping here to make glass sculptures. Such a great experience! Our instructor, Austin, was fantastic. We had a class of 4 people and we each created our own piece of art. The price for the item of your choosing to create is quite reasonable. None of us in the class had ever created glass sculptures before but they all came out beautiful. Highly recommend this for a fun date. Enjoy the experience, create something together, and take it home with you.

Amazing experience!! I signed up for a class with my boyfriend, I wanted to make my own vase and flowers and he made a wine glass. Austin was our instructor and he was so friendly and funny, he gave very detailed instruction making sure we were safe and understood how everything worked. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful! They also have some great pieces for sale in all price ranges, from $15 to several thousand, so you can definitely find something to walk out with if youre looking for glass art small or large. I highly recommend this shop if you love glass art or want to learn and have a fun new experience!!

We love this place!! Their glass art is like nothing else weve seen...such talent! I love their glass straws and now they have some with turtles and octopus on them along with other designs. Just the best place!

What an amazing place they have the sweetest crew that works there, its so fun watching the art being made right in front of your eyes, priceless pieces of glass that are to beautiful to describe always helpful and answered questions, will definitely put this on my permanent stops when Im here! Also they have a AirBnb upstairs so before you fight the crowds at the hotels you should check them out, right in the middle of the strip and walking distance to just about anything you need!

If you appreciate well-done hand-blown glass, visit The Melting Point while in Sedona. The sheer amount of different glass options for purchase is truly staggering. While we didnt participate, they also offer some kind of blow your own glass event, which seems fun. Their giant marble run outside is super cool, too.

This was such an exciting new adventure for our family to partake in! I had so much fun experiencing glassblowing for the first time. It was very informative, yet not too formal and light-hearted. Our talented artist, Jordan started off with all the basics and explained how to stay safe with the specifics of the equipment and how to handle the glass. We had a special that included the class and making a single flower. The staff that we worked with were wonderful and the made the experience so special. Do plan on having time to come back and pick up your piece because it does need to anneal overnight. They do have shipping options available on request. The shop is located in an area that is absolutely stunning as it is located in Sedona. This is something everyone should try at least once, but I am sure you will be you be back for more!

Beautiful gallery. Too bad we stopped in when no one was working in the shop. There is a large picture through which you can see artists at work.

We were just appointed we had hoped to see them blowing glass and they werent. And most of the pieces were quite unusual and not necessarily something youd want to buy to take home. Even if they hadnt been really expensive.

Great experience doing the class where you get to blow glass with the help of their staff. Would be 5 stars but this is pretty pricey but definitely worth the memory.

A glass gallery for the true glass collector. Prices are very reasonable-something for everyone. The uneducated might have trouble understanding the complex pieces in the gallery but the staff is second to none in explaining all the processes. Not to be missed!
