Nice spot, place of parking along the curbside. First come first serve to get a parking spot. Even though there was a construction site there. There are places to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing, reading Small picnic spot on the reef. No lifeguard, so swim at your own safety. Many rafters in the water, plus wind surfing. Enjoyed my site seeing and enjoy ourselves of a relaxing day.

I was visiting a friend and wanted to take her dogs for a walk. This pocket beach was the perfect location. Beautiful driftwood, a park/playground, and a lovely, rocky beach for them to splash around on.

Lowman Beach is my favorite West Seattle Park. It has no bathrooms, an old cement tennis court, a broken down seawall and an absolutely glorious view.

Nice quiet little park right on the beach. Watch the traffic on the street coming down the hill to the park, people drive too fast. Tennis court, swing set for the kids, and beach access. Sea wall is falling apart, so be careful around the north end of the beach.

Its a comfortable neighborhood bar where pleasant people meet. My wife thinks their veggie burgers are the best in West seattle. Myself? I like the linguini and meatballs.

Its a great spot to put your kayak in or SUP but it is a small park w/a tennis court & often smells. I forgot to mention little biting flys. Its a good place to get away from the Alli crowd but not my favorite spot.

Really nice this place exists. Its great to have some grass and beach access here, before the private (pedestrian ok) road leading to Lincoln Park beach. We also appreciate the swings. Tennis court is under-utilized although picturesque. And something really should be done about the chain link eye sore at the north beach end.

Great park to take the kids. Connects to the north end of Lincoln Park waterfront trail. The new park area is coming along great and looks fantastic.

Do
Review №62

Not really child or adult friendly. One swing set and a poorly maintained tennis court that no one uses are the only amenities. Park needs picnic tables, more childrens equipment, and easier access to the beach for walkers, kayakers, and standing board users. Because there is no restroom facility, children often just pee or poop on the beach. The park needs a purpose and plan for usage.

Great little Beach front park in West Seattle.ez 2 find would be great for family reunions or weddings... About 3 acers in size, limited parking. Grass, trees, shells, stones, birds, flotsam and jetsam. Grate little park. Old and young will like.

Review №77

Extensive plantings along the stairway through the hillside from upper roadway down to park. Park and beach is very pleasant (with tennis court and swing set by the seawall!) with full views of Puget Sound. Peaceful and sunsets are spectacular. Lots of driftwood, vast open rocky beach when tide is at seasonal lows, and at seasonal high tides you might have the chance of seeing a seal swimming by as you stand on the seawall. Just dont try to drive down the road past the park... Dead Ends without much room to turn around. Walking access to the north end of Lincoln Park shoreline down the road.

This is one of the best places to launch your kyak or sup in all west seattle. There is another place like this next to Eddies house from pearl jam but its a secret and quite hidden. But if you go south on a kyak past the ferry past Merlinos mansions the construction tycoon you will come across a bulkhead with out a home behind it and to the north next to the sharpened wooden fence lives Eddie from pearl jam there are cameras so watch out its not a fancy house but he lives there. Shhhh its a secret please let him be in .
