Nice spot, place of parking along the curbside. First come first serve to get a parking spot. Even though there was a construction site there. There are places to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing, reading Small picnic spot on the reef. No lifeguard, so swim at your own safety. Many rafters in the water, plus wind surfing. Enjoyed my site seeing and enjoy ourselves of a relaxing day.
Great views, small but often uncrowded, Rocky with big logs to sit on. Nice place for a little break from this crazy world we live in.
It is a nice beach because it has a great view and staff! They will accommodate you with their food and affordable rooms to stay with.
Small but beautiful look out park on the shore.
This beach is awesome except for the two crabs that crawled on my feet while I was standing in the water
Cute park, nice place to take a constitutional and rid the body of bad humors. Fresh air is good for the body, and the water area provides an excellent environment to relax.
Small park, but with a tennis court and rocky beach. We like to launch our kayak from here.
Great little piece of beach to hang out on, especially during covid (socially distanced, of course ). A great vantage point for a beautiful sunset.
Relaxing, close to natural as you can get without a long hike.
Was a nice quiet park. Lots of spaces to be quiet in
Love the view and its clean
Nice place for an evening walk with family
A real hidden gem of a park. No public restrooms but the view from the beach is sweeping and typically not so busy. Theres a tennis court and two swings.
Forget Alki this place is way more chill.
Great little park with drift wood, swings and a great view of the sunset
Hubs and I love embarking on our Lincoln park walk from here! Parking is always easy.
Large beach to spread out but also some grassy area with a couple swings. Less busy than nearby Lincoln Park beach.
Life changing.
Great beach hideaway
Small beach park with a swing set, concrete tennis court, & grassy picnic area. The rocky beach is good for checking out sea life at low tide. A lot of people take little kids there; mine love it.
I hate it so terrible
Nice quiet spot that also had tennis courts (technically).
Small Beach view with some picnic area and limited parking
I witnessed a peaceful nighttime ambiance. Great night view of the sound. Cool decorative lighted staircase across the street for night time pictures. Plenty of driftwood logs on the flat-terrain access beach.
Nice view
Its a comfortable neighborhood bar where pleasant people meet. My wife thinks their veggie burgers are the best in West seattle. Myself? I like the linguini and meatballs.
Its a great spot to put your kayak in or SUP but it is a small park w/a tennis court & often smells. I forgot to mention little biting flys. Its a good place to get away from the Alli crowd but not my favorite spot.
Really nice this place exists. Its great to have some grass and beach access here, before the private (pedestrian ok) road leading to Lincoln Park beach. We also appreciate the swings. Tennis court is under-utilized although picturesque. And something really should be done about the chain link eye sore at the north beach end.
One of my favorite views in West Seattle. Its often a little busy and hard to park, but well worth it. Peaceful. A great place for dog walking, too.
Great path along the beach and nice hiking areas for dogs. Going up and down the hillside will tire you and your dog.
Great place to watch a sunset in West Seattle
Good place to watch sunset...
If your are close by then you should definitely stop by for a walk or run.
This is a really nice park with a small rocky beach and great views. There is swing set, tennis court and non motorized boat launch. If the park was larger it would have received 5 stars from me.
Great little spot to build a driftwood fort and enjoy the view of the sound and Blake Island.
Cute, small public beach. Area has tennis courts with a view you cant beat.
The sun was nice
Quaint public, rock, tanning beach with a small sand area, and a nice acumiation of driftwood. Includes a grass area under shade trees, (perfect for picknics) and a tennis court.
Great little waterfront park with lots of driftwood for sitting down and enjoying in the breathtaking views.
Awesome lunch spot if you work in West Seattle.
Small community park with beautiful view of the sound.
Beautiful. Friendly community!
It has good tennis court and good rocks to skip
Parking is almost non existent but its on street.
We love it here, low tire or high tide! A great spot we call Driftwood Beach and we can spend hours here building a Driftwood fort. No bathrooms, but otherwise a hidden gem of a beach.
My 2 and half year old granddaughter loves the swings and finding the crabs underneath the rocks. This is a must stop on the way home after walking from Lincoln park.
Still under construction. Great shade, small beach area when tide up, great when tide out. But taking way too long with construction. They will be working on beach wall, still having meetings about it. No dogs on beach. Just like everywhere else.
The beach is the beachiest
Its a park. Its very small
Quiet little spot
Great park to take the kids. Connects to the north end of Lincoln Park waterfront trail. The new park area is coming along great and looks fantastic.
Not really child or adult friendly. One swing set and a poorly maintained tennis court that no one uses are the only amenities. Park needs picnic tables, more childrens equipment, and easier access to the beach for walkers, kayakers, and standing board users. Because there is no restroom facility, children often just pee or poop on the beach. The park needs a purpose and plan for usage.
Very small but good
Nice beach clean very fun
Its nice. Silent in the morning. Great place to find some peace in the city.
Fairly small beach park with tennis courts. The beach is in need of some maintenance though with driftwood and debris everywhere. No dogs allowed unfortunately. Good spot for a picnic though.
Beautiful beach to take a walk
Interesting gravel beach.
Beautiful sunset viewing over the Olympics!
Small but very scenic.
This is a very small park. No walking trail. Great view of the beach though.
Some swings and tennis courts.
I great place to unwind!
Cool park to hang out
Great little Beach front park in West Seattle.ez 2 find would be great for family reunions or weddings... About 3 acers in size, limited parking. Grass, trees, shells, stones, birds, flotsam and jetsam. Grate little park. Old and young will like.
Difficult parking
Extensive plantings along the stairway through the hillside from upper roadway down to park. Park and beach is very pleasant (with tennis court and swing set by the seawall!) with full views of Puget Sound. Peaceful and sunsets are spectacular. Lots of driftwood, vast open rocky beach when tide is at seasonal lows, and at seasonal high tides you might have the chance of seeing a seal swimming by as you stand on the seawall. Just dont try to drive down the road past the park... Dead Ends without much room to turn around. Walking access to the north end of Lincoln Park shoreline down the road.
This is one of the best places to launch your kyak or sup in all west seattle. There is another place like this next to Eddies house from pearl jam but its a secret and quite hidden. But if you go south on a kyak past the ferry past Merlinos mansions the construction tycoon you will come across a bulkhead with out a home behind it and to the north next to the sharpened wooden fence lives Eddie from pearl jam there are cameras so watch out its not a fancy house but he lives there. Shhhh its a secret please let him be in .
Great beach
Its time for fun
Small park with a tennis court and a view of the water. Between Alkhi and Lincoln Park, a bit more cozy than the bigger parks.
Good place to start your walk around Lincoln Park. Great beach views.
Perfect for alone and family time. Love
Nice neighborhood park with pretty views
Beautiful and not crowded
Great view of the Olympics and Vashon with seals on a log in the Sound.
Great little beach park in West Seattle. We use it for launching when windsurfing. Be careful for debris, logs, and rocks. Not kid friendly unless your in the grassy area.
Nice, family friendly really nice at .
Great for partys
Small, quiet spot, but no bathrooms or other facilities.
Nice cozy beach access with a kayak launch. Watch for construction activity which will continue on Beach drive into the late fall resulting in a new sewer overflow control facility and park improvements.
Sunny beach, large trees to have picnics under & tennis courts. Well be great when construction is done on sewage plant across the street.
Not a whole lot of parking.
A quaint neighborhood beach not much to see a funky tennis court, a grassy area with a few swings but a small slice of Puget sound beach that has a glorious view .
This rating is for launching a sea kayak. This park is a great launching point for water sports.
Nice little park close to the beach.
Quiet, secluded with great view.
Awesome place !
