Bartender doesnt seem to know anything about beer. She brought me the wrong beer. She doesnt understand customer service at all. My buddy and I ordered the same food; his arrived 15 minutes after mine. She said, Sorry, our service isnt very good. Food was less than impressive. $9 beers when the bar next door charges $6 for the same beer.

I ordered a Black Russian and the bartender said she doesnt have milk. I said that is good because it is just vodka and Kahlua. She said she didnt know how to make it . So I said make me a dirty martini on the rocks. She use SWEET vermouth in a dirty martini and said she doesnt have any olives. If you just want to order a red bull vodka, this is the place for you

Dropped into the Hi Fi Bar before we did the .05 Underachievers race with friends. It was a Saturday and the bar was in full Iowa Hawkeyes mode. It was a comfortable bar and Im always happy when they card me. The had a specific menu called the Offical Iowa Hawkeyes Game Day Menu. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sliders with whole grain mustard, which Im a huge fan of. The Husband ordered the Hawkeye Burger. The Friends split the Buffalo Sliders. All in all a nice place to hang out. The food was tasty and the service was fast an good. If we are in the neighborhood again, we stop in.

I have gone here for about eight years have spent over 30k in this place 2 weeks ago got bottle service as usual and they over charged me 660 dollars I promise you guys I will never go back ever again Idk what has happened since the remodel but I will never step a foot in hifi again will report to the BBB this is high way robbery!! I have proof the decline 317 on my card the first which was Accurate have them another card and they charges 560 then 200 more on Monday how are they getting away with this

What a yummy surprise! The food here is flavored just right and could easily be served in a five star restaurant. We had the BLTA sandwich and OMG ! Service was amazing as well.

My wife was using the bathroom, and I was approached by bouncers. They told me I was sleeping. I was not sleeping, I was waiting for my wife to return so we could leave. They literally picked me up and carried me out. At least they didnt throw me. Lol. 100% avoid this place.

Security working Are very unprofessional and rude. One of the security guards kicked out one of my friends for accidentally tripping. The bouncer kicked her out for being too drunk. We explained to him that we had barely arrived in Scottsdale and we were barely on our first drink. We went somewhere else and had no other problems.

Bar none, the best night club, day drinking spot, and place to watch games!!! I love this place. Their food is amazing, happy hour specials are the best in old town, and the bottle service is prime! I always bring my friends in, whether it’s a birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette party or just out to have a good time and grab a couple drinks. Definitely come check this place out if you’re out in Old Town!!

Please be aware. The bartender and bouncer are racist. Two blonde bartenders skipped past us all night. To service the white people. Bouncer treated us like criminals. Please pay attention.

Horrible service from the manager and bouncers. After paying for table service they tried to move us out to the patio so they could resell the table. We talked them into letting us stay at a different table inside but then they kicked out so they could resell the table. We did nothing wrong, in fact one bouncer told me we were the best table he had ever had and that we were even very nice. If I could give less than one star I would.

I lost a very important ring there over the weekend. I searched high and low and still couldn’t find it. It’s a very sentimental meaningful ring. Please if anyone finds it or has it I’d do anything for it back. I believe in good people still and have faith it’ll find it’s way back. Please help if you can. Also hifi is a great atmosphere and very fun place to be on the weekends!

Definitely my favorite place in old town. Both day and night, the environment is so fun. Been there during their game days and the atmosphere was great, everyone was drinking and having a great time, not to mention the food is amazing! The night life is also worth checking out, best music definitely!

Racist employees and bad food.

This is by far the worst experience at a bar I have ever had. I will never go back. There are a lot of other cool bars in the area. Pick one, im sure its better than this waste of space.

The atmosphere of this venue is so fun and welcoming! From the awesome bartenders, servers and the management, everyone at this establishment makes you feel like family. If you are from out of town, this is definitely the hottest spot to go on a Thursday-Monday.

I had my bachelorette party in Scottsdale and easily the best night of the weekend was spent at Hifi! Jon Hardwick was an amazing host and provided exceptional service. Everytime I visit Scottsdale I always make sure to go to Hifi. Hifi is so fun, lively, and plays the best jams. I can’t reccomend it enough! Hifi is a must for an unforgettable night out on your bachelorette party!

While visiting Scottsdale for my best friend bachelorette party we went to this place. The bouncers were extremely rude and tried to kick our one of my friends for no reason. I will not recommend this place to my friends when they are visiting Scottsdale. Staff very unprofessional

My friends and came out for my birthday hoping to get a table with bottle service and have a great time. We got a table with 2 bottles and everything went well until they handed us the bill. After paying 800$ with full drinks at the table they asked us to go to a different part of the bar so they could re-sell the table. Once we tried to explain we still had drinks, security forcibly removed a friend of mine that paid simply because he refused to leave the table. Security proceeded to drag him outside and restrained him on the ground until the police arrived. When the police arrived they didn’t see an issue and said go have fun there are plenty of other bars to go to. This put a damper on my birthday and I will never return. The way my friend was treated by security/management was completely unacceptable and in humane. None of us will ever return and will recommend to others to go to one of the many other establishments in the area.

Came in on a Monday night to watch a Football game and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only was it a great atmosphere for the game, but the food was amazing. The servers were quick and attentive, and the overrall service was outstanding. Great place for any sort of occasion

This place is super racist, I would recommend not going there if you are anything other than a white upper middle class male. Their dress code is literally racial profiling and I would recommend never supporting this company if you have any sort of conscience or concern about social justice issues.

Hifi is by far one of the best and well rounded bars on the block, from their staff to the environment that is offered is so much fun! Anytime Im here I always have a fun time and my friends love it. The staff constantly makes me want to come back which is a huge plus!

Lost our card. Manager kicked my wife and Out while just questioning how this could have happened after sitting 4 feet from where they hold them.then telling us just to order a new one. On vacation from Iowa clames to be a Hawkeye bar even flys the flags but doesn’t care about people. Would leave less then one star if I could. Dan young was helpful but the management staff was horrible.

I love this spot, great food and staff. They have big screen TVs placed strategically so that you can always catch sports anywhere you are in the place.I love the all you care to drink Mimosas and Bloody Marys in the late morning and early afternoon.Its sits on a busy corner in Old Town Scottsdale with outdoor booths so you get to see other bar hoppers as they head from one place to another.

Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails is by far the best bar in Scottsdale! The bar always has high energy and great music. For lunch or dinner, I recommend the chicken fingers! YUM!

If you like going to a place that is practically empty minus a couple off-the-clock meat heads, this is the place for you! Another really cool thing about this gem is the fact that they distribute happy hour specials but dont actually recognize any of them-- evidently except ladys night on Fridays at least thats what I was told by the bartender but really who knows!...

Don’t go there. They are the most rude and racist establishment in old town. Drinks are expensive and the girl to guy ratio there is terrible.

I wouldnt go near this place! 0 stars! My husband and I were trying to enjoy our first night out bartenders are rude. I ordered 2 simple drinks and she brought the wrong ones then got an attitude. My best friend and her date joined us. Next thing I know my husband is being tossed onto the ground by security for no reason! Discrimination? Maybe Ive heard allegations but I give people the benefit. They wouldnt let me record video just kept shining their flashlight at my phone. They grabbed my arms even though I was calm and asking why. All they said was I dont know Im just doing my job. Soon as the cops came they hurried and let my husband up. No explanation as to why they treated him that way. No arguments occurred no fights just simple drinks and conversation. They never apologized for acting out of control. They mocked me as I was scared for him and had my husband pinned to the ground. They checked him (assuming for a weapon) he had nothing. All this time Im still wondering why they did that to my husband.

They told the pregnant woman in our bach group to get out of her seat. Ladies, go elsewhere.

Easter Sunday and Majerles was closed ; which is why we ended up here. It was about 1pm since we didnt want to be too late for the Golden State game (1230p start of game). It took 15 min before a server FINALLY came to our table... even though both a male and female bartender clearly saw us as we were constantly in their line of sight.. I was annoyed since the place was not busy at all. Okay... I let it go since the game was on... no sound (and my guy hates a scene) but we could read the screen. Our waitress sucked as did every other person on staff... the bartenders were CONSTANTLY on their phones... and then I saw the lady put down her phone to pour a draft and squeeze a lime in it!!! Unless youre only opening and pouring drinks and never need to touch the liquid then you NEED to wash your hands. I ordered a bud light draft so no hands inside the glass involved (cleaning of said glass still very questionable).. but after she poured it, it still took 12 min to make it to our table from the waitress (remember line of sight). So, to make a much needed longer story short... our wings sucked. The buffalo flavor is decent.. please NEVER order the honey jalapeno (zero flavor and no spice). Oh.. and she forgot our fries (she said the kitchen forgot).. we got them 5 min after the wings. Maybe this place is used to slightly inebriated/drunk people that could care less about actual service. We were here 45 min and I left PISSED! I definitely wont be back. Security was okay because they did the job description. Analyze and retrain the bar/wait staff. Very disappointed and I will not be back.

Food took 1 hour to come out then when it finally did come out salad had a hair in it. When we confronted the waiter they accused us of putting the hair in the food. I would give less then one star if I could.

Great atmosphere! I love how they have party busses from Tempe to old town Scottsdale, straight to hifi every weekend! Its very convenient & way cheaper than an uber. Each time I go to hifi my friends and I always have a great time and all the DJs play awesome music. Its one of the best bars in Scottsdale, hands down!

THIS PLACE IS GHETTO! I get bouncers are suppose to protect the restaurants. I turned 21 in 2014 and I stopped by this restaurant to grab a beer with my lady after a golf tournament. The little bouncer folded my ID in half and threw it away. Now I have to go to the DMV in NY to buy a new ID. Im sure the alcohol taste just fine, but the staff...not very professional and threaten to fight me with my lady standing right next to me. There are multiple other restaurants to tip well and have a good time in the same area. El Hefe, across the street was awesome and didnt destroy my property while personally threatening my lady who wasnt involved. Go to El Hefe. Drinks are cheaper and its highly recommended over this place by locals. Youll have a much better time there. Just compare the reviews.

This place used to be really good! However, their dance floor is non existent and I payed 4 different prices for the exact same drink. Seems kind of fishy that their bartenders charge whatever they want for watered down vodka sodas.

The most shady night club Ive ever been to. Avoid!! I was on vacation for last weekend with my girlfriend. When we got in line, the door guy let my girlfriend in and made me wait. I waited almost 45 mins just for them to tell me that would not let me in with my type of shoes. I then speak to a manager named Marcus who apologizes and tells me that if I come back the next day, that they would allow us to skip the line and he would get our first round of drinks. Well we went back the next night and the door guy and General Manager tell me... they don’t have an employee named Marcus anymore and that they essentially just don’t care. Worst club experience ever. Avoid this place!

This is one of the best clubs in Oldtown. They play the latest beats and the club layout is by far better then all the other clubs around. If you are in Oldtown and want to dance your ass off like no-one is watching, this is the place.
