The kids get a kick out of the trains (and some of us adults too), but they also have great food. Their homemade chips are excellent. The model train display is currently being redone, and its off to a great start.

Came to Tylers early on a Saturday for lunch. It became increasingly busy but we werent uncomfortable. Weve been to many train restaurants, this was definitely my favorite! Counter has a very nice set up for train meal delivery. The stools arent too high for kids, and it was clean. The large scale train table is functional and well maintained, with multiple button stations and step stools. The display WORKS and is realistic, Ive seen others lacking. They have a ride on three car train in another room and rides are $1, adults can ride too. Another room is for private parties and had a train running around the top of it. Everything WORKS. There is an attached arcade that is out of sight, so you can go at your own discretion. Service was FRIENDLY! FOOD WAS GOOD!! They are quick but dont rush you. The 30 minute drive was WORTH IT. Visit Tylers with your train lover, you wont regret it. Reasonably priced, not a money grabber.

I like the taco salad! Came for nefews birthday and had a fun time. Food comes out on a model train. Most kids would love this place. And the staff are all very nice too.

Great place for kids and train lovers. My son loved the train ride and when the train delivered his food. I didnt like that they didnt have toddler friendly prizes. He won some tickets but nothing was safe for him to have. We ended up giving his tickets to an older kid. Food was good. Nothing spectacular but the presentation was great.

I think this place is a hidden gem, often overlooked. Never really crowded, staff is always friendly, food is great. My kids love coming here and eating and playing games in the arcade.

This place was Great!!! 1st time ever Visiting. My kids had a Blast watching the Trains. You can also ride the train! They were amazed when they saw the Game Room. Simple but fun. Food was Tasty.

Great food and a nice place to go with or without the kids. If you do go with kids and theres room, sit at the counter. Its neat to have your food delivered by train. Our kids rode the bigger train and we shared the Train Wreck dessert.

Food was tasty as always. The girls that were working were so nice and appreciative of our order. This continues to be one of my families favorite places.

Great place for children of all ages. The food was good. Good, wholesome, relaxing yet fun and safe atmosphere. Great drinks and areas to sit and chat for adults. The little toy train food delivery was adorable and the children loved it. We wil be back!

We went on Friday morning at 1045 and we had the entire place to ourselves. The server was very friendly and the place is clean. They have a train for kids to ride, one behind glass they can watch and another that delivers the food. We ordered kids Mac and cheese (which is kraft) and a veggie burger which was really good. Great for the Littles!

Wonderful atmosphere! Perfect for kids! FunE experience to eat where train drops off your food! But my favorite part is the menu for the adults. I went back just for the yummy salads. After spending a meal there with my grandkids enjoying hotdogs and fries.... I carried out a pecan cranberry salad with hot grilled chicken and house poppyseed dressing the next day. Great food for everyone! A jewel of a place!

First time here, it was great my grand daughter loved it.

We went with a high school robotics team this weekend. Everyone had a great time, the food was good. The onion rings and malts were great. We will definitely be back.

The food was pretty good and decent portions sizes. We enjoyed having it delivered on the train. My youngest loved the model train and watched it for a long time. We were able to charge the train ride to our tab which made it convenient.The staff was nice and the restaurant was really clean.

Great mom and pop restaurant to bring the kids to. Its has an arcade and a train for the kids to ride. Food is reasonably priced and pretty good. I recommend the pot roast sandwich on pretzel bread.

We took our grandchildren there. It was a Saturday and they had a birthday party going on, so the service was very slow. They needed more staff. But the grandkids loved Tylers Tenders. They loved the trains and the arcade and the little toilet in the bathroom for the little kids was so cute.All in all, it was a great little place . We plan on going back.

The train ride was fun for our 3 year old, the train delivering the food was fun for him also. You could tell the water was tap, it had an off taste. The food was cheap tasting and looking, definitely not worth the $8-11 prices. Reminded me of bad bar food or bowling alley fare. For the 3 of us to eat and let our son ride the train 5 times cost us $40. Will likely not come back.

If your kids are important.... you should take them there. Its a nice family restaurant, games and prizes. The food is great and the workers are friendly, and the price is affordable. If you like trains this is the place to be!!!!!!

My son’s birthday was coming up and we asked him where he wanted to go. His quick response was “Tyler’s Tender.” My kids enjoy going to this restaurant because of the train theme. There is a large train that kids can ride for $1, a train that delivers your food if you sit at the counter, and a train setup that you can control by pushing a button (4 different stations to try). There is also an arcade in the back that you can win tickets to trade for various items. My kids always have a good time when we go here and are ready to go back as soon as we’ll take them. The food is good and reasonably priced for what you get. Because the servers also run the large train ride, it is not always the quickest of service and that is the only drawback to Tyler’s Tender. My family has been here several times and will go again.

Great place to take your little ones! This is my sons absolutely favorite place! He is 3 years old and always asks to go to the choo choo! Food is yummy and affordable! The center train the kids can play for free keeps my sons entertained at no cost! Definitely recommend this place!

First time going was last night. Had a very good experience from the time I sat down until the time we left. The food, service and experience was good. Typical diner food which was good. Had a choc milkshake. One word: Yummy!!Its everything trains so if you or your children, like mine,are into trains you need to visit. Bonus: Has an arcade!

We ate lunch at the train station. They did not make my sandwich correctly nor did they come over to ask how her meal was going. The restaurant does have a cute train station, Disappointed to see how things were not maintain (objects in the display had fallen over no pride in their restaurant) not worth the trip.

Great place to bring the youngsters. Surprisingly good food. The trains abbreviated games are geared more for the 2 to 6 yeast old kids. My 4 year old has a great time.

Just shared a wonderful dining experience with my husband at Giuseppes. We always enjoy a thin crust Chicago style pizza with a salad a dry red.

Exceeded our expectation!!!!! We took our family from out of town here this past Sunday and wow even the adults had a great time. The boys were 7 and 10 and they loved it. The staff was so nice to us. We didnt go into the arcade room since we just came from another place with arcade games but next time will check it out. The food was delicious. Prices were cheap! Be sure to get the 3 sliders. I didnt order them but several in our group did and wow were they delicious. The ice cream was good. The kids loved seeing their food arrive on a train. Be sure to sit at the counter or you will miss out on all the fun. Cant wait to take our friends with kids here!!!

A great and fun place, especially for kids! As an adult I also enjoy coming here because they have an arcade! The place is of course train themed. They have a train for kids to ride. The arcade has games that gives tickets that you can get toys for, they are very cheap kid toys, but the games a still fun to place even if your not playing for tickets! They have a lot of pinball machines of different types. Aside of the arcade, the food is great! I recommend the Irish fries!

Welcoming environment, but it took 45 plus minutes for me to receive my order (chicken nuggets and french fries with a spinach salad) after asking how much longer was the wait. I probably wont go again because of the long wait for such a simple meal.

Its fun having your food come out on the train. They have a lot to keep kids entertained while waiting and the arcade is cute the train ride is always fun.

Food was ehh, I really liked the pot roast melt but the sides werent great at all. Soupy Mac and cheese and gross potatoes. Service was good and my son loved the trains. Also loved they have a clamp seat so kids can sit at the counter, also delivered his food on the train which he loved (Hes 2 btw)! Id definitely come here for dessert and the train but probably wont be back for dinner. Most of their arcade machines are just token eaters but no out of order signs.

Price vs quality is the best of all restaurants Ive ever been to. Steaks are tender full flavored and impressive

Kids loved the counter train, the food was great for the price, and the staff is very attentive. My son loved the kids toilet.

While it was a fun experience for the kids to have their food brought by a train, it was not very good food and was way overpriced. We got two kids meals, three adult meals, and five shakes. We paid $74. The meals were not big. For example, I got three chicken tenders with fries fries and Mac and cheese. There were not a lot of options for sides either. The service was good, but the food was not worth the prices. They also have a small arcade, that is mostly pinball machines and a train small kids can pay to ride.

Favorite place for my family. My two daughters, 5 and 4, love coming here. Great food, atmosphere, and arcade. Train room is awesome. Kids can ride it for a buck. Decent length ride. We come here for their birthdays. Much preferred over Chuck-E-Cheese.

Wonderful food and fun! The only negative I have is some of the arcade games werent working and they gave us tokens back instead of quarters and not all the games took tokens. That was kind of disappointing for the kids as they wanted to play a variety of games and ended up only being able to play the one we found that worked and took tokens. Other than that we really enjoyed everything!

Kids loved this place. The train ride, train display, trains that deliver your food, and arcade are perfect for a family with young kids. The food was okay. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and would definitely get it again.

Best place you could ever take your kid. Theyre as fast with the food as your average restaurant but with all the trains, who cares. The train ride is the best part too.
