Fun place, too bad it’s super lazy with the mask policy :/ Went today and full families (children and adults) were let into attractions by staff members despite a strict mask policy being posted.Super dangerous, wouldn’t recommend these days.

To say the kids had a ball here is an understatement! Plenty of activities for them to do from the jungle gym atmosphere to the rock climbing wall bumper cars laser tag ticket games and so much more. We took advantage of the buy one get one free which was jam-packed fun for my kids. The staff is safety conscious and keeps the attractions clean. Well definitely be back again. A quick side note is to make sure you take care of your waivers prior to entering to expedite the fun.

This is a great place to go with the kids especially on the day that they have there specials, ...its literally hours if unlimited fun the kids and they just love it and the food is actually pretty good, atleast non of the children complained. I will definitely take my son back . The special was $22 for one person and it included basically everything except 1 attraction and you can play any game but you cant win any tickets. I believe it is either every Tuesday or Thursday Im not sure which day though

Brought my family here on Tuesday for the first time. Wasn’t aware that Tuesday’s are unlimited everything for only $20 per person. That’s a good deal if you ask me. Wasn’t crowded at all. They have hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility which is great. Everyone had on their face mask which is required for entry. After so long you saw many people either taking them off or pulling them down as it became hot and uncomfortable. Yet people were still maintaining their distance from other people.The reason I gave it four stars is three things. I don’t like how there’s no sign up or an attendant at the entrance directing you what to do. Or where to go for that matter. We seen two long separate lines but didn’t know what each was for. Finally I asked, one’s for the waiver and other is to pay. Didn’t like how there was one cashier by herself. The other cashier kept bouncing back and forth which wasn’t helping the line move. Lastly they need more staff walking around monitoring. You don’t see staff walking around monitoring unless they’re going to the front and then back to their station. My son was playing the laser game. A group of kids just walked right in on his game like it was nothing. Just to mess it up so he could get out. Of course now and days you don’t want to say stuff to people. It made my son really upset.

The employee that helped us I believe her name was Jalene or Jaline was amazing. Very friendly & helpful. I loved her & I will be back.

It was nice but I did not like that with the room it was for only 1 hour and the card didnt work for the whole 3 hours the party was booked

The kids loved it and the food wasnt bad. Food better than most indoor amusement centers. Very clean.

This is a great place to take the kids. They have indoor go kart, laser tag, conference course, and plenty of arcade games. It works on a card system, you buy credits they load them on a card then you swipe them at the games. They have party rooms upstairs and party packages can be purchased. Nice place for families. I like the arcade because its affordable. The games are mostly between 2 and 4 points. They also have a nice physical challenge course. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was very clean and well kept.

Great place for all ages! I would recommend having a kids party here. The kids get these cool passes that can be used for three hours of fun! They can use the passes on games and have full access to the other attractions like laser tag, bumper cars, go karts.... just to name a few.

Lots of fun!! Even my son and nephew, who are both three, had a lot to do. Although mainly more for older kids, even little ones can enjoy themselves.

Awesome! Go on Wednesday and its a little cheaper but 4 hours is the perfect amount of time. Pizza at the restaurant was good! Great experience and we will be going back! My boys loved the rock climbing wall. Go karts were a long line and were on the slower side.

Grandson and daughter had a blast we went during the week not very busy. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a small one at the snack bar. Couldnt find anyone to take an order employee came out from back and went back to backroom. After a few minutes finally found a bell behind counter to ring to get service

Who doesnt love Jaks! A staple and pillar of fun in Northwest Indiana! My husband and I took our son to celebrate his 6th Birthday and boy did we ever! We drove, climbed played games, ate food, laughed and made memories to last a life time. Oh I forgot to mention that we did laser tag! Thanks Jaks for showing us fun fun FUN! This pla e is perf6fpr birthdays, field trips, groups and just because days. Head to Jaks and have some fun!

Pizza was good for an amusement place. I really liked the adventure tight rope climbing area, it gets pretty high, say 50 feet. Go karts and rock wall were fun too. Except my sister dropped her phone and cracked. They should tell the kids to leave their phones in a special locked box or with parents. Smaller selection of games and mostly larger attractions. Would recommend.

Always fun! Can be expensive but if you take the day and do everything you can get your moneys worth.

First time. I took my 2 boys 6 & 12. We went on a Wednesday (Family Night for flat $50 for 4 hours for all attractions). We had a lot of fun there. We did every attraction except urban golf. The included large pizza was delicious. We filled out the waivers online prior to going which saved time. My favorites were that tight ropes thing & laser tag. I recommend this place. We will be returning again soon (on a Wednesday :)

I booked a party here. We got a private space for an hour then we had to go into the public space. We did the Utimate package. All the attractions were included in our package. I gave this rating because I didnt like all the personal information they requested (copy of my ID?), the space was small, pizza was okay. The package was worth it for the attractions only.

For the most part it was good. However in the area where younger children play. There is No type of employees observing or supervising that children are not becoming violent with other children. There was one attended and all he did was lean on the gate. With that many children there should be more supervision.

Kids had a great time. My sister dropped her card and they replaced it. Its pricey $37 a piece for unlimited 3 hours. Waited 45 min for cookies but they were awesome. Lots of parties going on so at times my kids would have to wait 20 min in a line and with a 3 hour $37 card that was only 9 rides or $5 a ride. So Im not sure if Id get that card again. Might wait until a Tuesday or Wednesday when its discounted. We came on a Saturday at 2pm. I appreciated the police presence in the evening.

I had an amazing experience there. I went there tonight with 4 of my kids and the staff was attentive, even though they seemed to be a little short handed. They made sure to welcome us as we came in and help us with whatever it was we needed. I’d personally like to thank Noah, that young man was working at the sky walk they have and my daughter got nervous so he made sure to stay with her at all times and comfort her and make sure she wasn’t scared. If you go there ask if Noah is working so he could help you, he is an outstanding young man, who takes care of everyone as if they were family, I hope he get to see this so I can show you how much it meant that you helped out

Its a fun place to go but the people who go there are another level of ghetto from the white allll way down to the blacks i cant stand it everybody in a rush

This place is cool and all but don’t try having a birthday party here. Dock party rooms only allow for 1 hour. This includes setup time, food prep, cake w/ B.day song, opening gifts and expecting all the friends and relatives to arrive on time. What a waste terrible experience. Party was over before it began. We expected a party time of 1-4 but the staff did not inform us that we only get the room for an hour until we arrived. This place for a B-day party is BS!!!

Great family fun for all ages

Had a great time with my 5 yr old grandson. He couldnt do skytrail, too short, but could ride w me in go kart n even went on bumper cars by himself! Lines were not long at all around noon but started getting more crowded around 3. Food was a little pricey but was good.

Great place family fun

$23 for 3 hours of attractions sound good until you realize you’ll spend 90% of your time in line. 16 people in line to get in only 1 register open. In our 3 hours we only got to ride the go karts twice and the bumper cars once. The go karts are slow and the bumper cars are so padded with air you can’t feel the impact. We won’t be back.

Visiting from Los Angeles for a birthday celebration. Awesome place for the kids to enjoy but for the parents a bit costly... Only 3 stars however, you definitely need more sales and discounts, that would result into 5 stars for the Children and the Parents. Think about it.... You want the parents to be able to repeatedly bring their children not just once a year for their birthday.

Kids lose their minds at this place. Pizza isnt bad. Employees are very kind. Its fun, you should go!

Great indoor attraction for school aged kids. Its not too pricey and a perfect place for little and big boys to burn off all that energy.

Quite a few of the arcade games were broken. Other then that it was super fun. My group was all adults so 4 us the bumper cars, arcade games, lazor tag, wall climbing, and sky trail were really fun. Everything else was for the kids.

Overall very pleased.Went there tonight with my son. I wanted to see my son do the sky trail, but he was too scared until this nice young man saw us looking and came up to me introduced himself and asked if we wanted to do it. My son told Noah that he was scared but he wanted to try it. So this young man asked if tony wanted him to go up there with him and walk across with him. I just want to say thank you to that young man and I hope your parents know how blessed they are to have raised such a godsend of a boy.

Its nice. Laser tag is pretty fun. They do have special discounts thru out the week and you can sign up for their emails and they will send you updates. Nice place to have family fun. The bad part is the arcade games are expensive. $20 card doesnt get you very far about 5 games and you have to reload

I wont be back!!!!! I spent over $500 on a booked party for my grandson and was told that we couldnt eat cake in the cafeteria area due to the FDCA. A manager stated because they didnt know the ingredients in the cake, if someone outside of my party ate the cake and had an allergic reaction, they would be liable; which is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! She also stated that if I had purchased one of their cakes then I wouldve been allowed to eat it where ever. First of all... Why would I give anyone outside of my party anything. Second... They allow you to bring in an outside cake; however it can only be eaten in a party room... Now correct me if Im wrong... A piece of cake can still be offered to an outside guest from a party room right???? If thats the case, outside cakes shouldnt be allowed period!! I believe this is just a money making scheme. As much money as I spent; we should have been able to eat the cake where ever! All Jaks Warehouse wants is your money. They could care less about pleasing /accommodating the customer... This gives new meaning to customer satisfaction. I will never step foot in Jaks ever again!

I came here because my daughter was awarded a good semeritan certificate. The staff was very kind regardless of the fact that I only used the certificate with out making an additional purchase. The place is huge and fun. I hope to visit soon with my nephew and pay full admission.

Horrible experience. The price is outrageous for a hour in party room.Staff need to be extra clear about the length of the time in party room. Unprofessional staff. I had to ask the host for the cupcakes that was suppose to be provided to me. Food left in partyRoom uncovered by staff before guest arrived. I would advice people not to waste their time booking a party with this company. I would never go back.

Similar to D&B, but a lil better because they have more attractions. Go carts, wall climbing, bumper cars, laser tag, big maze for kids, very fun place nice and spacious. Good pricing and a ton of games.

This place has great games & rides, etc., but its expensive, and they tend to be pretty hard-nosed about their rules and regulations. The regular staff on the floor are generally nice, but management can be condescending. The last time I went there, I had to sign a multiple page waiver that included personal info such as DL#s and kids names. It was a pain, and useless, since all of the info I gave was made up.

In the past this has been a fun place to take my kids. Today though was absolutely horrible. The biggest problem was that it was ridiculously hot inside there. Even just walking around with my kids was making me sweat, and this was at 6pm not early when they first opened. So you would think that after 8 hours, the place would he somewhat cool. They took out the lowest level of the skytrail so my youngest couldnt do that and she really enjoyed it in the past. Really the only good thing was the go karts, and that was just to cool off from how hot it is in there.

Good customer service. Lost my phone in there got it back right away. Plus I bring cash to tip the young men and women in there for helping assist me with my daughter when I come to town. Food is great and the atmosphere is energetic. Hope they are ready to expand cause everyone from the City now knows about this place.

When the kids are a bit too old for Chuck E Cheese, this is the place to go. Has things for all ages to do as well as adults. Food and redemption center to earn prizes. The ultimate bracelet is a bit pricey- but well worth it. The time flies by so fast.

Laser tag was a lot of fun. The laser maze... not so much. Overall a good time and the pizza was good.

More adults should come here because its a lotta damn fun!

Its a really fun place for kids and adults. They have an arcade, lazer tag and more. They have a party room that you can book a birthday. Only downside is it can get pricey, but check the website they do have some days where they offer unlimited play for $20 a person. Definitely recommend it for a day the kids are off school or a fun first date idea.
