Incredible nature preserve in the suburbs. Thank you DNR nature preserves for maintaining the trails. The public is lucky we saved a remnant prairie amidst the oil pipelines and railroad lines.

Tiny nature preserve but nice this time of year. Great place for a quick walk in the forest. Beautiful wildflowers and deers made the walk this morning even better.

Excellent little walk. Not very remote (traffic can be heard on every part of the trail), but a great little walk with decent life. Saw an Eastern Wood Pewee, Northern Flicker, and a bunch of goldfinches.

The preserve covers a vast area where oaks, prairies, marshes, recovered agricultural lands, and ponds meet. Theres is a lot to discover here!

This park is a treasure. We need to protect the parks in our country. Precious and peaceful.

What a beautiful park! The trails were. Little flooded from the past few days of rain, but a little water aint hurtin me! Packed out a little trash with me. Sure wish there was a garbage/recycling bin

Great place to go for a short hike. The trail is a little less than a mile. Its great to have a place like this in a suburban area. Great place to walk the dogs or just go nature watching.

Amenities are sparing but the nature guide and trails are a delight. Warning- not handicapped accessible.
