I called last night before bringing my son and friends for his birthday. I was told masks required for all. I was told cleaning every 30 minutes. Not true. I saw countless kids playing without masks. Parents without masks. Tables filthy. It was nasty.

Fun place for the kids to cut loose, not a lot of space to sit and watch the kids. Food selection could be better.

Dont show up for Toddler Time on Saturdays at 8:45am. Apparently it is no longer available as their website shows. Drove an hour, waited over an hour in parking lot until 10am when they actually opened and paid almost triple the amount of toddler time for a 1 and 3 yr old to jump. The kids loved it as always but disappointed to say the least.

The teenagers and I had an awesome time. We will be back...

We always have fun at SkyZone. The young lady who helped us was very friendly and patient. Her name is Bri. I hope her manager sees this, because she was exceptionally friendly and courteous ! My daughter and I always enjoy ourselves. The concessions are over-priced. Eh. And we prefer healthier choices. But overall, fun, fun, fun !!! Looking forward to our next visit !!

This place has no organization. Kids running around everywhere. Parents are NOT watching their children. Kids cut you in line, knock you over without saying sorry.. its a zoo for children

We took our 2.5 year old to toddler time on a Saturday morning. It was perfect for her. All kids from those who could barely walk up to maybe 5 years old. Plenty of room for all the kids. Great exercise and socialization. She actually asked to go straight to bed when got home!

We had lots of fun watching our grand daughters running & jumping all over! They were having so much fun! They were so fearless! It was so awesome seeing them & watching them doing things together & over coming fear! How wonderful to have such strength like these two young girls! We love them so very much!

This is a fun place for kids to burn off some energy. BUT just because you can plan a birthday party here doesnt mean you should be able to block a whole section!! Dodgeball maybe, because there are two areas. And they dont tell you that its going to be blocked during your time that you paid for! I brought my son and a couple friends for HIS birthday and he cant even play in his favorite part!

Took the gradkids for the 1st.time. wiah we had a little more time. They only give a hour for little kids. But it was a lot of fun. Well worth the trip

My grandkids really like this place and have fun but you advertised bogo free on Wednesday and open 12 to 8. So we arrived about 1230 and asked for bogo free and they said not until 3pm or later. Neither your website nor the calendar on your wall says after 3. This should be more clear. We planned our day around this outing and coming back at 3 didnt work for us. So we had to pay for 2 which really wasnt in the budget but couldnt disappoint the kids.

Great place! Kids love it. Friendly staff. Seems to be kept very safe and well supervised. Awesome place for a birthday party! Staff served the food, and sang happy birthday. Lots of different activities offered on different days for all ages! We will be going back again and again!!

Very disappointed with our trip here. My daughter LOVES to jump, so I figured this would be the perfect place for her to have some fun (she’s a little over 2) we went last week and bought 1 hour worth of time. They only have one location for toddlers, which is fine, we went straight there, spent 10 minutes jumping, we were having a blast! And then we were KICKED OUT of the toddler section because a private party had booked it for that day. OKAY, people book private parties, that’s fine, but why wasn’t I told when I bought the tickets I would have to leave 10 minutes in. The place was PACKED. There was no where else for us to go. Anywhere else she would have gotten trampled. Every other play room was more full than they should have been. They say 1 jumping square per person and there was more like 5 people per square. It was outrageous. They don’t care about if they’re full, only if they take your money. When I went to the front desk about it, they didn’t seem to care at all. The man said he could give us more time to jump, but there wasn’t ANY where to go! Time wasn’t the issue, we still had 50 minutes left! Multiple other families with toddlers also left angry because there was no where for us to go. Maybe should’ve closed down another area and not the ONLY toddler room you have available.. very dissatisfied.

This place is so much fun. We went during spring break 2017 and although it was busy, we didnt have a difficult time being able to play. So I cant imagine how awesome it is when its not a high traffic time of year. The foam pit and dodgeball are the Best! Have fun! Staff - keep up the good work!

If your looking to have a great time with the family or a birthday party for your child. Sky Zone is definitely the place you should keep in mind. The atmosphere is nice, and the workers on top of the job.

Very quick. Although it was very busy when I went I still was able to get taken care of in a timely manner. I had a great time. No matter what age this is one of my favorite amusement parks. And lets not forget the exersise is a great bonus.

My children and I were unhappy with the fact that the employees decided to shut down one of the play areas that they enjoy most one hour prior to closing, so that they could get home quicker. I wonder is the owner aware of this??? If this is going to happen, then the customer should be informed prior to spending money to patronize your place of business.

The place is great and the kids love it however I think the manger needs to speak to their staff on how to talk to others. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. They are only children, they are still learning and having fun. 90% of their staff look like high schoolers

My 1st time here. The kids had fun. The pizza lacks sauce. Its a thick crust with VERY LITTLE sauce so there wasnt much flavor. My child asked if we could host her next birthday party there... my response was No. Many parents at this party complained about the nasty pizza. About 8 of them said the sausage was not good but the pepperoni was ok. I dont like pepperoni and I wasnt going to try the sausage with that many bad reviews. I had cheese, it was bland. No eating or party planning for me will happen here.

Excellent place for taking time with family

My daughter had her Birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. She had so much fun and so did her friends. The entire staff was very professional and attentive. They were extremely busy on a Saturday night, but they still managed to go above our expectations.

The staff was AMAZING!!! AND THATS IMPORTANT TO ME!!! Our 1st visit we will return!

Fun time with a few 1st graders. Not to crowded when we were there at 4:30pm

Would be awesome if peoe would control their kids, it was bigger, and less crowded. Also stood in line FOREVER to order a pizza, just to be told they cant make me one bc theyre making some for a bday party! You think they would have a plan to make some around the ones for parties. Since there is almost always a party, why even have it as a menu option?!

The place is a bit on the expensive side. And paying full price for a 2 year old is excessive. Other than that, its a very nice and entertaining place. Huge as well.

Great place for family fun and very challenging for myself being out of shape

We had my sons 10th birthday party here today. We had an amazing time at this location! We’ve been to another location and got turned off because of how busy it was. We booked his party for 11:30 and it was very easy going and not too crowded at all! The supervisor even got our jump time extended an extra 7 minutes. Every minute counts! The staff was amazing. Our party hosts were very attentive and respectful and made sure that everything was taken care of. The pizza was great as well! We will be sure to come back to this location for our next party. Great experience!!

Fun and clean. The staff if friendly and helpful. The only thing I would add and its not against sky zone, I wish they serve gluten-free options. My child has celiac disease so he cant eat gluten so we go to birthday parties I always have to bring my own pizza and cupcakes. Its not a big deal just wish more establishments would serve gluten-free options for kids.

Debated about going to sky zone for a long time during toddler time, until we finally decided of going and wish we had gone there sooner!!! Kids had a blast, totally got all that morning energy out of them! Place was spotless, very well kept. We went for an hour during their toddler time, it’s nice how they have age appropriate options for different level of ages. I will definitely take my kids back. They are also not just for kids,saw a group of adults working out! Yes! How fun is that?? Working out on a trampoline??? So cool!!!

My family really enjoyed the ability to take advantage of the family pack thats offered on Tuesdays. Donna gave great customer service over the phone and in person when we arrived. My kids enjoyed every jump area fully. The only negative was the bland, dry pizza that came with the family package. Otherwise this was a great impromptu field trip for us.

Great experience. Customer service was awesome. Had my daughters birthday party here and they helped with the whole process for the best option. During the party they helped with gift bags and took care of everything. Definitely recommend for parties and just to jump for fun.

This was my first time here, and my 3 kids had a good time, 90 min. was sufficient, but we could have done 120min. Overall its fun for the kids, And I enjoyed myself.

Had my daughter Deviannas 11th Birthday party here in their private room that is an extra $100 plus their most expensive package for 25. The two hosts were sweet and very friendly. The kids were hyped about these two hosts. I just felt the price for one hour and a half was not good. Overpriced for their dirty washrooms, the kids came out of the foam pit smelling like a wet rag, their soda was flat and their pizza was disgusting. The kids felt sick! My daughter had 12 girls sleepover and it ended up being a throw up party. Everyone felt sick! EVERYONE! I just dont know what to say.

If I could give 0 stars for PARTIES, I would. I’ve taken my toddler during toddler time which was awesome and he loved. Taking him to a birthday party was the complete opposite. His aunt turned 13 and had her party there. My son was not allowed on any equipment & I was not allowed to jump with him. He is ONE year old. They say they are separated by size and they are NOT. i sat on the side and held his hands so he could jump without me technically jumping on with him. He’s so small, another child (about 10) did not see him and jumped where he was. My son went flying & luckily I was there. The boy was very sweet and apologetic, the employees who were standing right there didn’t even see it because they were too busy talking. We were told VERY different things at the front desk & from the manager Amanda, yet inside the party rooms the employees were telling us something different. They really need to up their communication & specify age ranges because it was NOT toddler friendly even after we asked 4 times prior to coming if it would be an issue to have them there. And to top it off, the staff was NOT friendly.

Jump areas are a nice size but not well suited for toddlers as there is no area just for small kids. Food is limited and overpriced but that is expected.

There was alot of kids running around. The Staff on the other hand did not check stickers so alot of people stayed beyond there time

Went for birthday party, perfect for age 8 and up. Had a 3 year old who couldnt really enjoy the many cool stations available. My five year old was able to more, but still not as much as the older kids. Well run by teenagers. Clean with a great environment. Price was a bit high in my opinion. $20 for 90 minutes. Looking forward to going again.

Great fun for kids and adults, had a birthday party room. We were told the room would come with decorations, it did but just on the door. Lol wow. We would have brought our own to decorate more but maybe next time. Staff was great and friendly. Food was ok. Pizza crust seemed a little burnt but after all the jumping around you hungry enough to eat whatever.

Kids had a great time. Will definitely be bringing them back here in the future!

Very crowded, to many kids. Have to wait in line just to jump or go through obstacle course. You will be spending more time waiting then enjoying your time to jump. When it gets busy associates dont really care. Kids will not follow rules and start cutting lines.Prices on tickets are pricey family of 5 for 60 minutes is $100 not including the $5 socks for each of us.

I love taking advantage of Toddler Time for my 2 year old. Its a nice treat and he gets to bounce around like a crazy person for 35-45 minutes before hes worn out. Best $8 I ever spend. Parents can accompany their toddlers on the trampolines free of charge - but are asked not to go nuts jumping around for the kids safety.

Place is great but some of the areas are either closed or to big for small kids. Half of the obstacle course goes untouched because it is either way to high or just out of reach for the kids

Beat Birthday Party Ever !!

Glow jump was amazing, FUN. Music was great and fun, no terrible picking up tickets online. Was surprised someone was paid to hang on boyfriend at the entrance the whole time after collecting fees. Not sure that is something we should do at work???? Great FUN otherwise. A job is a job! Service was great at concessions.

Prices are way too high. They hiked the prices up so high since theyve opened. It was more affordable when they first opened.

Sky zone was fun wish I could stay longer

The name brand for trampoline parks. I would say that one of their best additions to the park was their American Ninja Warrior course. It really was a great time.

I purchased a an hour jump pass for three children. I was not told until after I completed the purchase that they were closing in 45 minutes. The manager refused to comp or give a pass for the 45 minutes of jump time that was missed between the three jumpers. My son wanted to have his party here, but we will not. The customer service is poor. I wasnt asking for anything free. Only to be compensated for what I paid for.

I like coming here with friends friday nights they have an after dark event. A live DJ comes in it cost 25$ to get in for 2 hours (9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) Super fun definitely coming back! The place was awfully crowded.
