Ahhh, a staple in the community. A great place to go and never a dull time. I will return in the future.
This is absolutely outstanding because the latest innovation is that they now have a microphone catching the audios, and for a nominal fee you can rent a set of earphones which help people who are either in a bad position or more likely are just old enough to enjoy having a little extra sound to follow the Productions. The presentation was excellent, and since I am old and have seen versions of this done almost 50 years ago I am amazed at this still doesnt feel left out but has just a small amount of changes to be sure people get the points. There is a lot of interesting work for the winter, but I would warn people to come early or Park a distance away from the theater.
Community theater at its best. Fun, intriguing, thoughtful, and entertaining shows. Housed in a historic church in New Yorks first historic district, the Stockade, the cozy environs allow an intimate and casual theater experience. The 90 year-old institution offers affordable tickets and can be the jewel in the crown of a night out in downtown Schenectady.
